The food looked good tasted good and was plentiful. The pyjama were a nice added touch and very comfortable for the long flight. Flying into Cardiff airport was so good for my intended destination. I would certainly recommend them to others and many airlines could learn from their example.Well done and thank you"

It is now one week after my flight and my luggage is still not with me. I have spend lots of money and written 3 LONG mails to Qatar Customer Service - some have been teplied with a ”we will get back to You” note - but nobody has gotten back to me so far. Not 5 Stars. Actually One star is too good a Grade for this complete service failure from A-Z."

Cons: "The first flight from KTM the TV didn't work and I didn't fit into the seat. The most uncomfortable seat in a long time. The second flight from Doh to JFK was not good. I was put through 3 security checks when I already went through security in KTM. On the 3rd check my Dutyfree whiskey was taken from me because they would not let me take it in my carry on. They said I could take it if I checked my carry on bag (one backpack). My carry on has everything I need for a 16 hour flight. Plus, I had my very expensive camera gear in there too so I could not do this. This was unfair and Qatar needs to step up and return my Dutyfree whiskey and reimburse for the flight without TV. I will never suggest Qatar to anyone."

Unfortunately the luggages didn't reach to Cairo airport with me . 3 days later they told me that the luggages in Jordan and I have to travel from Alexandria city to Cairo to receive my luggages . When I went their , I found my luggages were opened and missing much items . I made reports on the airport. The employees in the airport they wondered why the opened the selling box , and the box looks empty. The weight for this box was 32 kilograms in the time of shipping. And I paid $400 for extra weight . But when I received it was like 20 kilograms. Plus I paid $350 for Qater airline for shipping 3 luggage . That's means I paid $750 for shipping 3 luggages and I received it looks empty . I need refund for all shipping and $5000 for damages items , or I will complain this airlines through the American court . Thank you"

Delta had no plan and there were no hotel rooms. They diverted a NY flight through Atlanta waiving the covid restrictions to get us all on the plane. They Put us in a hotel In Atlanta, which was nice and convenient, but it was 2am when we went to sleep and backup at 6am to catch our flight. Not the way we wanted to end our amazing Key West vacation."

Waiting for long time in a crowded bus to NORAD the plane then rushing out of the bus to Nita the plane with no lines and having to wait for the crowds outside the lane in a freezing temperature. Furthermore, there was no entertainment on the plane and the food was horrible. Add to this the very cramped seat space and no carry ons in the plane (unless you speak German)"

Cons: "Dear sir or Madam, I’m writing this complaint as I feel so mistreated and so disrespected, I had a ticket# 2208688265549 with a confirmation# WP6DHB travelling from Tulsa , OK, USA to Cairo, Egypt. Everything was great as expected and recommended by my uncle who travels with your respected company at least twice a month till I got to Frankfort airport to take flight# 0582 from Frankfort to Cairo. I was stopped while heading to the plan by the flight manager as he called himself later, and told me that I have to only have one item on the plan, I already had one carry on and my hand bag that has my laptop and the charger, I told him that I was told by Lufthansa customer service the night before traveling to confirm the luggage weight and size that I’m allowed one carry on plus personal item like a hand bag or lap top bag and they have to meet specific dimensions. I even offered to call the customer service number for verification, he replied ‘’I don’t care, I’m the flight manager and you will do what I say’’. His words were really hurting, I showed him the tag on my carry on that I got from the previous flight it said (approved carry on) don’t remember exactly what it said, he reached to my carry on and tare that tag, I didn’t think that was appropriate even if the tag had no value he doesn’t have any right to touch my luggage without my approval, then he tried to grab my ticket from my hand saying I will get you off the flight, I got really upset and told him don’t touch my belongs. There was a moment of silence because I think I raised my voice (my apology to him and to the company for that), I realized that the conversation is not going any where so I decided to file a complaint (not because he wanted to me to only have one item but mostly because of his attitude) so I asked him for his employment ID number he walked away without saying anything, waited till he walked close enough that I can ask him again this time he refused to give me his employment ID number, asked him for his name he said it so softly, I asked him to spell because I didn’t hear it right he said it so softly he refused, then I had to look for his badge and the name on the badge I believe his first name started with P and last name started with T. I waited a few days till I got to talk to my uncle and told him what happened as he is the one who recommended Lufthansa and he has a lot of experience with your services he said that they might need to do that because the flight was complete and they want to offer luggage place for everybody, but what I surprising is there was many empty seats on the plan my seat was 032C and the 2 seats beside me (032A and 032B) were empty also there was a lot of carry-ons room everywhere. So I don’t know why he was this way with me, I’m really disappointed specially that is only my first flight with Lufthansa since 2015, that flight manager made me have an extremely rough experience. one more thing when I told him I’m going to compla"

Cons: "Airport,business lounge, boarding process-they didn't know what was going on, business class seats we're nobody size seats, awful food-was supposed to be a hot breakfast but it was dinner instead, no entertainment, no tv screens, said they had wifi but they didn't. Nothing good about the flight. Crew was more concerned about keeping their curtain pulled than anything else."

I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us.The food was also mediocre."

Cons: "There are two types of foot-rests, both are a nuisance for people with long legs. The one popping up from below one's seat is extremely hard to put back in place. The metallic one folding down from under the seat in front cannot be secured back and is always in the way if the passenger needs to stretch his/her legs. This seems to be a new appliance, and I jut wish they would do away with it altogether. More is not necessarily better."

Nevdr informed what was happening, never offered to move our seats or move iIl passengers. Glad all turned out ok. Could have given them more privacy and better informed other passengers."

Cons: "Staff just walked away while we were in line, the rudeness and mean attitude, they blamed us for being too late after ignoring us and made us late, they didn't offer an alternative flight until we asked. Overall, horrible customer service. Never been treated so rudely by people in the airlines industry in my entire 42 years of flying!"

Cons: "Boarding was a complete debacle - no control over who went where. Sky Priority line was full of 50 people who weren't Sky Priority, and there was only one person checking passports. The two people at the desk didn't care when I noted this. We were called to the desk in advance of boarding to check passport information. When we got to the check in line, we were taken aside for more passport checking, even though we are US citizens with Trusted Traveler status in the GOES program. We were one of the first people at the departure lounge, and one of the the last to board."

Even when going through the check and security points I used to go in a special route especially for the handicaped but going with all other normal travelers lines with such amount of time waiting and crowdness is completely inconvenient. what happened through the trip was quit different , going with the travelers or after when they are boarding the craft make it very hard and time consuming , Wish you take care of it, as it's a very important handicaped service. Cons: "First, I'm not sure where the problem was - whether with AA or Royal Jordanian, but my luggage did not make it to Amman with me. In fact, there was a whole group of passengers traveling on American from different US cities, switching to RJ in Chicago, whose luggage did not come on the flight to Amman. My advice: be sure to pack enough for a couple of days in your carryon - and don't accept an offer to check your carryon to its final destination! The food was very mediocre, and not much for a flight of over 10 hours. And the movie options were limited, mostly older. The crew never came and offered water between meals - although I did discover we could go to the galley and get drinks. It would have been nice to have that option mentioned. The plane itself was nice, and seating slightly more roomy than other carriers."

(-: Compared to other flights the RT price was reasonable and I could go direct from NYC into Amman."

Cons: "I used the restroom in the plane before takeoff and the it was absolutely filthy. It was clear it did not receive any attention between flights. I was sitting in the emergency exit row and, during takeoff, the plane made a horrible, howling/whining noise that I've never heard before. Everyone was looking around and fearful. I fly often and this was the kind of noise when you wonder "is this where it all ends?" Not sure if it was the engine just outside or the emergency exit not being fully sealed but it was the first time in a long time that I've been fearful on a plane."
