Cons: "Checking at Oklahoma City was a bit chaotic. There were not enough monitors to check in so a long line ensued. Then bags were stacked all over the place making one wonder if your bags would get on the flight. Not good."

Cons: "As a handicaped disabled not able to walk and should be using a wheel chair,as I know from my many previous travels with other companies like lufthanza, klm..etc, I used to be the first traveller to go to the air craft when loading it to take off and the last one who would be leaving it after landing. Even when going through the check and security points I used to go in a special route especially for the handicaped but going with all other normal travelers lines with such amount of time waiting and crowdness is completely inconvenient. what happened through the trip was quit different , going with the travelers or after when they are boarding the craft make it very hard and time consuming , Wish you take care of it, as it's a very important handicaped service. Thank you for taking the time to read my comment"

Pros: "The staff on board were excellent, very professional and efficient. Despite the fact we left an hour late, we arrived nearly on time, so kudos to the pilots!"
Cons: "We were delayed but didn’t get any updates from AA staff about new boarding times or gates. The WiFi onboard did not work; we could could connect to it but kept getting “Network Not Available” messages."

Cons: "American Airlines is terrible. Delayed flight, no notification when waiting for flight that flight is delayed (I received a text alert). Pilot had terrible landing. Would not fly American ever again."

Pros: "When I went from London to Chicago, I felt one male crew member wasn’t very kind. He wasn’t tall but healthy and serving the other side away from the main door. I felt him greeting others with a smile but with no smile to me. I thought in my heart seems like he is discriminating, I could be wrong, but I always felt he wasn’t so humble while serving to me or may be other Indians too. But he was smiling extra to rest of the passengers,"
Cons: "I didn’t like his attitude. I would request you to request the crew members to be kind to everyone. Since Iam vegtarian ..I couldn’t eat the egg that was served an hour before landing in Chicago. He could have given me the chocolate inside. He just said in haste this has egg. I told him oh I don’t eat egg, thank you. still he could have been considerate and offered me the chocolate “Toubolron” but he just went away. Later on I saw everyone eating the chocolate."

Cons: "1 hour delay leaving. I’m flight entertainment didn’t work. 10 minute arrival delay because the alley to the terminal was blocked."

Pros: "Flight was delayed due to ice storm. AA personnel were calm and kept passengers informed of when we might expected to get the next flight out. They brought in sandwiches, chips and water, which was a thoughtful thing to do."

Pros: "We boarded on time and we departed on time. We got into Chicago 30 minutes early. We recently acquired a AA credit card and we got 2 checked bags free and priority boarding (Group 5). In today's world your need priority boarding of some sort on AA or you risk not being able to store you bags in the overhead and may have to get it checked free to your final destination. Also, one of our checked bags had a painting in it that we purchased and the bag and painting arrived unharmed. Good job by AA baggage handlers."

Flight attendants were sloppy and never brought me anything I asked. I asked for lactose free meal and my breakfast was a yogurt... Not worth the price I paid for this flight... stay away!!"

Cons: "I had a connecting flight in DFW to BOS. My plane left late from OKC, giving very little time to get to my connecting flight in DFW. The flight arrived in BOS and I got to the gate at 6:15pm; with a flight departure of 6:25pm. I felt the gate agent handled the situation very poorly. Instead of letting me, and another passenger with the same situation as mine, let us know why the gate was closed 10 minutes prior to departure was rude and brusque and said sorry, nothing could be done. A simple explanation of why we couldn't board would have gone a long way. She finally barked out for us to go to Customer Service to re-route us. Customer Service was very slow and the agents had attitudes. I did get on an AA flight the next morning, including comp vouchers for dinner and breakfast, but I missed an entire day of the conference I was attending in Boston."

Cons: "Both ways I had delayed trips. On my way back my first flight was running late. So arriving at my connecting airport I literally had to RUN clear across be airport and the attendant tells me I was a "no show". So I would have to wait and go on a different flight. The plane was still there. It was 25 minutes before take off time. And she rerouted me onto a different aircraft in which I had to RUN to the other side of the airport again. Only to find out this flight was delayed for 45 minutes. In which adding on to me already delayed flight. I understand some things are out of everyone's control. But the lady made me feel like I was just looking around in shops instead of being where I needed. Never again."

Cons: "Our flight was delayed due to weather, which I was fine with as I wanted to fly home in the safest conditions, and I do trust the captains decision. However, upon arrival, we were stuck on the runway for 3 hours!!!! Our flight landed at 1, we did not exit plane until 3:40. They were not curtious enough to give us accurate time frames on when we would be allowed off. They told us 40 minutes initially, obviously was a lie. We did not receive updates whatsoever. We had to stay seated the entire time with seat belts even though we were not moving!! I got up to use the restroom and was instructed to sit back down even though attendants were aware that we were not moving and were not getting off any time soon. A 2 hour flight turned into 5 hours on the plane instead so of course many passengers needed to use the restroom. Flight attendants offered no avail with extra attention, drinks, snacks or even by allowing fussy babies to be strolled down the aisle as the aircraft was completely still until the last 3-5 minutes when we FINALLY pulled to a terminal. We had to have a terminal when southwest would have gladly brought stairs to our flight so we could at least wait inside a less compact space, such as the airport, for luggage. I know of many people on our flight who missed connecting flights, which I'm sure AA did nothing to accommodate. By the end of it all, my family member who originally was going to pick us up from airport went home as he waited over 3 hours for me to get off the plane. I had to pay a taxi cab to bring me home and did not make it home until 6am when it was all said and done. To add insult to injury, the flight attendants did not even thank us for our patience or have the decency to address said issue. Never flying AA again."

Cons: "Crew was not even visible in all that time. No water offered, no concern for passenger comfort. Food was skimpy and packaged, no clues what we were eating. Seats were tiniest and least comfortable ever! Difficult to get up from and get out from window seat."

Cons: "The crew is not nice and rude. The checkin counter didnt allow me to have overweight of 300 grams. Ridiculous. At some areas of the plan the air conditioning doesn't work well"

Cons: "We never made it to this part of our flight because our Budapest to Madrid flight was canceled due to faulty AC system. We were boarded In Budapest and about two hours later they made as deplane after sitting in the hot plane for two hours. It was around 10 PM and no food was available at the airport, so I could not feed my four-year-old son ."

Cons: "They need to have agents stationed throughout the terminal to help customers make connections. I had 2 hours and I still barely made my flight. The airline representatives are extremely unhelpful and the customs process is an absolute mess in Madrid."

Cons: "The plane was an Airbus 330. I'm 6'2" and was uncomfortable in the seat for 7 1/2 hours. My knees hit the seat in front, and later the person there reclined to make things even worse. Since I couldn't slouch, my head was far above the seat back. I realize airlines are squeezing space and this trend will continue. It's become an accessibility problem for me."

Their service is worse than United. You get what you pay for. I will never fly with these clowns again. And I want my $33 back for the seat I didn't get!!!!!"

I spent good money to sit up there and I would expect to have control of the air because I had a 11 hr flight in a 90 degree plane. It was really a uncomfortable. Also I didn't like that their was no sporting events or cooking channels to watch on my flight and the movie selection were horrible."

Pros: "Not once have I had a positive experience on American Airlines. I actually booked this ticket 4 times before finally receiving a fully confirmed itinerary. Only to get on the plane in SLC and sit on the tarmac for 90 minutes causing me to miss my connecting flight. The replacement flights I again missed because American couldn't find anyone to give the travel voucher to an airport an hour away for the replacement flight they booked. I've never seen a more consistently incompetent company."
Cons: "On top of all of this, my bag is lost. I'm at my destination and have been for two days and American airlines all can't get me my luggage so I can start my vacation. This is the biggest joke of a company and I'm disgusted with their lack of accountability, responsibility for the problems they've caused and the insensitivity they've shown for their screw up."

Pros: "The flight was nice, take off and landing went very smoothly, small turbulences on the way but nothing serious. Flight was on time as a result."
Cons: "Seats are not comfortable specially during almost 12 hour flight. Though I picked my seat when getting my boarding pass, they changed it in the end."

Pros: "I was safely delivered from New York to Tennessee in pretty turbulent weather."
Cons: "The craft was small and the seating was cramped, seats were uncomfortable. The flight attendant was very brief with the Safety protocols and really did a poor job of demonstrating how to use the safety equipment provided on the aircraft. This was a disservice to first time flyers."

Pros: "The team in both Rome and Madrid to went above and beyond. They were polite and empathetic to our situation, which was not Iberias fault. And they went out of their way to get us home on time. They always stayed positive. My family of 6 really appreciated. They have earned our loyalty."
