We were told that in Europe passports cannot expire within 3 months of your departure. However, Delta never let us know about this rule until we literally were boarding the plane. How they could not make us aware of this until we were boarding the airplane is unbelievable and unacceptable. This has ruined our vacation which has been in planning for the last six months."

Everone was mixed up, business, gold card, economy, and only one person doing the chekcing of boarding passes. It was not the best process."

Customer service at our arrival gate was extremely slow. Baggage claim closed before my daughter’s luggage was released and it was lost until the next day. Our connecting flight was booked incorrectly do we had to spend the night in Frankfurt. Our 13 hour flight took 29 hours. The food was awful."

Cons: "The flight left with a slight delay. As I boarded, I was issued a new seat in the middle, as opposed to the window seat I had selected. There was zero explanation for this change. When I approached the flight attendants about it, with a smile on my end, I was offered the equivalent of a shrug. As I gave up, I was also informed there was no more room in the overhead bins, so not only did I end up sitting in the middle (which I loathe), but also with my carry-on under my feet. I’ve always been a fan of Lufthansa, but I’m a little disappointed this time around."

I was pleased to find my luggage in Athens as Lufthansa was the only airline that in the past twice had misplaced my luggage and had to wait for one day to get them. 3. The flight arrived at the scheduled time and going through the airport , security to my connection was especially easy. 4. The sandwiches also at the airport were tasty."
Cons: "1, It isn't really a 100% complaint because I'm also responsible. As I was waiting for the dinner to be served it took more time and I felt asleep watching a bad movie, so I missed dinner when I finally woke up. This is the reason I have no opinion about the food. My sole complaint is about the general practice in all airlines that they serve first the slim minority that does not eat meat. Democracy means that the majority should be served first. Unless the airlines consider the vegetarians as some kind of sick people! 2. The crew didn't offered us enough liquids during the flight and the excuse that they didn't wish to disturb our sleep is too lame."

The food, wine/ beer service was same as regular economy, the boarding took place at same time as economy, no drink before take-off if only sparkling water. And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."

I later noticed one of the cabin crew eating a n apparently non-daily pasta dish. One toilet was also out of service."

This was my second transatlantic flight with Aer Lingus - booked 6 months in advance- where I was assigned a seat in a row in the back, row 43 and row 46 - definitely not my preference for seating."

Cons: "I can't actually make a comment on the food since u have to pay for it and I didn't want to. Nothing appealed enough to pay for it. Entertainment wise, there was no entertainment so I have it one star"

Pros: "I missed the flight, and was put on a scheduled one for the next day. Also, I love the fact that I can do customs before arriving stateside."
Cons: "The air conditioning on board was FREEZING. It took three tries to get a blanket."

Cons: "My baggage is still missing a week after my flight arrived and no news about it. I can't get in touch with anyone from the airline or who can help me. Pretty terrible experience."

Cons: "We arrived at Dublin airport two hours before our flight--as instructed--and had to enter an enormous line. Finally, we were instructed to leave the line after almost an hour and a half and were then informed that our tickets had been sold to someone else (we were bumped!). Aer Lingus tried to "normalize" this by explaining that they always "overbook" by 10%. How irresponsible! Instead of arriving in Paris at 4:30 PM (a direct flight) we had to take a flight to London and then to Paris and arrived at 11 PM exhausted (the bus service to Paris had closed down and we had to take a taxi). We will never fly Aer Lingus again. Aer Lingus created the long line to create this very situation!"

Pros: "Excellent overall experience on my first Aer Lingus flight. As a nervous flyer I highly recommend Aer Lingus"

Cons: "Our 2 carry-on bags were moved to checked in just before we got in. We were told that it was because it was a full flight. So what do I see in the overhead bins? 2 carry ons with "crew" tags. What bulls**t. This was a very good airline 20 years ago. Not anymore"

Pros: "The flight was so short that the food and entertainment part of this survey are. It applicable. They did serve food for purchase though and they had some good choices"

Cons: "I remember Aer Lingus being a quality airline that treated passengers well. Now charging for tea and water, and exorbitant fees for bags? Felt like Ryanair. If I want to feel like bottom of the barrel I'll just take them next time!"

Cons: "Flight was late out of Toronto making eight people miss the Glasgow connection. Remaining Glasgow flights for the day were full. Aer lingus staff at customer service seemed confused on what to do with us. Finally, after talking to a manager they offered to route us through London to Glasgow. Very frustrating, not sure why they couldn't hold the Glasgow flight to accommodate all of us? It would of been a lot easier for us!!"

Cons: "There wasn't any notification prior to booking process, with regards the need to get visa from the airport where I should be transiting for 2 hours only. After I booked and paid for nonrefundable, unchangeable, uncancellable ticket, I got an email asking me to get a visa in order to be able to transit for only two hours in Toronto airport. The visa takes at least 2 weeks, and my travel date was only few days ahead!. The rough lady in air Canada, plus the bad service and advise by the travel agent who advised not to take any action as it is only 2 hrs transiting and I won't be in trouble, all of that makes me not to recommend anyone to use your weird website. I had to stay 20hrs in the airport to book for another flight."

Cons: "I'm soooo upset about the service after my flight canceled. 1.the staff ignored me when I asked if I could have a VIP to rebook my tickets earlier because my mom got cancel and was going to do the surge . But he went away and never came back, no any response of YES or NO. 2.I don't know why the airline company still need 11 hours to rebook the tickets with all our flight information and our passport liscen numbers already , making us waiting till 3 am at the airport. 3. I asked my boyfriend to talk to the staff on phone, and the staff told my BF that he didn't know my English was not good. I said to him loudly that I had told him , but the manager besides said "don't shout at my staff"to me, even without asking me what happened . This is very inconvenient when deboarding because I have to wait for many others to pass before I get a chance to walk towards the back of the plane to get my luggage."

Cons: "We were rebooked, which understandably happens for any number of reasons. However, we were not informed or asked about our preference until our luggage was checked through! The staff especially in Chicago where we began this awful experience couldn't care less about our situation. Then AIr France lost our luggage and provided no help in locating them. We had to rely on folks who had friends working in Zagreb Airport to locate them. Air France is incompetent, insensitive and unprofessional. If you have an important trip avoid Air France - they treat you like captives not customers."
