Liked the smooth flight and newness of plane.

Narrow seating. I even upgraded to stretch seating but couldn’t tell! Cranberry juice was $2.99. But the BIG thing is that my luggage never made it onto the plane. Having to change all my plans due to lost luggage. Ugh

I like they at least let us on the plane.

On my way from Denver to Seattle my flight was delayed by two and a half hours. Then, on my way from Seattle to Denver my flight was delayed by an hour, and I had to literally run to the next Transportation facility that I was scheduled to ride out of.

The plane was super dirty and so gross. There was food under the seats and marks on the walls. Everything was so disorganized boarding

The airline staff are great about boarding and exiting swiftly, which makes it convenient, especially for any delays.

The lack there of options for flights to my destination makes it difficult, especially when the layover then becomes an entire day of just waiting.

Actually pushed back from gate on time in Philadelphia. Took about 25 minutes from then til take off. Landed only a few minutes behind schedule. Crew was pleasant. Food was okay.

It was a Finnair flight but operated by American Airlines. I booked through Justfly.com and paid extra for what I thought were our seats. Don’t pay Justfly for seating choice as the operating airline can switch your seats. Online checkin was difficult as I tried Finnair first with no luck, then got somewhere with American. Seats were not very comfortable but I guess that’s what you get in economy.

The flight attendants, the service,, the movies, the food, the flight were great, the pilot was very smooth, the plane was very clean

The boarding took forever, including because my wife was picked for extra security search... for an american citizen who lives in miami ?... Inside the plane during the whole flight was freezing Paying for suitcases and changing or selecting seats??? .. really?

Speedy, professional, clean, overall wonderful trip! Hoping for same upon return!

Timely departure

Annoying screaming 4 year old with his mom’s inability to control him. They sat in front of us. From Houston to Baton Rouge - attendant was too slow. Couldn’t get a cup of water to anyone except I am assume first class passengers. No notice. No apology. Disappointing!

Breakfast was quite good, rest of the food was maximum average like on the other Delta flights I flew on this travel.

The seats in business class are horrible in flat bed mode. The crew did not pay much attention, was quite bored, not well organized, service was less than average. They forgot the coffee for breakfast although they had only to care for 8 people.

In less than 24 hours I cancelled my reservation but they don't refund unless you cancel 7 days in advance, but I bought the ticket less than two days before my travel date and then cancelled the next day in the 24 hour grace period. They said I could get a credit to use in the next 3 months,but I will not be needing a ticket in The next three months. My travels are over. I am really pissed off. I will NEVER FLY FRONTIER again.

They charged you for everything that adds up to more than what I would have gotten for a better flight. The flights were delayed multiple times. I’ve flown with frontier before and had the same results. I chucked it up to just a bad day but twice in a row???? Ridiculous!! Never again!!!

United made me check my carry-on and would not transfer , so I had to wait for it and missed my connecting flight. Then I rebooked on a later flight which was cancelled due to weather. So needless to say I did not get to Ottawa and had to purchase a hotel room in Newark. United is telling me I may not get on another flight until tomorrow night. I am very disappointed.

I liked finally getting where I was trying to go.

I didn’t like everything. We were approximately 4 hours late. And the flight crew was not very warm and considerate of the fact we were so delayed.

There was a delay from Charlotte to Dallas but not too much so it was fine. Once we arrived in Dallas, however, it took an absorbent amount of time for the crew to open the door. On top of that, the skyline in Dallas was broken down and it caused me to miss my flight completely. I’m a student so I don’t have much money so I had to “sleep” in the airport because I couldn’t get a hotel voucher due to the fact that I missed my flight due to the airport and not the airline itself. My next flight is tomorrow morning but now takes away time from an incredibly busy and tight schedule that I was on. Not happy at all with the Dallas airport.

This will make a good story about how bad flying had gotten and United is really a much worse airline than I remember. I think their CEO is incompetent and I can only hope that they drag me off the plane to get some sort of compensation.

A huge queue due to AA policy to un respect BA policy of free 23 kg checked luggage of Int’l flights. A scandal, a shame. Won’t travel anymore with BA & AA.

A cheap option to upgrade to 1st was offered that ended up being a net 0 cost upgrade for me so I took it. Comfortable on an old (but oh so nice) aircraft.

Arrived 30 minutes early to the airport but then had to sit at a remote pad so that we ended up being 5 minutes late to the gate. A short transfer was made even more difficult, and a massive waste if time and fuel sitting and waiting. Figure out your gates early and better, and move around if needed. At the very least, bring up some stairs and buses to get passengers to the terminal and then tow the aircraft in when you have a gate available.

It was quick and on time.

Flight was on time. Friendly crew.

It turned out that we were on stand by (without anyone telling us until the morning of the flight) and did not know if we were going to fly out. We could not select any seats at check in and only found out our seats a few hours before the flight. It was quite unpleasant and stressful as my husband and I were flying with our two children and faced a real possibility of not being able to sit together or getting bumped off a flight all together. It was a code shared flight between Lufthansa and United and each airline kept sending us to the other to get any answers or help. neither were helpful. It made it for an extremely frustrating experience.

Poor entertainment - food not very good. Didn’t look as though there was concern regarding recycling plastics and metal. We should all be aware of the importance, especially in the airline industry who handle so much recyclable materials.
