Last time I was stranded in the Atlanta airport overnight waiting literally all night for them to return my luggage (which never came, and then was late even to my final destination). I will not be using Delta in the future."

I am 6'3" and have been a very faithful Delta passenger, but I cannot see flying with them anymore if I have to upgrade just to get minimal comfort. It is indecent. Toronto airport became a LOT longer pushing my scooter then. Fortunately CANADIANS GAVE ME A HAND TO GET THROUGH CUSTOMS, BAGGAGE CLAIM AND CAR RENTAL. Ok, what to do if something like this happens in America. Maybe to work with security staff cause I was in dire straights without the Canadians to help me. Thank them all. Alton Cason"

Cons: "We decided to volunteer to take a different flight from our connection to New York because they were overbooked. When it came time to board the international flight, they screwed up our boarding passes and made us wait until the end to board. We were zone 1, priority boarding. The tv screens were very small and so glitchy I stopped watching my movie halfway through. The connector flight from philly to NYC was much more comfortable and had beautiful screens."

Cons: "As a handicaped disabled not able to walk and should be using a wheel chair,as I know from my many previous travels with other companies like lufthanza, klm..etc, I used to be the first traveller to go to the air craft when loading it to take off and the last one who would be leaving it after landing. Even when going through the check and security points I used to go in a special route especially for the handicaped but going with all other normal travelers lines with such amount of time waiting and crowdness is completely inconvenient. what happened through the trip was quit different , going with the travelers or after when they are boarding the craft make it very hard and time consuming , Wish you take care of it, as it's a very important handicaped service. Thank you for taking the time to read my comment"

But he was smiling extra to rest of the passengers,"

Since Iam vegtarian ..I couldn’t eat the egg that was served an hour before landing in Chicago. He could have given me the chocolate inside. He just said in haste this has egg. I told him oh I don’t eat egg, thank you. still he could have been considerate and offered me the chocolate “Toubolron” but he just went away. Later on I saw everyone eating the chocolate."

Cons: "TSA Safety Point officer was not on point..She Made me go through the checkpoint again just because I passed a zone where she was sitting at and not standing there to warn or stop people from passing through. This happen at the End and D gate terminals by Starbucks. I was very inconvenienced."

Cons: "I've had flights canceled before, but clearly American Airlines/ JFK is not equipped to manage. American Airlines online hung up on me after 24 minutes of being on hold. I waited in line for 2 hours to get on another flight home and the attendant first suggested to fly me to Charlotte then Cleveland where I would arrive a day late after I'd been traveling with my elderly parents for 24 hours. Additionally, once we changed flights and had to go to Newark, it took an hour to print (yes, print) our new itineraries for United and then when the cab should have arrived immediately, we waited 45 minutes. I was displeased."

Cons: "Trying to figure out where to go in each airport for customs, integrations, and gate changes."

Cons: "I had a connecting flight in DFW to BOS. My plane left late from OKC, giving very little time to get to my connecting flight in DFW. The flight arrived in BOS and I got to the gate at 6:15pm; with a flight departure of 6:25pm. I felt the gate agent handled the situation very poorly. Instead of letting me, and another passenger with the same situation as mine, let us know why the gate was closed 10 minutes prior to departure was rude and brusque and said sorry, nothing could be done. A simple explanation of why we couldn't board would have gone a long way. She finally barked out for us to go to Customer Service to re-route us. Customer Service was very slow and the agents had attitudes. I did get on an AA flight the next morning, including comp vouchers for dinner and breakfast, but I missed an entire day of the conference I was attending in Boston."

Cons: "This was a plane with central screens along the aisle, and the airline chose to broadcast a sci-fi action movie with almost constant flashing blue light, and violent action scenes. This was first of all a movie that many people, including me, would never choose to watch, but since it was on the aisle screens there was no getting away from it. It was also unsuitable for children, even without sound. But mainly, I object to the showing of any film in that situation - only aisle screens available, and on a night flight where most of the passengers are trying to sleep. I was awakened several times by the flashing lights. Other things: one of the bathrooms was not very clean, and the plane felt like the usual cattlecar, with just 3 seats on each side of the aisle, which is unusual and unpleasant for a transatlantic flight."

Cons: "Both ways I had delayed trips. On my way back my first flight was running late. So arriving at my connecting airport I literally had to RUN clear across be airport and the attendant tells me I was a "no show". So I would have to wait and go on a different flight. The plane was still there. It was 25 minutes before take off time. And she rerouted me onto a different aircraft in which I had to RUN to the other side of the airport again. Only to find out this flight was delayed for 45 minutes. In which adding on to me already delayed flight. I understand some things are out of everyone's control. But the lady made me feel like I was just looking around in shops instead of being where I needed. Never again."

Cons: "Taking 48 hours to get home and it would have taken longer if I didn't insist on being put on standby. Being told it was probably "god's will" that my flightless canceled."

I had to be transported by an old unsafe looking bus to a separate terminal and had to climb up and down emergency stairs (not handicap friendly), also I have 2 roller bags I carry on to every flight I have ever taken without issue and they charged me $25 per bag to check because it was a "snug" fit into their dimension box. Also gave no snacks and only half can refreshments, no entertainment."

Pros: "They came around and offered drinks twice, and I asked for a cup full of ice and a cup of orange juice, and they provided it with a smile. Even though the flight was full, there was ample room for everyone's carry on luggage in the overhead compartments. Very pleasant flight overall"

Cons: "My flight from OKC to Denver was cancelled the night before and United neglected to inform me. I learned about my cancelled flight at the OKC airport. United has all my contact information and Im a frequent flyer with United, so they had no reason for not contacting me. Another example of poor customer service."

Cons: "Thought we were going to have to spend the night on New Jersey. Because of it. No apologies or compensation. As a result, we didn't get home until almost 3:00 A.M."

We should have been given an option to fly this late or rebook for free. It was too late to travel at this point."

Pros: "I loved the company itself! I had to request a wheelchair for my dad by phone I spoke to the kindest lady who arranged the service at each gate and the same on returning. Every employee was so kind and fast to get us from gate to gate!!!"
