Flight was fine. Only thing was flight was delayed nearly 2 hours. Flight was originally scheduled to depart at 7:50pm but didn't depart until 9:50pm. I got home around midnight. It was later than desired and I had to get up early next day to take kids to practice. I have noticed that last flight of day on West Coast for Southwest always tend to have delays.
Wasn't expecting this, but, we actually ended up getting assigned to the first row of seats!!!!! The extra legroom came in handy
OKay. I sat in the back of the plane and it was really loud between babies and little kids, and adults who.like to talk a lot and loudly most of the flight.
The new seating arrangement is so over priced for what you get.
it was a short flight, so no refreshments. Could've used some water since I was running from the end of one terminal to the end of another to catch this flight
Southwest never has accurate baggage claim policy information at Denver. They list one claim on the screens and invariably baggage is eventually found on another claim with zero help from staff.
Easier that prior flight. The airline attendants didn’t really do most of their job as I noted in prior email.
Would like to have screens on back of each seat for entertainment.
The flight attendants were really nice, and of good spirits. Gave all of the safety announcements with a bit of humor and friendly reminders. Easy boarding even as an early c group passenger. Aisle seats available in back of the plane. Coke products and snack mix available. Love the free bag check.
The staff and attendants could have been more helpful with storing carry-ons above in the overhead compartments as well as helping passengers find available seats. There was no food/beverage service due to turbulence There was no internext connectivity due to turbulence The boarding process should be changed entirely and seats should be reserved or assigned to expedite the boarding process.
Gate agents call groups one and two and give about 3-5 minutes for each group to board, then the call groups three and four together and it causes a bottleneck in the line. Give each group 3-5 minutes to board before calling the next group.
We sat at the gate for over 30 minutes, with no indication as to why
I didn't really interact with any of the crew since we had a bumpy ride and no refreshments were distributed.
It was delayed over an hour and a lot of announcements disrupting movie.
I didn't use the onboard amenities, so it is difficult to comment on those services. Otherwise, the flight from Nashville to Toronto was quite crowded, but the boarding process and the flight itself were perfectly fine.
Seats were old and very uncomfortable. Coach seating is way too tight
The number of interim flight delays has been higher than I can remember in my history of travel making any connection a mystery as to whether you will actually make it.
I upgraded to first. Quick and easy boarding. Comfortable seat with power and a nice IPA.
Flight was delayed due to needing a replacement flight crew. Delta changed the aircraft type in Detroit. One hour delay. But once in the air, good flight
Of course, the Gate change was last minute and they were boarding g when we finally got to the change of terminal as well.

Usual wait for over a half hour for a gate at Ohare. They tell you you'll get there early then sit on the plane and wait almost an hour
Plane congestion resulted in a 1 hr wait from landing to arrival at the gate. This was in addition to also experiencing extreme delays on my incoming flight.
Delayed too much. 1.5 hrs in the airport and another 1 hr in the runway. Got too late in the night. There was no proper food available.
It was good overall except from Omaha to Denver when flight a was a repeatedly delayed apparently due to some issue at Denver. Communications could have been handled better. I had to board then deboard with luggage and board again
There were issues with the first segment but what really bothered me overall is that you rebooked me and put me in a seat away from my wife and then put her in another booking or boarding group. I don't like having to monitor every little thing you guys do in order to get what I paid for in the first place.
The staff was phenomenal. I can’t think of anything that could be better. Will be flying with UA again
Tired of being nickel and dimed for every little thing, especially carry-on luggage.
I had very little time to change planes originally in Denver after my flight from Omaha. I had an hour and a half layover in Denver originally and my flight leaving Omaha was delayed an hour because they had to change a tire which I can understand. When I reached Denver my other flight was late, fortunately, but I still had only 10 minutes to run about a mile through the airport to get to my flight. Again, fortunately I am a healthy 71-year-old and was able to accomplish this feat. However, the stress was more than necessary to bear.
Late start, late arrival and very uncomfortable seats. No legroom, no elbow room because the person next to me was fat. I had to press myself toward the aisle or be rubbing arms with them. As a result, I was bumped every time someone passed in the aisle. But I couldn't get away from the hip encroachment. Who wants to rub hips with an oversized stranger for over 2 hours? I'm not fat, just tall and larger-than-average frame so I need to leg room but it would be nice if other peoples' body parts weren't squeezing under and over the arm of the seating. Why should it cost me so much for simple comfort so United can get a little more profit?

Delayed and WIFI was not working for most of flight.
I am generally an American Airlines loyalist but this flight was not good. I was seated in an aisle seat and the gentleman in front of my had his seat fully reclined which made it impossible to work on my laptop, eat or drink.. The gentleman in the middle seat was watching something on his phone without headphones.
Disorganized boarding. Mandatory to gate check bags. Curt flight staff. No space for cabin bag, even when I was in first class.
I will never but. through kayak again. and American Airlines. I will never fly again on. They're both thieves.
Like all of the flights I took to get down to Dallas. They were delayed
Waiting for gate in RDU for more than 20mins is crazy.
They are still charging me after taking 466 and 833 for round trip from AR to to Bradley airport from 19 to 21. Then poor experience. Am hurt and I will say it on social media. Please stay away from this airline. I see in my bank account they are still taking 644. Am trying to stop it. I used to fly United airlines and I suggest that if you don't want extra charges and good service you go back there. American airlines delayed my flight again and I was late for my meeting, no recompensation but charging me over and over.
Good communication at the gate and very nice crew in the flight
Unfortunately we had turbulence because of the weather and when we were about to land in Miami, the pilot brought the aircraft quickly up because another plane was in its way. The pilot was remarkable however we weren’t told until we started our second descent. Our flight was GOOD. The flight from Miami to Hartford was packed, so many people. It was late at night and we were tired and just wanted to be home. Obviously, the aviation staff preformed well.
