Cons: "Flight was delayed....3 times(more?) from late at night to early morning the next day. Delta Help Desk rescheduled me and got me a room at Howard Johnson’s for the night. Called HoJo’s to confirm they had non-smoking rooms available. Got on the hotel’s shuttle bus and the driver announced that HoJo was full and all voucher holders would go to Rodeway Inn but those without vouchers would go to HoJo....huh!?? Called HoJo and the same person I’d spoken to 20 mins prior said it was correct, that Rodeway was a sister property. The Rodeway Inn Metro Airport is pretty disgusting. This is my opinion after coming from remote Mexico and extensive travel in Africa. It should be torn down. Delta/HoJo should not send customers there."

The flight attendant,while serving us drinks, started saying what great passengers we were but her flight from Dallas the day before was definitely a feeling the effects of the full moon. This was our first interaction with a flight attendant. She had no basis for saying we were great and as we didn't have a relationship other than ordering drinks she had no basis for complaining about her Dallas to us. She would leave it to us that she was being put upon by the customers that she was getting paid to serve. Where the Aeromexico flight attendant genuinely enjoyed serving her customers."

That's how strongly I feel about their planes and service. I was seated in a 2across row where the seats were small and my knees were jammed into the seat in front of me the entire flight. I'll grant you I am a big girl at 6' 250 however the first leg of my flight from FLL to ATL which WAS on a Delta plane, was fine. I did not feel smashed into the seat. For the money, I feel like I am due more than being locked into the seat unable to move more than 1/2 inch for an entire flight. Thankfully the flight was under 2 hours."

Cons: "The flight was delayed over two hours due to weather conditions at ATL. Good thing too as my inbound flight from SRQ-ATL was delayed as well and if this flight had been on time I would certainly have missed the connection. For some reason I couldn't get my boarding pass from ATL-BWI to show up in the Fly Delta app on my phone, and I couldn't seem to print one at any kiosk in the terminal at ATL. I scanned the SRQ-ATL boarding pass and that worked fine. My connecting flight to BWI was also delayed due to weather at ATL. There were two hours between landing at ATL and taking off for BWI, plenty of time to move a bag from plane to plane, yet my suitcase took a different flight from ATL-BWI and I still don't have it even though they promised I would have it delivered to my apartment by 6:30A this morning. I understand that weather was a problem in Atlanta but really? When I landed, I noticed in the Fly Delta app that my bag was taking a later flight to BWI despite more than ample time to get it from the SRQ-ATL plane to the ATL-BWI plane. This was good, as I didn't bother to wait for my bag at the carousel but proceeded directly to the Baggage Services office. I was assured my bag would be delivered to my apartment after that flight landed at 8 PM. Continued to check bag status in the Fly Delta app and noticed that they scheduled delivery to my apartment by 6:30 AM this morning and closed the claim. I left for work at 7 this morning and still no bag. I filed a property loss claim at Delta's website; delayed baggage flyer suggests doing so will get me a $25 or $50 voucher for future travel since the bag was not delivered within 12 hours of my delayed bag claim at 2:15 PM. Too bad it has to be used within 30 days and I don't think I will be able to fly anywhere within 30 days."

She then marked me as a no-show, while she was standing right next front of her. I had to spend the next 4 hrs on the phone, trying to get my tickets sorted out. Then, upon arriving at Heathrow,... No luggage. They told me it was still in Chicago. Upon finally receiving my bags, I find them full of sawdust and sand, and several items damaged. I will NEVER fly American Airlines again, and I will highly recommend to my friends and family to avoid them like them plague. Horrible service! Nothing but a run-around and not once did the agents apologise, even after admitting that my problems on this journey were due to a mistake made by one of their agents."

THANKS american for starting a war in my family and ruining my trip. unfortunate the crew is so awesome but the customer service is mortifying, rude, inconsiderate and completely mechanical. i dont ever intend on flying with them again unless necessary."

Cons: "They arrive to the airport over an hour early and went to the desk we're asking them to print my ticket they informed me that they cannot check me in at the desk I had to do it online I didn't have the ability to do that so therefore I miss my plane"

Pros: "The crew was awesome! They were friendly and very focused on their passengers. The plane was clean and the flight, itself was great. Worth flying from Oregon to So. Cal., will do again. Loved the flight times, and because of them, we were able to have half a day on departure day (Thursday 3:30 pm) to drop off dogs, pack and run errands and some work and arriving back home (Tuesday 9:46 am) gave us all day to work and get ready for the week."
Cons: "Plane did not board or leave on time, spent a lot of time waiting both on and off plane. I also did not like being hit with the taxes and fees at Alamo, after booking through Allegiant. Those should have been included in the initial payment, because I could have rented same vehicle for $40 less through Alamo website,(final payment w/ T&F's) That was a waste of your customer's money."

They said yes but because I had a luggage it will take time to transfer my luggage and they will end up being delayed. United airlines is HORRIBLE!!! My flight were delayed and with that they should have more consideration for those costumers who were delayed. But instead of being kind and considerate. They had book me a later flight and the worse thing is the itenerary had more connections. Very Exhausting. The other costumer when we were in the line at the costumer service desk some people were given flight which are like 12 hrs away. How Horrible service. I WILL NOT FLY WITH UNITED AIRLINES AGAIN. Very POOR SERVICE."

As a military spouse I feel cheated to have had to pay when others checked in for free at the gate. Not cool United, either let the spouse check in for free or make everyone abide by the so-called rules of one carry on that actually fits into that metal baggage guide. I would like a refund of 50.00 for the baggage fees I paid for this trip."

There was no information provided to me to go to United, which was in Terminal 2. After making a phone call to Brussles Airlines, I ended up getting to the check in gate ten minutes after boarding started. It was a lovely rest of the trip after that though! But please include partner information im the email next time!"

Once at Denver, we sat on the tarmac for 4 1/2 hours waiting for a gate. Southwest deplaned people on the tarmac. Once at the gate, we had to wait another 15 min for a jetway operator and someone to operate the TUG/generator. And my consolation prize was a 4 oz cup of water. YIPPEE!!"

Cons: "It costs just to freaking breathe. It was uncomfortablr and crowded. Everyone around me didn't want to fly with frontier again. It was more expensive since even a carry on costs a lot. I like kayak, but I would rather pay $50 more for a quality flight."

Cons: "We boarded on time (in fact, we were supposed to land 10 minutes early at 5:05, when our original arrival time was 5:16). At 5:10, the captain came on and said that we weren't going to arrive until 5:50, "because of a reroute from earlier." We weren't informed of this reroute until 5 minutes after we expected to land. We pulled up to the jetway at 5:45 and the jetway was broken. More specifically, the KEY to the jetway was broken and they had to call "someone from the city" to come fix it. Finally two people came and fixed it and we were able to get off the plane at 6:20 (amongst extremely disgruntled people shoving their way past the rows in front of them, which no crew member did anything about). Beyond this, the armrest between my fiance and me was missing it's plastic cover, so a bumpy piece of hard metal was digging into my elbow the entire flight. When I pulled out my tray table (from my neighbors armrest) there was gum smushed into it. I told crew and they said they'd clean it when we got to Denver, so I was stuck with it the entire flight. Last, the hidden fees associated with Frontier are insane. Our flight cost an additional $110 for seats and bags and we'll pay that again on the way home. $220 in hidden fees is absolutely unacceptable. People were actually crying at the gate because they didn't know they had to pay for all of this and didn't have the money. Not one thing mentioned here is an acceptable way to treat paying customers at any level."

The poor peopme arriving on our aircraft had to sit in front of the gate for 45 minutes holding their bladders. Not sure why they didn't do a gate change. Last bit of whining.... The new ultra thin seats are uncomfortable... Made my butt numb. And I couldn't use the fancy new ultra-thin tray table for my laptop because it was only as wide as my $2.00 cup of coffee."

Cons: "Arrival time kept getting pushed back and no one was there to even tell us why. 2 hours later when someone finally shows up I finally manage to get an answer. Our ridiculous wait was because Frontier messed up with their staffing. They were understaffed at the Denver airport. I had to find out on my own how much the flight was being delayed because the screens at the airport never updated. It was delayed by 20+ minutes several times during our wait with no hint as to when it would stop being pushed back. This made it extremely inconvenient for the person picking me up because they have to drive longer than I'm in the air, not to mention we didn't get back until super late because of it and had to miss all of our plans. Several other families on the plane also mentioned having to cancel their plans for the evening. When we finally land, their coordinating was apparently terrible and the gate we were to exit on was occupied by another plane so we are told we'll have to wait for a while. Which, to be fair, probably wouldn't have felt like such a big deal had we not already been delayed 2 hours. But it gave the impression of a lack of urgency or care for our time. Like we were just constantly being pushed to the back of the bus. In the past when I've encountered this kind of an issue at the hands of the airline, they always offered some sort of small voucher or free beverages on the plane or SOMETHING to make us feel valued and to affirm that they simply messed up and ruined many people's evenings. The crew apologized and I realize it had nothing to do with them, but from an overhead standpoint, this was ridiculous. Southwest and Delta have always been great about trying to make it up the customer even if it's something small like a free drink on the plane. Working in customer service myself, I'm pretty disgusted about the lack of communication on Frontier's part. A lot of frustration would have been resolved if they simply told us at the gate what was going on and why we kept being pushed back. After my return trip, I will probably stick with Southwest or Delta from here on out."

Cons: "I was supposed to leave at 3:20pm on Thursday March 24th. At about 10am I got an email saying my flight was on time. Then later I got one saying it might be canceled, and then I got one saying it was canceled. I called right away & was on hold for 40 MINUTES! I was at a conference so had to miss much of a session I was in which was very frustrating. Then I was told the soonest they could get me home would be Sunday evening - really?! They couldn't even help me with another airline. So then I asked for a refund & decided to just drive home. They gave me the refund but it was significantly less than 50% of my entire round-trip ticket. They said that was because the flight out to Omaha (that I had already taken) was a lot more than the flight back to Denver - again, really?! Also all their extra charges are ridiculous - charging $30-$35 to check a bag - even more if you wait to check it once you're at the airport; and charging even more for a carry on. AND charging you if you want to chose your seat?! Do airlines not know you're going to be bringing luggage?I will NEVER fly Frontier again."

Cons: "I arrived 75 minutes before my flight and I was not let on because they had overbooked. I was flying in to be apart of a wedding proposal the following morning. The only option they gave me was to move it two days later. I had to pay more money to buy a southwest flight that still got me in late because they would only cover a portion of it. Will never fly with them again. Absurd that they wouldn't do more."

Pros: "I had never used Frontier as a carrie before but a change in travel required a last minute change and Frontier was the best option and price. Great website, flight crew, boarding process and for a no frills discount carrier, pretty comfortable, one position seat. It was nice to have room for my carry-on and my personal item in the overhead bins...due in large part to people not willing to pay the extra money for carry-on luggage."
Cons: "The price gouge for carry-on luggage ended up costing 2/3s of my total ticket price. I am glad I pre-purchased the carry-on since that was only $40. If you wait to gate purchase it's $60. Checked bags start at $35 so to get the zone1 boarding it was worth the extra 5 dollars. This is the only negative comment I have but it was also a positive and you have to expect something for a discount carrier so my 'negative' is more of advice than displeasure."
