The check-in boarding counter only had 1 employee, the flight was running 20mins late.

Anyone that purchased a Delta 1st Class seat should have access to the Delta Sky Club. My wife and I purchased 1st Class tickets for a Delta flight from SeaTac to Washington Dulles but were denied entrance to the SeaTac Delta Sky Club because we did have an American Express card.

It was disappointing at AMD airport. Qatar airways staff @AMD airport was working very slow , people @ counter#1 were just taking instead helping economy class passengers to get their boarding pass after first and business class was done getting boarding pass. Also they asked RT PCR report again @ boarding gate - which is really annoying. Qatar airways did not inform regarding changes guide line regarding RT PCR test - they asked me to take RT PCR again @ airport since my one was done before 72 hours as per old guidelines. How much time does it take for Qatar airways to send email regarding updated guidelines?

There was no assistance or prior warning regarding this from the check in staff and I made it all the way to the original terminal and gate before having to turn around. The desk staff at the gate was asked about early boarding for infants and said it would be okay but didn’t give clear instructions on boarding so I sat down and they began boarding each group 20 minutes later and did not give priority to mother’s with infants. The stroller which I brought to the gate was then tagged incorrectly with a white tag instead of a pink tag. I was later told by he crew that it meant it would go directly to baggage claim instead of being brought to the door. According to the crew, all staff know to tag with a pink tag. At every step there was blatant display of inconsideration that made an already difficulty journey, that much more challenging."

No luggage. They told me it was still in Chicago. Upon finally receiving my bags, I find them full of sawdust and sand, and several items damaged. I will NEVER fly American Airlines again, and I will highly recommend to my friends and family to avoid them like them plague. Horrible service! Nothing but a run-around and not once did the agents apologise, even after admitting that my problems on this journey were due to a mistake made by one of their agents."

I was told that I would have to stay in a hotel in Charlotte because I would miss my connecting flight. I agreed and waited for my flight that was nearly 2 hours late. I arrived in Charlotte and retrieved my bag as instructed and went to the counter. The lady then stated that it was probably best if I tried to get on the last remaining flight even though it showed sold out because "there have been delays all day and plenty of people have been missing their connecting flights". So I rechecked my bag and headed to the game. This flight was delayed, as it was the last for the night, so that all the connecting flights could be made. Okay, that is fair enough....even though I didn't get to board and now I no longer had my bag as this is now on the plane. 30 minutes after the plane left I finally get my voucher for motel along with a $12 voucher for food that can only be used in the terminal restaurants......which are now closed for the night. After 30 minutes of trying to contact the hotel for shuttle information I was advised that they were no longer taking airline vouchers. I , again, approached the ticket counter and I was advised that I "would just have to wait because there are no rooms in the system at this time." And none of this instruction seemed professional or accommodating. After another hour I was approached that now there are no other options in their system for accommodations and I would have to pursue options on my own. So......the higher priced one way ticket just became $100 more at no fault of my own."

With everyone flying out of Mesa nearly all at the same time, it’s shocking that you all can get everyone on board on time. Your staff there does a great deal with very little. To a person, the rest of your staff, as we were boarding and on board were excellent, friendly, helpful.
I like that I'm by my self on the row ( seat) And I wish the plane has internet and charging station.
Really no leg room or space between the rows.
The check-in process couldn't have been worse. Besides they have no customer service to speak of, I wasn't able to purchase a 2nd checked bag prior to the trip, the app just wouldn't let me no matter what. I spent over an hour on hold waiting for a rep who wasn't able to help me. At the airport we politely asked the rep to help since we were unable. She flatly refused to do anything. When we asked to speak to a supervisor she said she was one of the most senior people there and if "We're still not happy she can give me a number to call where I can wait on hold for over 2 hours to be told the same thing I'm telling you now." Absolutely atrocious. First and definitely LAST time flying Allegiant.
Flight was cancelled because they didn’t have a plane. Waited in the airport for hours after being delayed 4 hours initially. Had to drive 15 hours to Florida. Never flying Allegiant again and will never in a million years recommend this poorly constructed airline.

While waiting to taxi out the second time the flight attended, Tyeesha, was very rude to an elderly gent. He was seated in an exit row and she didn't think him capable. The lady on the aisle of my row volunteered to switch and Tyeesha' s response was a sharp, "Do you want to pay the higher price too?" When the lady next to me said she would gladly pay Tyeesha announced loudly that this discussion was between the two of them and everyone else needed to mind their own business. The lady offering to switch was really embarrassed, as was the elderly gent. Someone else was made to switch with him. They looked disgruntled too. In the air all the flight attendants were sharp and very direct. There were no please or thank you's used. Trash was collected silently and mostly with pointing. The armrest to my left had five flavors of chewed gum stuck to the side of it. My lap tray had grey and yellow sticky stuff on it and I chose to hold my food rather than let the two touch. The floors were untidy. The only reason I will ever fly Allegiant again is if I have no other options. It is 60 minutes closer to my house than SLC and I will be making the drive from now on."

Then another line maybe 500 people long just to be allowed up the escalator to where there is another line to go through exuding checks. Nuts!!! My flight was an hour and I spent three hours online getting to it!!!"

Will avoid flying with United. Somehow, although I booked on purpose with Brussels Air, without my consent (!!!) I was sold tickets for United operated flight. Please, don't tell me that customers are your #1 priority, because they are NOT!"

This is the first time I have used Lufthansa since 1992. Based on the flights over and back, I believe we will start using it again."

To top it off the co-worker i was traveling with didn’t get charged due to the inconvenience and delay. i travel a lot with United (higher status than him) and would have liked that offer (and not get charged one i didn’t order) being a mileage plus and credit card holder. I did go on line and ask for a credit and they did make it right and give me a credit."

After I started crying someone finally traded spots. But I didn't like that my husband's wishes over Road mine, it was misogynistic and she was a woman, a very condescending women."

Cons: "Baggage Claim was a nightmare. I did not receive a baggage ticket when I checked my bag in London. Part of that is my fault. I should have made sure I had one. It took an extra long time to get my bag. Everyone else had left the area from my flight and I approached the counter. The attendant at the counter was rude. She said she couldn't help me unless I had the baggage claim ticket. Which I get that, but it all comes down to how she said it to me. She went over to the carousel and said that my flights bags were still going around and at that time I saw my bag. I said there it is to her and she responds, well you can go get it yourself then. Just completely rude. It all came down to how she responded to me. I was freaking out at the prospect of my bag being lost and she responded as clipped and uncompassionately as possible."

Cons: "The United employees at check in kiosk were very unorganized and unhelpful. I was traveling internationally with a small child and had two pieces of luggage to check in. Normally you just go to the counter once and they do everything including taking your luggage once they weigh it. Instead, I had to go to the self check in kiosk, then back to the counter to weigh my luggage, take off the one luggage from the scale, weigh the second one, then go back to the self check in kiosk, then was told to take off the second luggage as well, then finally went to a second counter where the lady handwritten my luggage tags and then was told to take both pieces of luggage and put them somewhere else altogether with specific directions on where to put them. This is something normally handled by the actual employees. Also, the check in dude yelled at my kid for putting in his name into the check in kiosk while we were waiting on the check in dude to do all those unorganized activities. He claimed it would break the software if my kid were to enter his name. I have told him that no, the software will not break if my child enters in his name."

We missed our connecting flight they put us up in a hotel and booked alternate flights. We had to stand out in the cold waiting for a shuttle to take us to the hotel. The hotel staff said more than once they were not prepared for all of us and getting us from airport to hotel and in rooms was almost another 2 hours. That gave us 3.5 hours to sleep before we started in the next journey. Of 4 hours from take off to landing in our home city. I had to pay for my baggage to go onto another airline."

Cons: "No USB charge connectors/power outlets (integral these days on a long international flight). The quality of in seat tv screen is mediocre - best to watch on your own device (but then you need the USB connection that is missing on this flight). The wifi kept on dropping in the plane (both ways). The food is not as good as served on other airlines and they ran out of dishes both ways and we did not have choices and had to eat what was available (which was not good either). Should indicate on seat selection when making purchase if there will be items below seat such as metal boxes that will limit legroom more than for other seats. I was placed at such a seat both ways, and had no legroom for over 8 hrs each way. :/"

The airline(s) crowds more people into limited space, then charges people to check baggage, yet they seem surprised and ill-equipped to deal with the lack of space for carryon bags, begging people to gate check before boarding, then scolding the last people who board for bringing their bags to their seats, expecting to find a place in the overhead bins for them. They charge for snacks other than 2 oz. of pretzels. If this is considered part of the hospitality industry, the company gets a failing grade. The individual staff do the best they can."

Cons: "On my outbound flight from IAD to BRU my flight was delayed 3.5 hours because the "plane was late to arrive". Seems like this happens a lot on United flights. The staff at the gate of Dulles airport were extremely rude and difficult to deal with, which made it frustrating to try and figure out my connection situation. I missed my connection from Brussels to Paris and had to buy a train ticket for which I was not reimbursed by United. Then, on the way back from Paris, my flight was delayed 2.5 hours for the same reason. At least this time I had a direct flight. This entire experience makes me think twice about flying United again. I live in DC and it would be just as (in)convenient for me to go to BWI instead of Dulles for international flights, where there seems to be more options outside of flying United."

They either checked for free or brought it on and managed to shove it in sideways taking up space that others needed. Some people brought three bags on!!! As a military spouse I feel cheated to have had to pay when others checked in for free at the gate. Not cool United, either let the spouse check in for free or make everyone abide by the so-called rules of one carry on that actually fits into that metal baggage guide. I would like a refund of 50.00 for the baggage fees I paid for this trip."

At Frontier, you don't even get to choose your seats without paying extra money. If you want to guarantee that you can sit in the absolute worst seats on the plane that's gonna cost you an extra $5. Sure hope we get to sit together! Lame. The seats were one step above folding lawn chairs. Lame. When the flight crew refers to the 6 inch by 3 inch "table" as a "barbie tray" that makes it funny, but no less lame. How could we top all this lameness off with a lame sauce? How about the flight crew "requesting" your attention and forcing you to sit through a 5 minute *credit card offer*. I could not believe it when the credit card offer started. Afterwards, she walked through the aisles and asked every person who dared to gaze in her general direction whether they were interested in her offer. How many were? ZERO. Before this flight I truly had no opinion about which airline I should fly, but now I do have a preference... Literally anyone other than Frontier."

I tried rebooking on the web site, but that didn't work. The web site did not know about the cancellation at all and wanted to charge me a large rebooking fee. Meanwhile I was on hold for two hours. Finally, I needed a midnight trip to the airport in order to rebook. At the airport, I witnessed ill-informed and stressed agents failing to cope with stressed stranded customers. One agent told a customer that she refused to help him any longer because he recorded her."

Cons: "The airline did not provide seat assignments at booking or prior to the flight. To secure seats together with my 11 year old son, I was upcharged at the airport ($85 for tow flights). No amenities were provided. Apple juice cost $3. No in flight entertainment, not even a magazine. This flight cost as much as a major airline when I booked it--the only convenience was timing back to our original airport. Add the seat up charge and I probably paid more. This experience proved to me that it might be ok to pay a little extra for a major carrier, especially on long trips."

Cons: "Per their instructions, I arrived at the airport two hours before my flight. The line to check in was MASSIVE. Everyone was grumbling they'd never fly Frontier again. All of the airlines nearby had no line, just Frontier was a mess. This took about an hour. I asked the lady at check-in (who rudely rolled her eyes at me when I said I needed a boarding pass printed), why it was so busy and she gave me a blank stare and said "it's like this every day at this time, we have five flights going out." Sooooo they know it's like this everyday...why don't they fix the problem and have more than TWO PEOPLE behind the desk? This doesn't seem like rocket science. Security took 40 minutes too, and I told two TSA people my flight was boarding, and they just looked at me and shrugged. I've seen far better at other airports. My gate closed at 4:20. I was still in line at 4:10. Somehow I made it through and had to full out sprint to the gate. I made it at 4:18, and the gate guy said "I hate to have to close the gate on people, good thing I don't!". THIS ISN'T A JOKE. I made it, with two minutes to spare, but this was insane. I was there two hours early, it's not like I came crashing in twenty minutes before. I also watched a a young woman in line miss her flight entirely because of their slow check-in, and the desk people just looked at her and shrugged. Their lack of service and support was unbelievable and unacceptable. There is a reason these flights are so cheap, and I saw it all firsthand."

Pull down table was very very small, and had sharp surfaces that would scratch my computer case. Stewards did not stop to offer water. Shameless marketing of food items and credit cards. The only reason we booked with Frontier is because of the nonstop to DC to fly a 90+ year old. Not looking to return flight and will never do again."

No lost baggage, arrived at a gate next to my connecting flight, etc. But, the seats are so flimsy now, because they wanted to squeeze in another row of seats. They say the leg room is better, but it felt like less leg room. Overall I can't complain because the flight was very affordable, and at the time that mattered more than my comfort."

The price indicated is likely at least $100 less than you will end up paying. Rude staff and terrible organization at the check-in and boarding areas too, likely because so many customers are furious at the lack of transparency regarding seating and luggage."

Cons: "The day after arriving at our destination, our return trip was canceled: "due to day-of-travel flight cancellation or traveler no-show." I can assure you, we did show; I had the pictures. They tried to put us on an earlier flight, which was not convenient, due to travel plans made 8 months prior, so the return flight was scheduled for the next day (again, inconvenient, due to loss of income). Frontier attempted to charge me for the extra day. After I complained multiple times, they finally waived the additional charge when I reminded them I was NOT the one who canceled the original flight. My daughter and I were provided $100 travel vouchers, each, for the "inconvenience." Frontier can keep their $200."

Cons: "Arrival time kept getting pushed back and no one was there to even tell us why. 2 hours later when someone finally shows up I finally manage to get an answer. Our ridiculous wait was because Frontier messed up with their staffing. They were understaffed at the Denver airport. I had to find out on my own how much the flight was being delayed because the screens at the airport never updated. It was delayed by 20+ minutes several times during our wait with no hint as to when it would stop being pushed back. This made it extremely inconvenient for the person picking me up because they have to drive longer than I'm in the air, not to mention we didn't get back until super late because of it and had to miss all of our plans. Several other families on the plane also mentioned having to cancel their plans for the evening. When we finally land, their coordinating was apparently terrible and the gate we were to exit on was occupied by another plane so we are told we'll have to wait for a while. Which, to be fair, probably wouldn't have felt like such a big deal had we not already been delayed 2 hours. But it gave the impression of a lack of urgency or care for our time. Like we were just constantly being pushed to the back of the bus. In the past when I've encountered this kind of an issue at the hands of the airline, they always offered some sort of small voucher or free beverages on the plane or SOMETHING to make us feel valued and to affirm that they simply messed up and ruined many people's evenings. The crew apologized and I realize it had nothing to do with them, but from an overhead standpoint, this was ridiculous. Southwest and Delta have always been great about trying to make it up the customer even if it's something small like a free drink on the plane. Working in customer service myself, I'm pretty disgusted about the lack of communication on Frontier's part. A lot of frustration would have been resolved if they simply told us at the gate what was going on and why we kept being pushed back. After my return trip, I will probably stick with Southwest or Delta from here on out."
Cons: "Seat was awful even though I paid for an aisle."
Cons: "Flight got delay change gate and delay again. Seats are very uncomfortable. Why are there fees for a seat? Add it to the flight price then. I can understand upgraded seat but every seat had a price on it. What am I gonna buy a ticket and not pick a seat?"
Pros: "The crew was great!"
Cons: "When my wife and I got to our seats (with an infant) we had gum all over our tray table, seat, and window cover. The other seat also had coffee stains on the tray table. The seats had clearly NOT been cleaned. The seats are also way too small and close together relative to other airlines. While I'm here, I need to mention that the a la carte style of charging for checked baggage, carry-on baggage, seats is terrible. It makes the original price very deceiving."
Cons: "Maintenance problem kept us on the ground for 3 hours. Pilot did not inform us until we were already 1 hour late departing. Sat on plane for most of the time. Should have offered us free soft drinks. Crew did nothing but look at photos on their phones."
Pros: "Fellow passengers were fine."
Cons: "No food. No drinks. If you wanted anything...you had to pay. Even after being held captive in Tarmac for 4.5 hrs. Despite having access to them we were initially grounded due to weather but it became unbelievable. Excuse after excuse. Staff wasn't very friendly either. Also no mention of bag fees during flight purchase! Never flying frontier again."
Cons: "Never flying Frontier again. The fact that you have to pay every additional fee possible doesnt make the attractive "cheap" booking price worth it. Never have I heard of paying to carry on your small bag- absolutely ridiculous! Then to pay for subpar seats and any beverage was the final straw. I will not be reccommending Frontier to anyone I know."
Cons: "Bag policy was not explained: $60 gate charge for either checked or carry-on first bag; Frontier does not participate in TSA Pre-check. After this trip, I'll never fly Frontier again!"
Cons: "No where when I was booking my flight was stated that I would have to pay to reserve a seat. I understand paying more for extra leg room but charging just to pick a seat in the back of the plane is rediculous and makes me never want to fly frontier anymore. I usually love flying frontier, but it makes me pick another airline. The flight was delayed 3 hours and I understand that things happen, but we were never told why our flight was delayed. The flight attendants were OK this trip. Usually I find Frontier flight attendants to be very friendly and seems to love their jobs, but this flight they were not the friendliest."

Cons: "the crew was incredibly rude (to others and myself) the flight was delayed three hours and we weren't notified until we were supposed to board"
Pros: "Service was poor, delayed boarding due to trainee at security and boarding gate. If you didn't purchase a drink water was slow in offering; seat were uncomfortable,, tray were useless, there was entertainment and it took almost 50 minutes to get our luggage"

Cons: "Plane was delayed multiple times (5 hrs) with no explanation....we were told they had to ground transport the part to fix the plane. They offered everyone $10 for food voucher but it took them 2 hrs to offer it to us and after 3 hrs of waiting, I didn't even get my voucher before we departed. In fact I got on the plane without my ticket that they had taken to process the voucher! Extremely minimalistic on everything from seating with no room or recline. Additionally, I had to pay extra to get an assigned seat and found out afterwards that Frontier charges for everything except water. Also, they were advertising in flight over the intercom for their new credit card...seemed like a very tacky way of reaching out. Overall, I don't plan to use this airline again and would rather pay extra with a reliable airline!"
Pros: "It was fine--took off, polite crew, and landed safely. Can't complain about that."
Cons: "Our plane was delayed for over an hour. Picking up a bag from Frontier takes forever because you have to check what would otherwise be a carry-on. I wasn't aware of this as it was my first time flying with Frontier. Knowing that, I'd be able to schedule better. Don't love that they don't really give any refreshments or snacks."
Cons: "There was a 4 hour delay that a notice went out 2 hours before boarding- which is too late because everybody was already there. And the email still encouraged us to come to the airport just in case. Which meant sitting around an airport 5 hours. Also, there are no trays on the back of your seat. There is a small metal bar that pulls down but it is too narrow for a computer, tablet, book or even to sit a cup of coffee on- which by the way- costs $1.99."
Pros: "I just plain like the Frontier method as it has been done for years. The pricing, seating, employees and most everything else just works."
Cons: "I've traveled with Frontier for years and on previous flights to DCA, I thought I should blame the baggage claim delay on the airport. Now I am told it is a Frontier responsibility and I am livid. It gets worse every trip. This time it took an hour to get our bags and it was clearly unnecessary. The first bags came out at about 30 minutes, but after that they dribbled out with no explanation whatsoever. Someone is a real laggard and they need to be fired! This experience was so bad that it takes precedence over our previous beefs. Boarding could be much better from back to front and the new seats are terrible, but like I said, if the baggage could be fixed, I would be willing to concede a few. At this point, I am ready to jump ship to Southwest."
