I got off the flight at out side,but i forgot to carried my small bag .and then the Crew returned me the bag very soon.they were very kind,thank you very much.
The gentleman at the gate was super helpful and helped us check our bags at the gate.
Zero leg room. Zero arm room. The entertainment system did not function. No food for such a long flight unless you pay more then the food is actually worth.
Flight crew was good, we arrived early on flight out and back! Feel like seats are tinier than ever, maybe it was just me. Food (water & pretzels) were OK, but nothing special (then again it was a short flight, so I didn't expect anything). Plane was small so we needed to gate check bags and the gate attendant came around and tagged everyone's bag for us, well before boarding which was hugely efficient - kudos to her on that!
Gate attendant's mic was broken (or she didn't know how to use) so she had to yell into the boarding area.
No vegetarian options in first class.. and go go wouldn5 hook up. Flight was an hour late...but that was ok.
The pilot did a nice job of flying in and banking so we could see the view..
It was on time
It was crowded and cramped.
I got there.
Virtually no service. Paying for checked baggage.
That the flight was a bit shorter than it was suppose to be.
A bit uncomfortable, but no more than any other flight
The crew was great.
For transatlantic flight, the quality and quantity of food could have been a bit more generous.
United employees were courteous and helpful very economical in their service to others
seats were a tad uncomfortable, if the flight was longer it would have been worse.
Seat 10C - does not stream properly.
Boarding was very delayed. The flight was very delayed. There was never an explanation or acknowledgememt, of the delay and it seemed no effort to make up the delay while in the air. As a result, a great number of us missed our connections to Boston. Poor effort by AeroMexico and Delta
I was sent to 2 different locations in the airport and missed my flight because of incompetence so I had to pay $1200 extra for another flight to get home.
The bags took forever to come out and we missed our second flight. We didn't know we had to pick up our luggage to be put onto the next flight
