It’s a 3 hour flight with no entertainment and no WiFi due to Delta using old planes on this route and food is cold. Today we were told no potable water on the flight to even make coffee or tea. Ridiculous service in this direct route for business travelers and non business travelers
The crew was excellent but the entertainment did not work. The 3mm jack for the headphones was faulty and no sound was available for entertainment.
The number of interim flight delays has been higher than I can remember in my history of travel making any connection a mystery as to whether you will actually make it.
THI IS THE 3RD CONSECUTIVE FLIGHT FROM ORD TO MSP THAT HAS BEEN DELAYED 2+ HOURS. CRAZY
Sat in the plane at the gate in SLC for 2+ hours before take off, getting me home nearly 3 hours later than planned.
I was impressed with how quickly the baggage transfers were made.
The Airline Attendant found us in flight and moved us to seats in the front of economy due to the short time we would have to make our connecting flight. We really appreciated it.
For some reason, there was very little volume on the cabin announcements. You could not hear what the pilot or crew were saying.
Carmen was an absolute delight on the flight staff! Everyone was lovely and made it a very pleasant flight.
Of course, the Gate change was last minute and they were boarding g when we finally got to the change of terminal as well.
We were forced to eat vegetarian food because non veg food ran out. The breakfast was mediocre.
Lost of requested seat assignments. Lost my husband's meal choice
It was good overall except from Omaha to Denver when flight a was a repeatedly delayed apparently due to some issue at Denver. Communications could have been handled better. I had to board then deboard with luggage and board again
Aircraft was noisy, old and never dimmed the lights on a night flight even on business class! I flew 17 times on United and probably another 40 on other airlines United USA /Europe flights were the worst to include luggage delayed once going to europe and once coming back
Flight was delayed from 35 minute delayed aircraft arrival to 90 minute delay causing us to miss international connecting flight on SWISS resulting in 16 hour delay to reach detonation causing significant angst, monetary loss and discomfort. SWISS transfer desk and staff was like robots not willing to help at all.
Not the best. Mean. Didn’t give any value to me being a united silver member and lots of attitude.
There were issues with the first segment but what really bothered me overall is that you rebooked me and put me in a seat away from my wife and then put her in another booking or boarding group. I don't like having to monitor every little thing you guys do in order to get what I paid for in the first place.
Aisle chair was good and liked the foot bar preventing you from putting your foot in the isle, The breakfast on this international flight to Zurich was horrible (Europeans, specially, used to good food) may make this a dealbreaker for booking with United Airlines again. I agreed with my Spanish fellow passenger.
The staff was phenomenal. I can’t think of anything that could be better. Will be flying with UA again
I had very little time to change planes originally in Denver after my flight from Omaha. I had an hour and a half layover in Denver originally and my flight leaving Omaha was delayed an hour because they had to change a tire which I can understand. When I reached Denver my other flight was late, fortunately, but I still had only 10 minutes to run about a mile through the airport to get to my flight. Again, fortunately I am a healthy 71-year-old and was able to accomplish this feat. However, the stress was more than necessary to bear.
