I love the food options, I don’t mind paying an extra $10-$12 for sandwiches, fruit, cheese, and crackers, and such. I’m glad they offer it!

There was no wifi even after my husband paid for wifi it wasn’t working. The plane looked and felt old.

Update the cabin with tv screens or at least music sources.

Pros: "I needed extra space because of my pregnancy, but didn't realize I couldn't upgrade my seat online or at check in. I was advised to tell the Boarding attendants I needed extra space and they promptly changed my seat and let me preboard. I'm so grateful and I had a wonderful flight back home. I was also very sick, so it was a relief knowing I could rest comfortably before arriving home to my children."

For a long-haul flight, the crew did a very good job of keeping the lavatories clean and the aisles clear.

The check-in crew at SF did not put on breakable glass stickers on check-in baggages which caused my antique whisky bottle to break during transportation.

Flight got delayed 1 hour from 1145 pm to 1245 am the another hour to 145 am just for them to cancel our flight. Waited until we gave up at 4 and decided to take an uber to a hotel since it was taking too long for them to provide us with one.

Very disappointed with the food on the first leg of the trip ( from Bangkok to Japan). I had the chicken con don bleu and I must say that I had better frozen TV dinner. The crews during the flight were running around but It was hard to flag them down for any simple services. For the amount of money for the business class, I had better services and food from other economy flights that i experienced. I will never fly Japan Air Lines again. I am willing to pay extra to avoid JAL👎👎👎👎👎👎

Cons: "Air Canada flight from Ontario to SFO was operated by United. Our flight was delayed by 2 hours and we ended up missing our connection. The customer service on the phone from both Air Canada and United would not take responsibility and continued to advise to call the other company to reschedule the flight. Not only did we miss our connection but our checked bag was rerouted onto another flight with no formal notification."

To add coming home I tried to upgrade my flight to Ontario to an earlier time and they refused to do so and said it would cost $75. Flight was delayed for more than 3 hours, crew at ONT airport was rude, and when we got to DFW the airplane had an issue landing, we had to be taxied to the terminal, and the luggage was hold until the next day.
