Flight attendants. Food, entertainment and most of all, be on time.

I love my Delta crew, they were so welcoming and helpful.

Better organization of boarding procedures. Terrible leadership guiding people to gates.

I did not take the flight, tried to cancel it right after I booked it, but was unable to reach anyone. I blame Kayak for this situation because they sent the booking through another company and I was unable to get anyone to talk to me about the situation. I had to just take the hit and pay for another flight through Cathay Pacific, which was wonderful. I will never use Kayak again. (I bet they don’t post this review!) I’ll just post about them on social media sites. I don’t want anyone to have to go through the hassle and expense I dealt with.

Unable to set seat assignment. Got a call from presumably “China airlines representative” but was asking for an exorbitant amount for the seat assignment. Was traveling as a family end up being assigned to different seats as a result. Will never use underpricer again.

Not many selections for entertainment. Bulk head seats are no longer available with out fee at the counter. That’s pretty lame.

I would have liked to know how to order a special meal (for medical purposes) before the flight.

Ask flight attendant for water during flight and she was a little rude get the water.

For a long-haul flight, the crew did a very good job of keeping the lavatories clean and the aisles clear.

The check-in crew at SF did not put on breakable glass stickers on check-in baggages which caused my antique whisky bottle to break during transportation.
