I thought that I had pre-purchased carry-on luggage and was surprised when I tried to check in that I did not have it.

Flight departure was 90 min delayed, and the boarding experience was confused, stressful, and generally poor. Additionally, the wifi on the plane was malfunctioning for all but the final 15 min of the flight into ILM.

Great experience and In love flying in and out of Provo airport

You get what you pay for. It’s like a bus but flying. No frills, no snacks. Leg room was fine, boarding was good.

Overall good. Plenty of legroom and fairly comfortable seats. No issues with capacity and the overhead been even though most people brought several carry-ons on. I don’t think Breeze really enforces the pay for a carry-on rule.

Surprised at how much I enjoyed Breeze. Paid for the Nicer upgrade which made it closer in price to a flag ship carrier but with more comfortable seats and much more leg room. Crew was polite and since we brought our food no loss there. Would make the point that the ‘have to pay for a carry-on is BS’. Most people did not and had several. Still was plenty of room in the overheads.

Comfortable seating, adequate space available, nice to have USB port, polite crew.

My experience is typically great with Breeze. This trip wasn’t any different.

This was my first experience with Breeze. The plane was cleaner and more comfortable than any other I've experienced. The process of boarding was streamlined. We boarded early and arrived at our destination 45 minutes early. The only hiccup was my ticket was rejected by TSA PreCheck and I got sent to the back of a very long line at Fort Myers. I entered my information when I bought my ticket, but it apparently didn't connect to my permanent profile. I'll correct that for next time. I was expecting an Allegiant experience, but Breeze was much more upscale. I really, really enjoyed it.

Great experience. Non stop is great in and of itself.

Okay, not wonderful. Short flight. Wi-fi didn't work properly. Stuck waiting for a gate to open upon arrival for 20 or so minutes.

They sent a notice that they were boarding an hour early. We had to leave the club and run to the gate. They said sorry, that came from corporate and was a mistake. They did not have enough seating because the flight before it had not taken off on time. They moved our gate and delayed it for an hour.

The boarding and seat assignment system no longer works for me, but I know it is being replaced. Otherwise, I am good with the overall experience.

The lead steward kept singing about "San Francisco" and hotel California---more annoying than humorous....needs work. Flight was smooth and on time.

San Diego airport is brand new, spacious, airy and very smooth checkin at SW baggage drop.

Crew could have been friendlier, maybe I'm spoiled by SW crews. In flight wifi was good. Would be nice to have more food offerings on a 4 plus hour flight

Ever since Southwest starting charging for bags, passengers don't want to pay to check their bags, so the gate agents have to beg people to check their roller bags now because there's "not enough space". This was a terrible business move by Southwest.

Sacrament staff are always polite and helpful. Airport is easy to maneuver and boarding is straightforward.

As always, the entire Southwest experience was wonderful, from online booking to flight to baggage retrieval. Very grateful.

The weather could have been better. There was a 40 minute ATC delay in SFO because of marine fog and a micro cell storm delayed landing and take-off at Nashville. The gate was changed 5 minutes from boarding from gate B3 to gate C23 at Nashville airport.

I’m so sorry, I can’t remember her name, I believe it was Dimpti. She was stellar, also a mature Asian flight attendant, lots of flowers in her hair, just as amazing! But literally the crew was AWESOME . Only downside is there weren’t any charging outlets. Maybe I needed to ask a flight attendant , but it would’ve been nice to have one easily accessible.

I boarded flight UA#1318 at Sacramento International Airport going back to Houston TX. The flight was scheduled at 5:10am. I was able to check in virtually using the United Airlines app. When I entered the airport, there was no one outside assisting with checked bags as it was for Delta Airlines. Immediately upon entering, there was a LONG, EXTREMELY LONG line to the kiosks to get boarding passes. I stand in line to get boarding passes then had to move to ANOTHER EXTREMELY LONG line to get my bags checked in. While standing in this line, we noticed an agent taking customers to 3 at a time to her station to check their bags in. Lucky for me, she called me back, checked my bags for me and I was on my way. I then encountered another long line at the TSA check and to avoid I ending up having to sign up for CLEAR to bypass it. So glad, I did.,...Both of my flights were great with no issues, butthe check in progress at Bush Airport was so much smoother. Check-in at SMF airport needs to be anaylzed and corrected. Do better United, I know you can....thanks

Pushed back only to get deplaned due to a tire damaged by ground crew. They did at least go pretty fast. The bathrooms should be banned under the Geneva convention. No room to even sit straight on the toilet. The under-seat entertainment units block what little leg room there is.

United airlines has the best customer experience from booking to arrival. I always fly United airlines. The mileage program is excellent

After a delay at the gate, C3, at Ohare on Sunday, I left my Blk ski coat on the bench at the gate, lost! Please review my lob claim, thx.

Older aircraft, no meal, only food was for purchase. Not impressed United.

Always wish for more healthy, gluten free options. We have to bring our own.

Not pleasant trip cross country when the entertainment and WiFi system not working. No entertainment for entirety of route. Staff was rather nonchalant in that they dismissed the problem due to age of plane. It would have been nice to know this up front so I could have come prepared to read or download movies before boarding Coincidentally or not, there was a similar issue with the entertainment system on my previous flight I took on my fist leg of the trip. There are no seat TVs, so you must rely on the app when it works. United can do better. Also, what use it it to pay for boarding group 2 when half of the passengers are in the same line as you?

Premium Plus is a really good idea for longer flights

The flight attendants were great, I joked with one I can’t remember her name, a blond, really sweet. I thought it was run well very professional. This was great i survived Spirit, I know for which I speak.

UGH I HAD TO MISS MY FIRST FLIGHT TO TAMPA CAUSE OF THE 10 MINUTE DELAY OF THE ORLANDO TO MIAMI ONE SO THEY HAD ME GET ANOTHER TICKET. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL BECAUSE IT MADE ME MISS MY CONNECTING FLIGHT FROM TAMPA TO LONDON AND FORCED ME TO MISS A DAY AT MY ROOM IN THE UK.

Wish they didnt delay off-boarding for 10 minutes so i could connect to my flight from miami to tampa

We experienced gate changes and a long delay. My seat was dirty when I boarded and I had to use wipes to clean it myself. There was an unpleasant and overpowering cleaning product scent on the plane as well that lingered through the flight.

I got sick nothing contagious but distressing and the care I received by Kayla? Keighly the flight attendant will be memorable for ever. Thank You

Waaay too small plane. They also need to up the size of the overhead bins. I would love to keep me 3k with of camera equipment in my hard case baggahe instead of it being thrown into the belly of the plane

Attendants were pleasant and the flight was smooth and relaxed.

It was fine. No drinks nor snacks offered though. I thought that was unusual.

Delays to take off and to leave the plane after landing added a lot of time to this flight.

It was a red eye flight, so no meals were provided, but it was fine with snacks. The seats felt cramped and almost too narrow.

We didn't take off until an hour after we boarded.

I've flown two Spirit flights recently - boarding for one was somewhat chaotic, with the board listing the wrong flight and causing much confusion; boarding for the other was very smooth and easy. My seat (for which I did not pay extra) was a bit narrow and without great legroom, but it was fine for a NY-Florida trip and was more than worth the low price I paid. The crew was friendly and one flight landed early and the other was only very slightly delayed. All in all a very good experience.

Your flight crew and boarding area crew need to have microphone use training. They all hold the microphone right up to their mouths, way to close making understanding them almost impossible. The microphone should be held about 3 to 4 inches away from their mouths. This would provide for much better clarity through the PA system. ‘Eating the mic’ DOES NOT work.

It was the first time I flew on that airline and had a very positive experience. Nearly identical to Jetblue which consider the standard of airlines excellence.

A bottled or canned drink, whether water or soda would have been appreciated upon settling in and flying, without being charged for it.

COMMUNICATION!!!! The issue was a crew shortage, which means you knew in advance the issue. Instead of notifying people in advance, we're finding out an hour before the flight it's canceled. You rebooked people to more flights you knew wouldn't get out. You ended by taking part of my party to a completely different state and leaving them there. The next morning, you still have no way to get them to the original destination and they ended up missing an important event. We came out of so much money to check bags multiple times. And on top of all that, the staff in the building seemed to not care and were fairly rude. Overall, just go on and fold and quit making promises to people to get them places when you know you can't. Shoutout to Delta for doing a great job at making it less painful (for those of us who made it).

The flight was cancelled without prior notice. I was inform as I was checking in. No hotel accommodation nor any simple explanation as why it was cancelled.

Bad experience with gate agent. I asked what group she was boarding. She gave me a face and said, with attitude, group 1. I stood back and waited for my group, group 2 to be called. After an awful lot of people boarded she took the mic and announced, now boarding group 5. The lack of professionalism amongst spirit staff is astounding.

Boarding process was slightly delayed but took an extra long time which caused a 30 minutes delay.

Flight cancelled. Only options are to a different city or wait 2 days for a flight to same destination

Our flight was canceled at the last minute after delaying for hours and our whole holiday had to be canceled they could not get another flight next day we had so much planned 3 hotels, Disney tickets, car rental. It was canceled due to cabin crew not showing up.
