Pros: It was on time and got me where I needed to go.
Cons: The crew often bashed my wife's elbow with their trolleys. I am 6'2" and I could not sit with my legs straight in front of me. There is no leg room and the seats do not recline very far. The food was repulsive. They ran out of vegetarian options (my wife is a vegetarian) and what we did eat turned our stomachs.
Pros: The flt attendants were very good but not exceptional. The entertainment screen was the best I have experienced. Coach was as cramped as every other airline I have flown. Seats were not very comfortable. Food was delicious.
Cons: Lufthansa, (and all other carriers) need to remove a couple rows of seats in economy class and give passengers the space they deserve. Seats on international flights need to be more comfortable also.
Pros: I never made the connection because the flight was cancelled. I liked nothing about the flight and to boot I got sick because I was up for over 40 hours straight... 11 of them spent in Customer Service line.
Cons: It was a terrible two day experience that would have turned into over 3 if I did not cancel my flight plans.... vacation ruined.
Cons: No meals served, and no beverages, unless you are willing to pay inflated prices for garbage. They will give you tap water if you ask, and that's that. I still find this approach despicable and unnecessarily stingy, especially since this is BA, not a lowcost.
Pros: Great helpful flight crew
Cons: Checking our bag was a nightmare. All bag check-in was at kiosk which we couldn't use because we had to pay to check our bag. Had to find a desk in another terminal to check bag, then pay an another desk for said checked bag. We saved money by ticketing this way but we almost missed our flight
Pros: Not really something. It was an old cabin. The seat was confortable and the food was ok. Some of the crew were nice others not that much.
Cons: The cleaning of the toilets. Awful and without water and soap. The restrooms were not clean from the beginning. It was disgusting. Having new cabin.
Cons: The only company that constantly delays flights. Narrow and uncomfortable places in the business class. They waited 4 days for the suitcase! They are not responsible for receiving compensation for the delay in suitcases! Where to write and call?
