The black boxes next to your feet are oddly placed and limit leg room.
Good thing, we got there.
The flight attendants did nothing and told us we had to buy water. Really?? We were over charged for our baggage by a long shot. You sell cheap flights but by the time you pay for bags it is no longer a deal.
Boarding is an issue. Please have more staff in the early stages of boarding to make sure people go to the correct lines . It's not immediately obvious and leads to frustration . I wasn't too bothered as I worked it out quickly but I could hear many others expressing their frustration around me . I was disappointed in the movie selection. I wanted more new release movies to choose from . Cabin crew friendly and polite . Love the wine ! Put up with being cramped .. would love more leg room but overall very happy ! Thank You everyone involved !
Awful service, they put me waiting for more than an hour to say that I was in the overbook list so they would need to include me in a flight 3 hours later in another airline. Outrageous!
Everything else was great
Larding is shambullick from LAX! Needs improving your system . No one to tell you early which line and existing signs for economy and Premium do not stand out .. staff need to be on the ground sooner letting people know and asking them which seats to prevent most people being in the wrong queue
The crew were professional and looks the part, food was warm and tasty and they made regular checks to see if we needed water or food.
Well there were 3 crying babies for a good portion of the flight which is no fault of the airline or parents it's just something that wasn't as desirable.
The vegan food was delicious. The stewards and stewardesses were available and friendly. The seats were bigger than the new norm. He movies and documentaries were a good selection.
The seats could be bigger. The eggs could be vegetarian.
Cabin crew is friendly. No reschedules or gate changes. Pretty straight forward to catch a plane.
First off the planes I flew on were noticeably old.
Unfortunately I didn't get to travel, yet I paid $625! What a load of sh!& How is this legal? Sorry I wasn't able to understand 100% of what I read, and was naive to think that your company wasn't profiting off of deceiving customers. It's ridiculous to make someone read through 3 different "terms and conditions" and expect them to check all of the policies of the airline before they commit to the reservation. The wording also doesn't read easy and requires an attorney to read through. This is a scam.
I would like to know who is telling me the truth regarding why i $500 was taken from my refund when I was forced to cancel my flight due to not getting my visa. I think it's interesting that as I typed this, as soon as I typed justfly.com or kayak.com, a window popped up encouraging me to write my comment in feedback, not here, yet when I wrote kiwi.com or priceline.com, nothing popped up. This just confirms that there are many people out there that believe they were deceived by these two companies and it's unfortunate that Qantas is looking just as guilty of cheating people out of their hard EARNED money.
Very professional, nice crew, smooth flight. Loved the tail outside camera. Had fun watching that. Very enjoyable for such a long flight.
Wasn’t thrilled that only salmon salad was left as a choice for dinner. Hubby can’t do salad, and I can’t do fish. Crew brought us some snacks.
