Our flight was cancelled and they were awful to deal with, leaving us stranded in Orlando. I booked a flight with Sun Country and everything went smoothly with Sun Country. I even was interviewed by the news and told them that we were happy to be with Sun Country- so hopefully that gained you some more business. The crew at the ticket desk, the pilot, and all the flight staff was wonderful. They made an awful day so much better. I am very happy that we were able to find a flight back to Minneapolis with Sun Country. We will for sure fly Sun Country from now on."

I was informed by anAA employee they the connection is frequently missed due to similar problems. 2. Flight attendants and gate agents will bankrupt the airline with their horrible attitude. - they should be fired."

I received errors when trying to access gogoinflight on my tablet, even when I had the most updated app. Therefore I was unable to use the app during my flight to Philadelphia. Also, when checking in from our original departure location, MCO, we were not provided our boarding pass or luggage tags for our final destination, Barcelona, only to our connecting flight, Philadelphia. The connecting flight was delayed in MCO for an 1 hour and a half, after we have boarded the plane. So we waited in the plane for the whole hour and half while a maintenance issue was being resolved. The delay almost cost us to be late for our final flight to Barcelona. Since we were not given our boarding passes for PHL to BCL it caused confusion when trying to board our plane in PHL to Barcelona, and also caused for our baggage to not arrive with the flight. After landing, we spent an additional 2 hours at the Airport going through customs, and waiting on line for the lost and found desk for baggage in Barcelona. The lost and found desk had three agents available to assist, however we can only talk to one which was designated specifically for American Airlines. This caused a very long wait time of 1 hour. We were advised the bags stayed in Phildelaphia since they did not have the additional luggage tags, and will not arrive till the next day. Overall the experience within the Airport kiosks, service desks, and baggage check in' s was not a pleasant experience. I believe many of these issues could have been avoided if the American Airlines agents were more knowledgeable and attentive."

The only option was to stream via my personally device. This would have been fine if there were outlets to charge personal devices at each set! The crew at the ticketing counter was VERY rude. The lady who finally helped me was nice. that was after standing in several lines!"

If we did not have to wait for the flight crew, we would have been on time and not held up by weather. It took 10 minutes to get someone to the Jetway for deplaning when we arrived. We were the last flight to arrive and it took 45 minutes for the first bags to hit the baggage claim."

Pros: "Mebbe UA learned its lesson after being skewed for a couple of customer horror stories. My domestic flight from MCO to ORD was entirely pleasant. The plane left on time & arrived on time. I noticed quite a few airport employees at O’Hare had a chip on their shoulders, as if they hated their job but needed it to live. There’s better jobs out there if you don’t like dealing w the public."

Cons: "A 2 hour delay at 9:20pm at night is unfortunate yet frustrating experience, especially when we moved our flight up due to a travel warning for EWR (ironically enough, our originally scheduled flight (1922 MCO-EWR). I'm giving an overall OK (instead of good) due to the fact that there were no snacks (although I did not want anything, it didn't go unnoticed) and although there was free inflight entertainment for personal devices, I feel the passengers should have been given free internet access - in my opinion, it would have been the appropriate thing to do. In any case, this experience doesn't change my positive opinion of United."

Cons: "All passangers had to de-plane due to technical problems with the aircraft. The captain kept us abreast , but updates were sparse. When we de-planed, NO ONE at United's ticket counters offered any information or directions on what we were supposed to do. We were like sheep; just following the crowd, hoping that other passengers knew what they were doing and where they were going! I specifically asked a "customer service" rep to make an announcement so that we would know what was going on...her reply? "didn't they make one before you got off?" Service was horrible!!! When we landed in DC, we missed our connecting flight and again, United representatives were non responsive and very uncaring about the passengers they are suppose to serve. My party and I (along with other passengers) kept being routed to different gates and told to get information from that gate. After the 3rd reroute, I demanded that we all get better treatment and better communication and information about how to connect for our final destination. That response was met with "I can keep you here until tomorrow morning if you don't like it!" This was from a United Supervisor. My party and I were then routed to San Francisco...our destination was Seattle. When we arrived in S.F. I complained about the service received thus far and was given a $14.00 voucher for my "troubles and inconvenience." We were finally routed to and boarded a plane for our final destination of Seattle, arriving after 1:00 AM in the morning, when we were originally scheduled to arrive at 8pm, the evening prior. I understand that technical problems often times occur, but the crew and United's customer service reps could have done a better job of showing compassion and appreciation for our journey's disruption, inconvenience and missed connections. It was the poor attitudes of these individuals in the CUSTOMER SERVICE industry that really surprised and disappointed me. Their attitudes seemed to be pervasive throughout the company and not the attitudes of a select few employees. The flying experience is not what it use to be. I am on travel again in the next two weeks and actively and deliberately looked for flights on ANY airline OTHER than United. Never again will I fly this airline. Our only option was to get a refund which comes in 7 to 10 days, and try to find another flight. The next flight fro Orlando to STL was 4 days later. We were able to get another flight on AA but we had to rent a car and then drive 3 hours to a different airport. I would avoid the provider unless you know that there is zero chance of any delays from any part of the country."

My mother and I checked in together, they put me in zone one and her in zone 4, this was after I paid for each bag and $40.00 for the carry on bag. It was absolutely NOT a good experience."

On other notes, on the first flight of my two, the plane was swerving back and forth on takeoff and landing. The weather was fine, and I've flown plenty enough to know this wasn't normal. My second flight was fine. It was on the same plane, but the crew changed, so I guess it was pilot causing it to be this way? The seats were uncomfortable in coach for long periods of time compared to other airlines, and did not recline."

I didn't expect the best accomidations compared with a major airline. But for a budget airline, I'm actually surprised and happy that there was a straight flight from MCO to STL. I couldn't find other airlines with a straight flight. I also loved how helpful the ticketing personel and boarding employee helped me out and answered some of my concerns. They were super polite and quick to help. They also had a very relaxed/laid back attitude I liked."
Cons: "I understand it's a budget airlines, but I didn't like the fact that you aren't allowed a carry-on item unless you purchase one. Most other airlines would allow one free carry-on and one free personal item. Due to this, I didn't get to pack as much as I needed for my trip. And also, it was not informed that guest had to pay for a carry-on. I was lucky enough to call the hq a day before my flight. It just so happened to be one of my concerning questions. The flight attendants were overall okay, but there were some instances that I felt they were incompetent but also not as thorough. I had trash to throw away and they passed me 3 times before I was able to throw it away. Plus I turned on my assistance light so they would come pick it up, but it took them a good 15/20 minutes to finally check in me and by that time my trash was already picked up. The seats and trays aren't as comfortable as I hoped. And I get it's a budget airlines, but that's also the reason why my flight was less comfortable or entertaining."

I was not aware of this ahead of time, but it was confirmed to me after looking at my ticketing and speaking with several TSA agents from my departing airport, Orlando (MCO). They said Frontier is one of the very few carriers that do not participate in this program for some reason. I would love to know what that reason is? This is a very important feature for me. Without a good reason for not offering this service, I must say I am far less likely to chose Frontier in the future, along with having to make recommendations to my colleagues to avoid Frontier for this reason for their travel needs as well."
