I was seated when her collage pulled my back bag from the compartment to make room for a bigger luggage, left it on the seat next to me and said will take care later. With frustrating tone Staysy showed up and command me to put it under the seat. I told her to put it under and not to command me with this tone... as it was not my decision the bag to be there. She did put it under but kept making comments and even did not apologize. A frustrating flights - over 5 hours late with spicy flight attendant attitude."

Cons: "I had safety concerns on the flight from YVR to Toronto because seated in the exit row were two individuals who were brought to the gate assisted on a cart and had to wait for assistance to get on and off the flight. They had very poor ambulation which made me nervous as these people have agreed, by sitting in the exit row, that they are able and willing to help in the case of an emergency evacuation. This was not a safe situation and was noted by several passengers."

Cons: "- The unprofessional way the staff "sorted us out". Especially the lady at check-in. Our flight was from NY to Toronto and then connecting after a nine-hour layover from Toronto to London. On all flights, we got the seats in the middle of the aircraft allocated, which is challenging when you are on crutches. - The second flight to London was in a terribly old machine where the overhead compartments were not well equipped to accommodate my crutches. The only way they fitted was at the very back underneath all the luggage. So when I asked the flight staff to help me get my crutch to go to the toilet, as I could not get it myself, he asked: "do you really have to use it?". I considered that very rude! - The selling of the entertainment systems took forever, which meant that the food sale was very late. Almost 4 hours into the flight on an overnight flight is really late! Especially when people would prefer to sleep. Due to my medication, I had to wait for food, but it took forever. All in all, not the best experience"

The previous flights cost total $678 for two people from FLL to EDI. But you allowed us to be charged $2500 for the same exact route, and we had to spend due to the emergency. The very next day the President of the USA stated it was unethical for price gouging to happen. I request at least 50% refunded back"

The crew said that Pearson airport was on a shut down due to severe thunderstorms. But the weather was nice and sunny when we arrived Toronto; in fact my connecting flight ( Hainan airlines HU 7995 had left 20 min. earlier- on time- for Bejing. The crew in Westjet plane told me that all airlines were delayed in Toronto airport due to bad weather , and so that I would not miss my connecting flight."

Made call in evening and part of info I had given at airport as to my hotels to receive luggage when found was not communicated in the computer.Luckily I called."

Cons: "Because there was a mechanical problem in Palm Springs and the suitcases in Toronto took forever to come down( mine was the last suitcase to come down ) I missed my connection and had to be put up at a hotel , the kitchen was closed and I had to pay for my breakfast!!!!"

I was informed by anAA employee they the connection is frequently missed due to similar problems. 2. Flight attendants and gate agents will bankrupt the airline with their horrible attitude. - they should be fired."

I received errors when trying to access gogoinflight on my tablet, even when I had the most updated app. Therefore I was unable to use the app during my flight to Philadelphia. Also, when checking in from our original departure location, MCO, we were not provided our boarding pass or luggage tags for our final destination, Barcelona, only to our connecting flight, Philadelphia. The connecting flight was delayed in MCO for an 1 hour and a half, after we have boarded the plane. So we waited in the plane for the whole hour and half while a maintenance issue was being resolved. The delay almost cost us to be late for our final flight to Barcelona. Since we were not given our boarding passes for PHL to BCL it caused confusion when trying to board our plane in PHL to Barcelona, and also caused for our baggage to not arrive with the flight. After landing, we spent an additional 2 hours at the Airport going through customs, and waiting on line for the lost and found desk for baggage in Barcelona. The lost and found desk had three agents available to assist, however we can only talk to one which was designated specifically for American Airlines. This caused a very long wait time of 1 hour. We were advised the bags stayed in Phildelaphia since they did not have the additional luggage tags, and will not arrive till the next day. Overall the experience within the Airport kiosks, service desks, and baggage check in' s was not a pleasant experience. I believe many of these issues could have been avoided if the American Airlines agents were more knowledgeable and attentive."

I was told " we only have blankets for 1st class boarding only". So my economy class is not expensive enough to be comfortable and warm on our trips as we'll. I think its very ridiculous, and immature that because I fly a different class of flight im subject to be very uncomfortable the rest of my flight. Someone should do something about this prejudice rule against flyers."

Cons: "The lack of communication, I received an email about my flight changing at 9am but I did not see it because I was at the airport. No one at the gate said anything to us until we started going to the counter. I was switched to a standby flight which the employee thought it was more important to get an employees husband on and offered me a seat for $1,300 in first class if I wanted to get on "that bad" or another flight 3 1/2 hours later that would not qualify me for a lunch ticket. That 1:40 flight was delayed and we stayed sitting in the plane waiting for permission to leave at 2:56pm. I was to be in NY at 3pm to meet my family on other flights but I got there at 6:30pm while they waited for hours!!! Communication is very important, I know that incidents happen, but this was ridiculous! The flight attendants even ran out of free pretzel snacks and offered items for purchase. Will not forget this experience for a while."

Cons: "Hi - My flight from Orlando to Charlotte was delayed due to mechanical issues. This caused me to miss my connecting flight from Charlotte to Seattle. I was supposed to get home to Seattle by 5:45pm but I actually made it home at 12 midnight. There was no flight entertainment for a cross country flight! The only option was to stream via my personally device. This would have been fine if there were outlets to charge personal devices at each set! The crew at the ticketing counter was VERY rude. The lady who finally helped me was nice. that was after standing in several lines!"

We had to stop them and then fight our way up the aisle with people all in the way. Terrible, just lousey. 3 and a half hours before flight we arrived and didn't even have a chance to get some lunch before flight. I give Toronto and air Canada the worst possible rating of any airport or airline I've ever dealt with. John O"Hearn"

Pros: "I was not given a seat assignment on an early 6:30am flight but was given a first class seat...that was a bonus because I was travelling with my dog so I had ample space."

Cons: "Almost missed my flight because an Air Canada representative insisted I could not use my visa debit card for the luggage fee. I then tried to pay cash, but he said that he didn't accept Canadian currency, so I would have to use the ATM to withdraw American cash. I did, and the fees were ridiculous. Then, he didn't have change to break the 40$ i withdrew into his $25 fee. I proceeded to follow him as he walked around for twenty minutes asking random people at the airport if they had change for a twenty. It was very embarrassing and stressful, as I already was in tears from saying goodbye to my partner. Boarding the plane wasn't a problem, but getting on a plane in Orlando, Florida with the air conditioner broken with a plane of 300+ was outrageous. It felt like a sauna in the airplane and the kids were screaming in discomfort, something a 20-something like myself wanted to do as well but had the control not to. It's a shame because we used Air Canada a lot to travel back and forth to visit each other, but with this last trip we will no longer be using this airline and will shop for alternatives who are worth the price of admission."

Cons: "Difficult to cancel flight. Could not do on line and when I called I went through a menu that said that no one was available and to call back later. Didn’t even state what later meant. Subsequently ended up not canceling in advance since very little ability to call back once into work day."

Cons: "Delayed flight with no explanation, no WiFi access (it wasn't working), and the service was okay - they weren't stellar or poor."

Cons: "I was delayed significantly for both flights on my round-trip and all Air Canada can offer is 15% off my next flight with them. What an embarrassment this company is to be the official airline of Canada. They should change their name to Air Rouge and allow some other company earn Canada in the name. What absolute trash honestly, if you like delays because the plane has a technical problem and they can't even sort out a back up plane within 6 hours, at their headquarters with all these hangers and planes at their disposal, then at least you'll get 15% off your next delayed flight with them."

Cons: "The return flight to Orlando was just shy of 2 hours delayed. It was delayed 30 minutes prior to boarding. Then we sat on the plane, at the gate for over an hour. The plane was absolutely filthy. There was food on the seats, on the floor, smears on the window. It was disgusting and I could not wait to get if that plane. I will not be choosing air Canada in the future."

Cons: "I made a mistake on my reservation. I thought I made it for July 30tb , but it was for August 30th . They charged over $600.00 to fly home , which is a lot of money to me ."

Pros: "Everything was great. Smooth, comfortable ride. I felt well taken care of"

Cons: "They only had two people at the counter to check in passengers for two flights that took off fifteen minutes apart. they closed the ticketing/ checkin counter downstairs an hour before the flight was scheduled to take off. the same people moved up stairs to work the counter at the gate. it took us an hour and ten minutes to get check our bags. Once we got to our destination, only one of two bags was with us. the airline won't even deliver the missing bag to us. they will only get it to the destination airport if they can find it."

Cons: "Boarding always seems a bit of a jumble. Everyone stands around for what seems like an age. They announce zones 1 and 2, then people with children, then everyone else, but we are all standing around and then trying to queue for a long time."

Cons: "We avoid Air Canada and after this flight that will continue. First, they wanted $400 for the return trip to guarantee that my wife and I sit together. To guarantee that we sit together and that it would be safe for her 28in femurs it would be $800. Then the Orlando leg of our trip was delayed by two hours, guaranteeing that we would miss our connecting flight. They would not make arrangements prior to departure, nor would they respond to any enquiries from any of the passengers about their connecting flight arrangements. On arrival in Toronto, as we pulled up to the gate, they announced that they had found alternate connections for all but 4 passengers that we would get more information outside. There was nobody at the gate. There was noone at customs. We did not know if we had a connecting flight, or if we had to pick-up our luggage. Nobody from Air Canada gave us any information. We asked security at baggage if we should go on to connecting flights or wait for luggage and were only informed that once we leave the baggage area we couldn't return. When we got to the terminal entrance for connecting flights, we were told (by security) that we could not enter without a new boarding pass. THEY directed us to the line for Air Canada (no indication if we were in the right line, but other people in the line were in the same situation. We finally got to the counter and were informed that we were on the last flight of the night and given boarding passes. Thank heavens that my credit card has priority pass membership. Delays happen. The way Air Canada handles it turned a minor annoyance into a maximum-stress situation. We already avoid Air Canada because they took away almost 50,000 travel miles for not flying for one year. We will work even harder to avoid them in the future."

Pros: "Not certain the type of aircraft used for the flight from Orlando to Toronto, but it had more leg room and more comfortable seats that the flight to Orlando which was on an Airbus. The seats were a wee bit wider and the extra few inches of leg room made the difference between a completely unbearable flight and one that was "poor." (See comments about the crowding and heat.)"
Cons: "We were returning after a cruise, spent part of the day on a shore excursion before being dropped off at the airport 5 hours before our flight. There was no rep at the check-in counter until 3 hours before the flight which meant we had to sit in the terminal for two hours. If they could have had one rep on duty to check in early arrivals, we could have proceeded through security and spent time in the MCO Lounge which would have been more comfortable than the terminal. Once their check-in counter opened it took about 2 hours to clear that and security. Once on board the sold out flight, we were told it was too cold in the front of the plane; while in the back it was baking. For a flight departing Florida, I would expect the airline to have A/C running before we boarded."

Cons: "The fight itself was fine. Not great. Not terrible. But the airline lost my son's suitcase and has been entirely unhelpful ever since then. Now we have been stuck in a foreign country without clothes and toiletries for 36 hours and Air Canada's "helpline" has been anything but helpful. They can not find any information on the location of the suitcase and hope that they will find it in another 48 hours. Rediculous!! I will never fly them again and suggest that you save your money, effort and vacation by flying with another airline."

The security guard at first location told us the floor above was moving faster and had more doors. We were in a hurry and changed lines and the other was worse we walked up to gate right in time."

Cons: "Flight delayed no information coming from them. Slow boarding with over a dozen wheelchairs and only one porter to load them. AC did not board children first but started with zones till one mother with 5 kids complained and then they announce young children can board. Girl at the gate chewed gum while dealing with passengers. No free cookies and only offered purchasable food. Free drink was a half full glass of warm ginger ale. No announcement about what to do with missed connections. AT the airport luggage was lost and only one person at the desk to handle dozens of people. Sent in circles looking for someone to help and causing me to pass 3 times through security even though I was never out of the building. This caused a major panic attack and not one employee came ask if they could help me. I was forced to hide in a washroom crying my eyes out and fighting the panic. Finally found out from another passenger that I could get a bus to Kingston. Went to an AC agent to inquire and told to go down stairs and ask them. I had 5 minutes to catch the bus but was told I would have to go back up stairs to purchase a ticket but would miss the bus. I found the driver who was awesome he let me purchase ticket on bus but I only had US dollars and they took it at par. Cost a lot for someone who has little. Luggage finally arrived 2 days later."
