There were no entertainments and was not allowed to use any devices.
Flight departed at 7.55 am, was about 2 hours - no real breakfast was served, just a roll and a muffin.
Compare to the price of ticket, I thought the service was good and the seats were not so tight.
I did not like the food that were served.
Flight attendants are friendly and accommodating. Willing to meet all my reasonable needs. Meals are Ok.
Seats are a little small considering my body size.

Tiny beds in business class with two-across seating so the window passenger has to climb over the aisle passenger. Are they stuck in the 90s? I won't fly with them again. Boarding in Beijing for Manila was a free for all. Business class was not called first. Isn't this why I pay triple the coach fare? No English language newspapers from Los Angeles to Beijing.
Late departure- even with snow issues have not had similar problems with WestJet

I thought boarding was more difficult than normal with the gate configuration. Hard to hear announcements.
no flights between noon and 9pm. pay for snacks..on westjet they were free

Flight back was OK but flight to Orlando was not. Travelling with s 94 yr old man in a wheelchair. Everything at Pearson is not conduscent to travel with a handicapped person. Poor layout, poor assistance, non caring people, long distances,, and final straw was air canada started boarding without calling for handicapped first. We had to stop them and then fight our way up the aisle with people all in the way. Terrible, just lousey. 3 and a half hours before flight we arrived and didn't even have a chance to get some lunch before flight. I give Toronto and air Canada the worst possible rating of any airport or airline I've ever dealt with. John O"Hearn

Enjoyed the ANA service so much. The crew was so attentive and helpful. The floor was really wet under our seat and they got newspapers and blankets to keep our stuff dry and checked in on us several times. We felt very well taken care of. Enjoyed the documentaries on Japan and Okinawa!
We didn't know the meal schedule. We thought the half a sandwich at dinner time was dinner, but then a full meal came out a couple hours later. :) Nice surprise though!

I accidentally left an external battery in my check in bag and they stopped me to open my bag and remove it as I was boarding. This is obviously my fault but I wish they had called me up earlier to not disrupt the other passagers and slow the boarding process.
