Cons: "This was a very very old plane and the entertainment option was terrible. The 3.5 mm ports were all messed up, and I tried 4 different ones. The TVs flickered and were extremely tiny. There were only 3 movies to chose from. The seats were terribly uncomfortable and the one in front of me was falling apart. The crew said that they cleaned plane prior to everyone boarding but it was visibly dirty."

Cons: "This flight was for my wife and I's honeymoon and it was a miserable experience. The flight was delayed by several hours with no specific expectation of when it would actually leave. We were just continually told “soon”, “shortly”, “in an hour” all night long. If we were given a specific time then we could have planned on at least trying to sleep for a little while. It wouldn’t have been near the same inconvenience if it was during the day except it was during night when no stores were open to buy food or a pillow to try and sleep. The airline wasn’t able to get any pillows or blankets for us. Luckily we still made it on our cruise before it left but with no sleep it left us pretty miserable trying to recuperate from that night."

Cons: "There was a 40 minute delay texted to us 8 hours prior to the flight, but we were told to arrive at the normal time. Then, on arrival, two of the flight attendants announced they weren't feeling well, and we waited another hour, with few announcements which were audible only at the gate."

Cons: "I boarded the flight with a carry-on and one personal item. As usual I personally place the carry-on in an overhead bin. After the flight landed and I went to retrieve my carry-on, it was gone! The flight was full, so I checked with the flight attendants if my bag somehow got gate-checked or it was moved. They didn't know and they said maybe it went into the checked bags. So I wait at the baggage claim and out comes my carry on bag without any tags. Strange! My carry on didn't have anything valuable, but a bit of communication or some form of record would have made this odd incident a little less nerve-wracking. 1. Please communicate with the passenger if their bags get transferred to the checked bags 2. Please communicate with the crew which bags get moved from the cabin to the checked luggage 3. Please label the bags if they get moved around--there was no gate-checked tags or any stickers to communicate with the checked luggage folks."

Cons: "Misdirection, and poor flight matching aside (set parameters for LGA or JFK and ended up with SWF), the process was awful. Delayed for 5 hours, merely missed connection to Metro North Rail. Will not ever use Kayak again, regardless of full or partial blame in the matter."

Pros: "I like the fact that the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Seats were comfortable but poor condition (old). WiFi was nice as well."
Cons: "The flight was delayed twice and then jump back to the original time according to the JetBlue app. I had also called the airport I was departing from, and they're updated system said it was the original time, as well. Then they offered 2 wave the fees for cancellation or change of itinerary. So I went to go do that for the next day, because my flight wouldn't land in till 3 in the morning. But right as i clicked the confirm button, it said that offer was no longer eligible. And then it got changed again to the second alert which was 11:40 something, for departure. I understand that there was a severe thunderstorm and tornado watch, and warnings along the surrounding cities, however the continually changes in time, JetBlue and mco were not update with each other, it changed so much, so fast."

Pros: "The inflight crew was amazing. Natalie was a sweetheart and super helpful. She even gave some of us a tour of the galleys and taught us a few things about Mosaic customers as well as a few other operational things. I didn’t catch the other flights attendants names as they covered more of the back of the plane but they were both insanely hospitable and it was very clear that they loved their jobs as they were having fun. The women who checked us in also accommodated is with Even More Space seats after knowing we were crew members!"
Cons: "As a non-rev I have no room to criticize. Only thing would be that the A/C model was an older version of the A320 (and I know that it will be updated eventually)"

Pros: "I don’t think it’s a good idea to change flight time to an earlier time. I missed my flight and then had to deal with the attendants at BWI. They were very rude and unhelpful . The only person that was helpful was a woman by the name of Natalie. I spoke to her over the phone and she was awesome ! If it wasn’t for her my experience would have been horrible. I do not plan on flying on Jet Blue ever again. I thought I was saving money but I ended up spending about 200$ more due to hotel cancellation and over priced long term parking at National airport in DC."

Cons: "The plane was miserably cold, with tempuratures dipping well into the 50s on the aircraft. I was shivering and sneezing the entire time, guests in the row in front of my had their leather jackets over their faces. Air was pummeling me in the window seat. It was the most miserable 2 hours on a plane I have ever experienced, and I have been on thousands. I would highly reconsider the tempuratures on the plane seeing as that this could severely sicken children and elderly. I have never experienced this before."

Cons: "We missed our plane. The Kayak calendar reminder said the flight departed at 5:45 when in fact it was 5:26pm. So it left without us. The next flight was at 9:50pm and it was delayed to a 11:00pm departure. The worst part - We were travelling with a 2 year old. Worst experience EVER."

Over 2 hour delay, they said it was cause of lightning, no lightning seen, and bad weather at jfk, my husband said no bad weather there , it must of been something else , I had to cancel an appointment, which is going to make my weak harder Terrible, terrible! Don’t think I’ll do this again"

Pros: "Comfortable seat, friendly service.The flight was also delayed due to a wing that needed to be repaired before take off. Pilot apologised and stressed that safety comes first."
Cons: "Flight was crowded. Some senior citizens were making "funny" jokes about the wing that was repaired. These jokes were not only not funny, they were making them at the top of their lungs as if they shouting to someone miles away. There were some passengers travelling with pre-teen children also speaking so loudly, it was more like shouting."

Pros: "The boarding process was fast and easy. Finding the seats was easy. The inflight snacks were acceptable."
Cons: "The flight announcer at the beginning of the flight was super unprofessional. They kept having to stop their script in order to laugh and giggle. Had I not already know how to do the safety procedures, I wouldn't have learned it from him. The seat belt barely fit me. Now, to be fair, I am fat. But, when I had to suck in to belt in, there was no slack on the end. The seat 31C has a busted aux port. I tried to watch a movie, first off the closed captioning didn't work. So I tried to listen. The aux port wiggled in it's casing and there was so much static that there was no point in listening. The off boarding process was very slow and uncoordinated. I understand that they have to off board in a certain order. However, the flight announcer could have kept the rest of the plane updated on the process. Instead we had to sit in claustrophobic silence and fidget while the line of passengers in the aisle did not move."

Cons: "Due to hurricane Irma, people are flooding out of Florida like rats on a sinking ship. So, the security checkpoint is an absolute mess. Meanwhile, the trains at MCO are malfunctioning badly as they chaotically try to replace them. The boarding agent acknowledged these issues as she explained to me and 5 other people that we couldn't get on the plane that wasn't scheduled to leave for 12 more minutes. Finally, thank God, a supervisor arrived and called the captain of the plane who subsequently let us board. Completely unnecessary situation. Very disappointed."

Cons: "The gate attendant asked if I would be willing to move to a different aisle seat to allow a family to stay together. She told me it was the same seat, saying "aisle for an aisle." It wasn't--it was the worst seat in the house--last row, next to the toilet, smelled the entire flight, with no possibility to recline. I had booked my seat months in advance, so a concession offer, such as a food/drink voucher, or a seat in econ plus, would have been the right thing to do. Instead I felt like a tool. Makes me wary of doing something nice for the airline in the future. No plugs in regular economy class makes it hard to use the United app for entertainment. Also, kept getting bumped off the wifi app."

Cons: "Our home was damaged, and we were without power for 6 days due to Hurricane Irma. We called the airlines repeatedly in an effort to cancel the ticket before the flight. They refused to cancel the tickets. Heartless"

Cons: "The aircraft was full and they had a nonworking lavatory. And I asked the flight attendant that the lavatory was broken and he told me no there was somebody in there and he lied."

Pros: "The male flight attendant who was in the rear respectfully listened to me."
Cons: "The United passenger agent that talked to me at the gate when the other one, who was scanning the boarding passes put me on the side because I could not board with two items was disrespectful. She used a discriminating tone and embarrassed me in front of other people. She made it sound as if it were a shame to purchase a cheap ticket. She was arguing with another passenger before helping me over the same subject, so when I tried to explain that the smallest backpack was almost empty and fit inside the other, she was impatient, upset ignored me and was already demanding my credit card with the bag tag in her hand rushing me. I paid extra $60.00 after I had paid $25,00 for the first bag when I could have put the flexible kipling inside the Jansport if she had listened to me. The flight delayed after I was unable to defend myself and paid an unfair feer."

Cons: "The flight was over 3 hours delayed (we took off later than we were planned to arrive). The boarding process was very long with frequent delays. There was no sense of urgency to board quickly. Once we were boarded we sat at the sky bridge for another 10-15 minutes before departing."

Pros: "The main reason why I even flew United is that I was desperate to get my destination that day and they had the cheapest flight. It helped that the Customer Service Representative ( Liz at MCO) was extremely helpful and understanding of my situation. My experience with Liz has changed my outlook on the company. There are still humans beings working in United Airlines!"
Cons: "I chose to fly Southwest on the way back and for less money I received better service. If you find a reasonably priced flight you don't have to worry about paying extra for baggage or stomach during the flight. On the flight home, I realized that they have bigger seats, your bags ( 1 personal, 1 carry-on, and 2 checked bags) are "free" and they give you a little snack to hold you for maybe and hour. Overall I prefer Southwest because of all the benefits you get while flying with them but it doesn't mean I will never fly United again."

Cons: "The check in process was a zoo. Stood in line for 45 minutes to check in with United. Only 2 reps were working manual check ins. About 6 reps were accepting bags but mostly just chit chatting between themselves. They pointed anyone with a question to the very long manual check in line. It was very obvious they did not care. The plane was packed solid and it was uncomfortably warm on the flight."

Pros: "Flight attendants were polite, attentive, and responsive. Very friendly, the captain kept us informed if turbulence was expected."
Cons: "The boarding process felt very disorganized, crew checking names with tickets was not very polite, and very curt with us."

Cons: "Two and one-half hour delay. Economy seats on their 757 are tighter and narrower then the 757 that we flew on with American"

Cons: "After boarding onto the aircraft, I asked a flight attendant if I could move from a middle seat and into a row with no occupied personnel. He said I couldn't because personnel were still boarding, and I promise you that there was only 3 people behind me in line, none of which sat in that row. I figured he would tell me I could move after the remaining 3 personnel boarded, but he did not and I sat uncomfortably that entire flight."

Pros: "The plane was punctual, and the captain got us home in less time than we expected. Excellent."
Cons: "A couple degrees more of seat recline would not have bothered me from either end. I would not have felt intruded upon had the gentleman in front of me had another degree or two, and I might have been able to find a comfortable napping position that didn't leave me uncomfortable. We didn't eat anything on the flight this time, but the complimentary snacks on our other flight were tasty, and the Gin&Tonic was exactly what I needed. While we didn't pay for the in-flight entertainment, we know the entertainment is exceptional, and were only disappointed we were pinching pennies. Boarding was pleasant enough in Newark, but Orlando is a terrible airport, and people there seem very ill-mannered. Not United staff, just people in general."

Cons: "After spending $3000 on two first class tickets- my fiance was sent to urgent care and we were unable to make our flight on time. Customer service told us that they were unable to re-book us without a fee and even then they couldn't honor the tickets until 3 days later. This was frustrating given that there were numerous first class tickets available on various third party sites and united.com that would have been able to get us there the next day. Long story short I spent another $2300 to book a new flight with delta and I will never use United ever again."

Cons: "I will never fly with United again because the practice of overbooking a flight jeopardized my trip to see my daughter. It is clearly a business decision and United makes more money that way; but at what cost? If I pay for a flight; at minimal, I expect to get to my destination. Service, comfort, entertainment and all other categories rank a distant second to getting to one's destination. That is the primary function of an airline and United has compromised that through the overbooking practice."

Pros: "The seats on the plane where nice and spacious. One employee from customer service named Aisha was a great help and took the time to listen to my issues and help get me on a new flight"
Cons: "The company overall is completely unorganized and majority of the employees are disrespectful and unwilling to help. During my layover in Washington DC my gate number was changed I was never informed despite signing up for notifications and having an eTicket that was never updated. When I asked one of the employees for the proper gate number they gave me another gate number that was incorrect I ran to that gate and the person there than give me the correct number but by the time I got to that gate I missed my flight After dealing with that I was lucky enough to talk to somebody who was helpful at the customer service table. She did her best to accommodate myself and three other friends unfortunately the next flight was over booked and only had two seats open. When I tried to explain to the attendants by gate A6 (Jackie and E Badi) that I have a party of four and I could not leave anyone behind they called security on me for not going on the plane. Once the security officers came they heard both stories saw that this was a waste of their time and told us all to file a complaint after getting the employees names. I would never recommend this airline to anyone traveling!!!"

Cons: "Made me check my carry on because they stated there was no room which was not the case when I walked on ( found at least 6 spots). I requested to at least be able to look for myself seeing as how my seat was in the very back, but they refused. Also, allowed many customers to store their personal bag ( their backpack) in the bins that were oversized which should have counted as their carry on, just allowed them because they wanted to. They should have made those individuals check their "carry on". Also limited snacks available by the time they were able to provide service to my area of the plane."

Unfortunately, when we got to our seats, we realized our seats could not recline because they were in front of the exit row, which is understandable but we wished it would have warned us of that obstacle when we picked out the seats. I am also 5 months pregnant and so we felt that we paid more for what turned out to be a less comfortable flight."

Cons: "delayed for 4hrs missed my transfer sleeping in SFO and my suitcase is in DFW. been traveling for 16hrs or so today fly out in another 6hrs. no food it's all closed. just a wonderful travel experience. sigh."

Pros: "It was delayed by over two hours. A friend flying with us was told repeatedly by Silver Airways staff that he would not make it and they would not print him a boarding pass. He went through United and made the flight. United walked down to the Silver desk and printed him a boarding pass and brought it back."

Pros: "We had a good flight on a beautiful day. Smooth ride no weather or atmosphere issues. Thank God. Stewardess was very polite."
Cons: "Wheel chairs were not provided in time. We had to wait till airline emptied and still wait. Cause of lack of assistance for wheel chair transporters. Some had connecting flights, pray they made it there. The ones that came to pick us up one two persons for eight people could not do the job. So we were taken off air craft n put out in lobby, to wait for all to be off the aircraft and then transport, one at a time to baggage claim area. Transporters and stewardess did a very gd job. Just the lack of help. Air conditioner on plane was off, so even ten minutes of smell bathrm, is just too much when air conditioning is off. I got very congested and had to use the inhaler, after a couple of sneezes due to environmental allergies. On top of that, cleaning people got on to clean w chemicals, only to affect me some more. Now I stuffed up, feel horrible, nite was bad with asthma n allergies that could have been avoided."
