Cons: "This new unassigned seat fare that offers the "cheapest rate" also doesn't allow a checked bag. What this means is that you have to do two separate searches to compare the basic economy price and the upgraded economy to see if the difference is less than a checked bag. It makes the booking process unecessarily complicated, so much so that I'm just going to exculde United from the list of airlines when I do a search on one of the aggregators"

Cons: "After calling United to change my seat to one in the same price category, I arrived on the airplane to find the attendants had no record of me having that seat. Which not only caused embarrassment for me and the other passenger but also held up the flight. Also this was the worst food I've ever had on a flight in my entire life even other United flights had much better meal choices."

Cons: "Too little time allotted between an international flight to catch the domestic connection. If I had checked my bags I would not have made it through customs and security in time."

Pros: "Flight canceled due to weather. Eunice Daly in Newark was kind and efficient with finding a new flight to my final destination of Indianapolis. She was great and is a huge asset to united airlines! Bravo eunice and bravo united for having people like Eunice working for them!"

Cons: "I've received my bag damaged and asked for help through the service but they didn't help me on doing nothing just said that's normal I paid 25$ for the safety of my bag but found it very damaged"

Cons: "Worst airline food I have ever had. There were supposed to be two choices for dinner, when they ran out of one, they just shoved the food at you with no apologies. It was the worst fried chicken ever, and breakfast was worse. The two male flight attendants never smiled, had attirude, and were overall jerks."

Pros: "The pilot provided multiple children on the flight with airplane cards. The children were all thrilled. It was so kind of him to take the time to do that."

Cons: "Had us planeside check our roller bags but had at least 4 overhead bins around us that ended up being empty. They then took a substantial amount of time to unload the plane side checked bags. I was toward the rear of the plane and still had to wait."

Cons: "Staff at both Indianapolis and Denver airports were rude and unprofessional. We definitely got stuck in last available middle seats all in separate places on plane...I am guessing this is because we didn't book directly with United because I registered early for our flight."

Cons: "I was early to my flight and sent to the wrong gate. When I received the notice that the gate had been changed, I had a long way to go to get to the correct gate and limited time. Since I have arthritis I was very inconvenienced making the gate."

Cons: "The man who was boarding us announced to the whole area that if your ticket says to see him just sit down and wait to be called because he's "getting irritated". Terrible customer service! The crew on the plane acted like they didn't want to be there. They had a ton of empty seats but announced that we can't move up or change unless we pay for it with our credit card. I understand it but it sounded really bad. Not welcoming at all. Will avoid United in the future."

My wife and I somehow to our connecting flight by running all the way and requesting people to let us go ahead of them. However, United did not send our bags fast enought and deliverd them to our place the next day. This created a lot of inconvinience as I was scheduled to go for a business related conference in Chicago. United - you suck! Hate your service for the core. I hope I never have to fly United again."

Cons: "Luggage Lost on 4 Apr after I came to my destination Indianapolis. I reported my lost luggage on the same day at Airport at United airlines office. Its been 10 days and no one has followed up yet on my lost luggage. I have to call United Airlines Customer Care everyday to get a status on my report. No follow up is made on the lost luggage. They have asked to file claim which will also take 8-10 weeks to process. All these experiences has made me and my friends not to prefer United Airlines for Travel."

Cons: "There should have been free entertainment considering the short length of the flight. There was no beverage service."

Pros: "The ground crew gave ZERO guidance. Never made announcements. Until they finally told us they found a plane and we would be boarding after safety check. Then announced 10 minutes later flight crew had timed out and flight was canceled."
