KAYAK’s top tips for finding a cheap flight from Palermo to Naples

  • Looking for a cheap flight? 25% of our users found flights on this route for $38 or less one-way.
  • Ryanair has the highest efficiency ranking among the carriers operating from Punta Raisi (PMO) to Naples International Airport (NAP). By 2030, their emission is expected to be below 60 grams of carbon dioxide per passenger per kilometer, thanks to a strong sustainability policy. They added 210 new Boeing 737s with 4% more passengers- the aircraft will consume 16% less fuel and emit 40% less noise.
  • Suppose you have a pet and a flight scheduled from Palermo Airport (PMO) to Naples-Capodich; travel with Volotea Airlines rather than easyJet, which only allows service animals. Volotea permits vaccinated cats and dogs (8 weeks and older) that must be kept in a maximum size 50 x 40 x 20 cm container.
  • When traveling with a carry-on bag only, consider an airline like easyJet with free online check-in. Boarding passes can be printed up to two hours before departure and 30 days in advance, so you'll walk to the departure gate upon arrival at Falcone Borsellino Airport (PMO). Still, with a hold suitcase, you can check in online, and once you arrive, take the bag to EasyJet's bag drop counter at the departure halls instead of the regular check-in desks.
  • Please request special assistance from your airline by 48 hours before departing from Palermo Airport (PMO). The airline will forward the inquiry to the airport. Staff at the Special Assistance lounge assist passengers with stairs, moving wheelchairs, parking cars, and using visual and audio facilities.
  • Children between ages 2 and 15 must be accompanied by adults while on a PMO-NAP flight. Anyone aged 16 and above is considered an adult and can accompany children or persons with special needs. Pregnant women don't need a medical certificate, and it's okay to travel until you're 35 weeks pregnant and 32 weeks when expecting more than one baby.

The plane had only a few passengers, we got lucky. The crew was visibly inexperienced

Buy-on-board through the app is a great feature!

I had heard horror stories about Ryan air and was a little worried about my flights with them but I had 3 flights with them in Italy, Puglia and Sicily and it was a painless and smooth process. I was very happy.

Ryan air flight was good. Nothing to complain about. I had heard absolute horror stories about Ryan air so was worried about the flight but everything went smoothly. We have had two Ryan air flights with no problems. Last flight is Vernon come. Palermo to Milan. Fingers crossed.

The flight was 1h delayed. There was a flight attendant making announcements in the cabin, but it was impossible to understand whether the information was important or not. (Although whatever she was saying, it was clearly meant to be communicated to the passengers.) From the way she spoke, it sounded like Spanish, but only thanks to catching one word out of every five or six — mumbled through her teeth — I realized she was actually speaking English. It was quite embarrassing

From boarding to disembarking, the whole operation was very efficient.

What we can expect? Soon we will have to travel standing on the hallway. Let me be fair, I had worse experiences with Ryanair.

Delayed and changed Multiple times after booking necessitating many. Travel changes ; a bit of an issue

The flight arrived within 15 minutes of schedule. We hate the cattle-like boarding process seen often in Europe. After your boarding pass is checked by the airline staff, you wait standing up in an area with no seating for several minutes.

Their customer service needs an overhaul. I wish we could access them and the could be more helpful. Also, the website has been crashing and I had numerous technical errors. My flight was cancelled and we spent so much time trying to get help because the tech was failing.

Boarding and disembarking were smooth. Not offering free water was cheap ... I've never encountered that before on a flight.

The plane was postponed for over 2.5 hours, which meant that all four of us missed the check in time for our ongoing trip to Melbourne. We had to buy new tickets for 4 people as we had to forfeit the ones we had. The cost was really unfair. i understand that it was snowing during the first leg of the plane for that morning. Surely the cost could have been shared by the airline and not all by us. I could have bought insurance - but you can see how much I travel. I will need to chose more trustworthy airlines.

Would not advise EasyJet for a 5 hour flight…small plane and hence a lot of turbulence. No inflight entertainment so struggle to pass time in cramped seats. We also fell victim to extra charge for our cabin bags, although bag dimensions were ok, but the handle was rigid and slightly fell outside their testing cage!!….never again will we fly with this airline and be party to their scams for making money!

The food and so are to expensive and old . Crew whas not very friendly . Apparently some other passenger can just Push through the waiting people to board while almost punching me and a father with a child down the stairs. Its always something with easy jet . The seats of row 26 where lose . And for a guy of my size there is absolutely no leg room at all .

Nice to fly out of Orly smaller easier to navigate airport. Being able to receive boarding pass well in advance of trip was comforting to know all travel was in order.

Generally a good experience except for boarding in Naples on the flight back to London. We were all standing around for at least 20 minutes maybe longer as there was no seating.

Seats, WC,sizes for today's generation adults, and if technical problems arise a complimentary coffee, water nice for waiting one hours, the rest is perfect (pilot and cabin crew)

Boarding was smooth and quick. Flight departed on time. Equally evacuation upon landing was from both the front door and the back doors. Bags were on the conveyor belts before I got there. Excellent service.

The terminals are far away, be prepared to walk. Also, You climb stairs to the plane since there are no aero bridges. Boarding was haphazard not in multiple groups, so stand in line early. Hard to find place to stow cabin baggage if you are behind in the line. You can purchase food on the plane. There are vegetarian options.

First -the flight was late - more than two hours Second, not even a bottle of water at bord to give for free for this inconvenience. Three-at landing ive realised that I've lost one of my ear plug headphones and been very desperate to find it with my torch, the crew not helped at all more than that they asked to leave the plane as everyone did before me. This was the last flight from that day- extra 5 min for me with a bit of help from crew - would have bring a super review. I guess this days humanity disappeared!
