Pros: "On March 4, my wife and I made a flight from New York to Sydney with a transfer in Doha, Qatar. We flew the Qatar airline business class. Everything was great despite a very large flight. New plane, very clean. Wide comfortable seats turning into a large comfortable bed. Great menu and good wine list. All staff are professionally trained and very friendly. All this made this flight very comfortable and we were not tired."

Cons: "We were told to board, but then kept in another area close on 1 hour before we could get on the plane and this area had no bathroom facilities. The spread of seating on the plane made no sense with many open seats but also many squashed rows of people. The crew was visibly tired and irritated, they also ran out of a few catering items. It seemed as if last minute, a few different flights were combined into this one which lowered the quality."

I’ve flown multiple times this summer during Covid, having that middle seat vacant has made traveling by air for me a very good, comfortable thing again. Don’t ever go back to packing us in like cattle car flights!!"

The staff was clearly overwhelmed and focused on moving us along (Cheryl) rather than resolving our need to reach our destinations.it wasn’t until we found one extremely patient and persistent employee (LaShondra-?) who booked us through NYC rather than Atlanta so we reached Rochester on the same day. So the questions are- why don’t the airport hold a larger inventory of parts, why aren’t there back up planes and why doesn’t the software better cope with these types of situations?"

Absolutely inadequate transfer at Munich airport. Lufthansa sold a ticket for a flight with 45 mins transfer, and your connecting flight is actually in a different terminal. In order to get to that terminal you need to walk 10 mins to a train station, take a train, and then go through passport control. All this in less than 45 mins (deduct 20 mins for boarding)? Madness.

We liked the extra room in premium economy . They should have emphasized that the ear plugs can be recycled upon leaving the plane. We appreciated two meals on the long flight. Flight attendants were friendly and professional.
I think you should board the plane from the back and not the front. It's way more efficient.
Aircraft flown by Luftansa. Crew members were very helpful, cheerful and kind. Dinner was excellent and breakfast sandwich really good. Leg room and seats in economy flight was too tight even for an average size woman. On line check-in was difficult - had to start over several times as I was "kicked out" or the site froze.
I paid over $1500 for the flight. I requested a refund, but all they gave me in return was $100.

The trip was non existent. You failed to provide me the proper information concerning my trip and failed to rectify the problem, causing me extreme expense in purchasing a ticket at a later day. Y.our customer service stinks. I am so disappointed. I would discourage anyone from doing business with your company. It was stressful to the point of ruining my long awaited vacation.
