Everything went well except the turbulence what no one have a control of but pilot and crew handled very good!

Crew was tired as we all were. Pretty abrupt. Flight was delayed. Not as enjoyable as the other 3 legs we flew.

Good until I was put on air canada flight Houston Vancouver not even one cookie

No real complaints. The in flight food was much better than I expected. The in flight entertainment was excellent.

Everything except the food and entertainment. It was a great experience though

I just think it’s unfortunate that Airlines have completely abandoned the idea of serving any kind of decent or even real food on flights, not even on a four hour flight!? Those days are gone, I guess.

Aircraft was noisy, old and never dimmed the lights on a night flight even on business class! I flew 17 times on United and probably another 40 on other airlines United USA /Europe flights were the worst to include luggage delayed once going to europe and once coming back

Check how old the airframe is, some older ones have inoperable seat back entertainment or power.

The flight was delayed for 1:30 hours for maintenance issues. They should give more information about connecting flights. For a Business Cabin the Crew was mediocre.

The Sears in the 800s are not too good perfect Airbus why cant the new 737 fix that
