It was hot and not as comfortable as the flight to Chicago. Must have been a different plane that needs to be worked on or replaced.

It was terrible. sat on airplane 2 hours then flight was canceled. made to pick up bags and go through Panama immagration to rebook another flight. worst experice ever at a airport.

Crew was tired as we all were. Pretty abrupt. Flight was delayed. Not as enjoyable as the other 3 legs we flew.

Good until I was put on air canada flight Houston Vancouver not even one cookie

Short flight, but no drink/snack service. The flights both going and coming were delayed.

Where the plane landed and the next grate to get to is a LONG LONG LONG walk again if one is not fit and healthy with no carts to assist. It sucks

More racist flight attandants maybe because i sm an attracticted darkskin latino man but once again bad flight attamdants they ignored me the whole flight even the woman sitting next to me notice how rude they were towards me i really never want to fly united or american airlines they alawsys have the rudesslt and racist flight attandants

The fight didn’t happen because I was rerouted to Trinidad as previously explained.

The check in from Panama to Houston was good. From Houston to Toronto was definitely an experience. The Pilot from Houston to Toronto was exceptional. He probably saved our lives by noticing a dent in the fuselage. Everyone was taken off the plane and we boarded a new plane
