The seats seems abit small and the reclining is too much, the seat in front of me came back too much and made it uncomfortable for me.

We had requested a wheel chair assist for my husband who has Parkinson’s. The first seat we came to we got off the plane was staffed by 3 men-one was on his cell phone, one was sleeping and the fellow we spoke with was rude and seemed as if he didn’t care that we had a plane to catch in one hour. A person with a wheel chair came and took us to the center area for wheelchairs. Here we waited for 20-25 minutes while our flight went to “boarding.” Finally a woman came with a cart and we zipped through the airport.

IAH to Istanbul was outstanding across the board. The flight from Istanbul to Male was good, not great.

Delicious food, comfortable and clean plane. It's a little cramped in the hall in front of the gate.

Excellent staff despite some trying passenger situations. Very impressed with their good attitudes and kindness.

It would be great if the flight attendants could inform people travelling with small children that at take off and landing the children should drink liquid or chew/swallow something so their ears don’t hurt. Also, Emirates serves the food to the children first. Really good idea. Best of all would be to put all children in the same area.

Requested food items were always finished but the available food was warm and tasted good Good entertainment options.

Space between seats is challenging but otherwise excellent service in every way.
