The only issue was a short window to make my connecting flight, and nobody to assist me in finding my way to the next gate.

This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

There was not any food and I didn't use the entertainment

Just ok. No much of a great travel experience. If you need point A to B they are ok.

More leg room, great if crew could move people before flight (ie if 3 in a row, offer to move 1 or 2 to an empty 3 seat row rather than let people move themselves after takeoff

Flight was late, boarding totally chaotic, seat uncomfortable, food good, attendants and pilots good.

aegean took off late, which made it impossible for us to make the next flight on air canada, we all ran to the terminal, the plane was still there but the air canada folks wouldn't let us board because they said the door was already closed. they told us we had to go all the way back to aegean desk to arrange another flight.

Priority transfer bag left behind in Amsterdam causing extreme difficulty and inconvenience on arrival destination Athens

3 hours delay, non comunicated until past the time of original boarding, no assistance, witnessed land crew shouting at a passenger

Left on time and arrived on time both ways, thank you

It is standard with Ryanair, as FF with Ryanair you dont expect too much, and Ryanair never disappoints. At least it is reliable.

O voo atrasou um bom bocado A tripulação não era comunicativa,não fez vendas... Não abordava os passageiros... A 1°vez que me acontece tal coisa 🤷‍♀️

The Ryanair staff was not polite. We all travelled with the same suitcases as we departed from Thessaloniki, however they decided that for some passengers the suitcase was not the rigth one as far as the dimensions are concerned. Furthermore, one air stewardess asked passengers to close themselves the luggage cabinet in order to prove that the lugagge was not properly fitted, which i think is very unkind and unprofessional. We also had to wait outside , some metres away from the plane until last passengers came off....It was generally a dissapointing experience.

Great flight and reminded that the logistics completely Astoria. No real story about victors, m

it s a budget flight, crew was doing their job well, it was on time.
