I don’t like that an equipment change caused my seat to change from 23A to 44A. The boarding was also delayed. The crew were excellent, however and very attentive. The food was not bad.
Our flight crew were terrific. And they handle a difficult passenger with finesse.
I bought business class tickets but the seats are exactly like economy with no comfort seats nor an empty seat next to me provided. Very poor, low quality airline.

My experience was good overall, the quality of the food really decreased! There used to be a choice between meat and fish now it’s between chicken and pasta! In the choices of entertainment meditation has been added which is very good. Soft chair workout to improve blood circulation and avoid phlebitis should be added.
I wish that the meal included a vegetable or even a salad instead of couscous! Why serve chicken with rice AND couscous? Service was good overall though a bit lacking in friendliness. Usually on air france I've been offered a glass of champagne before dinner, wine with dinner, and a digestif after dinner. We were only offered wine this time!
The flight from Houston to Chicago was delayed, causing us to miss our connecting flight to Madrid, losing our Rental Car booking in Bologna taking alternative travel routes to get to our initial destination in Pizza by the 15th. We got the notification of the delay as we were traveling the 3 1/2 hours from Corpus Christi, Texas to Houston Texas for the initial flight. The delays hauling luggage all over Milan‘s Central train station to catch trains to get to Pizza the same day resulting us arriving in Pizza at 2 AM leaving us no time to rest as there was a 9 o’clock checkout time the next morning. The first 72 hours of the trip with nothing but headache, a knee injury from the excessive walking and a delayed car rental replacement, which ended up costing significantly more.

the seat sizes and the distance row to row was not comfortable. when a passenger in front seat put it down (he kept it all the time during the flight since he didn't fit in the space) their seat was squishing my knees and it was very difficult under their weight. It lasted 12 hours and was extremely uncomfortable. The rest of the experience was very good.
Turkish airlines feedback team response is awfully slow, and because of that, I Emmy able to bring my little dog with me, after all those preparations.
The staff is professional and friendly. The food was excellent, with the exception of the octopus salad just prior to landing.
Turkish airline is so mismanaged . We had to onboard a flight outside from tarmac when there was heavy rains . By the time we climbed the flight we were drenched from the rain and we were so cold. The flight service was so terrible. The flight attendant never responded to any of the calls. There were no extra snack left for the kid . On one of the more than 13 hours flight my seat did ot recline and the person in the front had reclined their seat completely , for the whole more than 13 hour journey , I barely had any space to do anything . I will never travel with this airline ever again , such a bad experience
4 flights booked with specific seats together and a bassinet. All 4 flights were seated separately without a bassinet
We flew business class and it was impressive. So comfortable with delicious food and very attentive and polite staff. Will definitely fly Turkish airlines again.
I like Turkish Airlines Business Class to go to Europe, but it would be nice to avoid the back and forth to Istambul, and the very long layover. Regarding the 10 hrs. layover I have to say Turkish Airline lounges are superior and offer really good quality sustainable food… for ultimate comfort they also have great showers and suites to rest!

Check in, was fine, boarding was good, we left on time, punctual flight, aircraft condition was also good, Boeing 737-600 , all went well, I did not expect more or any better
Flight changed and cancelled several times over the months in advance that I booked it. However, actual flight went well, no delays, spacious seats. Had some landing issues but otherwise, fine. Also loved that they don’t check weight of luggage!
Seats are disaster, not comfortable at all. With my height 183 cm there were no space for my legs... The airplane was Turkish airlines and no entertainment on board.
Bad. Cancelled and delayed flight. Payed 25£ for seat but got just normal one. No one refunded the money.
