With all the bad weather, I was already very happy to connect right on time in Paris. However, a long haul A380 flight with such a tight seat configurstion is almost embarrassing for an airline. The in flight entertainment is at a very poor level, not only with the screen being very small and outdated, many of the movies are only available in French and the international selection very limited. The food was not much of a delight, whereas the presentation was nice. However, in all the 7 h between the services, nobody came around with refreshments in a completely booked flight, neither was announced that a trolly would be set for self service in the galley. Lucky the ones who got up and found out about. In terms of amenities, again, the airline is lacking of originality and saves cost. Bottom line: you get from A to B, but there are so many better competitors in the market, which I shall definitely consider on my next travel."

As such wr couldnt go to our final destination in Morocco and had to get our luggage off the plane. The staff at the AF counter were very helpful in that aspect. And when one of the luggages was completely damaged, it was replaced it with a brand new one which was fantastic. On the way back, we had some issues with the ticket because we didnt go to Morocco as planned which resulted in some trouble checking in. But the staff at the counter were quite helpful."

Cons: "The "Czech Airlines" flight I purchased was actually an Air France flight number. When I arrived later than planned but still within good time, which was my fault, I reported to the Czech Airlines check-in (D2). This is very, very far from the Air France check-in (A2). No person and no sign was at Czech Airlines gate saying to go to Air France instead. By the time I determined what to do by talking ro the airport information booth and I walked to Air France instead of Czech Airlines (at CDG airport this is 5 minutes walking very fast speed on conveyor belts.. perhaps more than half a kilometer), I was past the boarding time limit, but the flight had not yet left. Then I could not print the boaring pass because of the time. When I asked an Air France employee for help, he simply said "you cannot board" and stood there smugly. He must feel great being a 25 year old who can turn people away from international flights at his own discretion to completely ruin their day especially when the plane is still on the ground. I have not even explained yet about the similarly awful experience I had when I booked the next flight (Czech Airlines at 09:45) for a much higher price (118 euro) and was not told that this Czech Airlines flight is "really" a Czech Airline flight. After paying much more to a Czech Airline person, nobody informed me to stay at the Czech Airlines area (2D) so I naturally went back to Air France since I had already had so much trouble. When I arrived there, of course, they tell me to go back to Czech Airlines and now I was again late. Thank God that I was able to confront a random trolley man who Kew where the Czech Airlines people were and try tried very hard to get me to the plane even though the boarding time was over. All in all, this was the worst travel experience of my life. I have now wasted 40 more minutes of my approximately 2.5 days in Prague to tell you this. I hope you consider it."

All of the passengers for flight AZ1466 lined up in front of a check-in counter that displayed Alitalia for our flight. At 10:45 they announced the check in for AZ1466 at a different check-in counter knowing full-well that everyone was lined up for flight AZ1466 on our line. So then everyone that was lined up at the first counter had to line up at the new counter. My wife and I were initially 3rd in line and then after we had to move we were in the very back of the line. On top of that, they only had 1 person checking everyone into economy (which was most of the people on the plane) and they also had to weigh everyone’s carry-on baggage. We were initially told they had weather issues with the snow in Rome and they did not know if we would take off on time or would be cancelled. However, I was getting e-mail messages from Kayak stating our flight was on-time. So how is it that a 3rd party travel company knew what was going on, but the crew at Alitalia did not? Afterward I had to go through security, wait on the tax refund line, and go straight to board the plane. After that we waiting on the plane for 50 minutes and did not take-off until 1:05 PM. These were the problems in short: 1. No one informed us that we could not check in at this particular airport until 2 hours prior to flight departure. 2. They did not begin the check in process until 90 minutes prior to departure. 3. We had to switch check-in lines and they only had 1 check-in person. 4. We had no time to shop or eat lunch at the airport. 5. We boarded the plane and waited until 13:05 to takeoff when we were scheduled to take off at 12:15 (50 minute delay). 6. We received no communications about delays from Alitalia (via e-mail or app). However, we received e-mails from Kayak stating everything was on time. We had no communication from Alitalia about the delay or that we could not check in early (which you could do at every other airport I have been to). We also had a connecting flight in Rome that we were concerned we would miss. We arrived at Rome airport on a delayed flight out of Marco Polo airport (AZ1466). Our 13:40 flight to JFK (AZ610) was delayed until 14:45. After we arrived at Rome airport we ran through the airport to our gate and boarded the plane. After we boarded the plane we waited until 16:10 to take-off (85 minute delay). We did not receive any communication from Alitalia via e-mail, the Alitalia app, or crew members that our flight was being delayed any longer than it already was. We planned on stopping to use the bathrooms in the airport, eat a decent lunch, and shop (which I promised my wife we could do at the airport). However, we could not do any of those things because we did not receive any information about delays from Alitalia. After we arrived home in New York the airline l"

They all were french and never were they stopped with their heavy bags "Oh" the "security" guy said "I thought you were English!" "Not so" said this Irishman "And you are racist". To no avail and all part of Air france's business plan to charge the dreaded Estranger extra. Never again will I fly Air France. Id rather take a train, drive or even walk. Very bad experience start to finish and yes so very Air France; well Air Italia too.."

On our departure flight to Milano at the gate we were charged 60 euros for each of our bags, which was an surprise unexpected charge of 180 euros and none of our bags were over the weight limit. On our arrival flight we checked in online and paid an additional $5 euros each just in case we were over the weight limit (which we were not but we did not want to take the chance since Easy Jets Limits are less than all the airlines we fly with). No option online that said we had to pay for our bags again. Check in crew very unfriendly and rude... We don't like hidden charges, unexplained charges and being over charged. Please refund these bag charges. Thank you."

My dad said she already checked once while we were waiting by the gate. Anyway we made the line and basically the 2 nd time that she checked our loggage and I said we r 4 ppl and each one carry on and she said that besides carry on we had 2 back pack which we fit laptops . She checked and left and when we start boarding the said oh wait here you have 2 back pack so we need to pay for each carry on €60. She not only pulled us out of the line but also asked too many customers to go out of the line and fit even their small purse inside carry on. I was so mad cuz she already asked 2 times Before boarding and she didn't say anything. And during boarding she made us to leave the line and got the back packes inside the carry on . We travelled 3 countries in Europe w one back pack and one carry on. This was my first time ever experiencing this . I would never ever take any flight w easy jet again."

The flight attendant let my mom in with a backpack, paper bag, and a small flat purse. My sister and I, on the other hand, was carrying a backpack and a small purse each. The flight attendant told us to fit our purses in our backpacks. We ended up paying for a checked baggage. Even with one carry on, we were not able to put it in the overhead compartment and we just placed it under the seat. We did not mind paying but we wished that the rule is applied consistently."

When we tried to reschedule the Easy Jet information desk quoted us prices significantly higher than those we found online on our phones at the same time. We had to buy all new tickets spend the entire day in the airport and were fined by our hotel for late check in. Huge loss of money and waste of time. AVOID THIS AIRLINE!"

Pros: "I regularly fly between Luton & Paris. The Easyjet staff are always happy and professional - on this flight Christopher & Sarah. Their welcome is sincere and the warmth of their hospitality is maintained throughout the flight, as it is with many of their colleagues. I ordered hot food which was not anything beyond OK - but it was as expected, and promptly served on the short flight. The variety of drinks and snacks is good, and the offers on boutique products is worth a look. The flight was comfortable and on time."
Cons: "It seems that fairly regularly the overall experience is marred by inconsistent levels of service by the support services at Luton Aiport (which I believe is run by Menzies). Over several occasions I have waited some time for steps to arrive, and yesterday, it was the availability of coaches to take the passengers to the terminal building. It is as if there is a breakdown in the overall organisation, which is not directly the fault of Easyjet - but being their home base, over which you would expect that Easyjet could exert some influence. The delay was not severe on this occasion, but just takes the edge off an otherwise pleasurable experience."
Pros: "I expected the flight to be horrible, but was kind of surprised by how well it went. Everything was fine -- seats weren't cramped beyond reason. The biggest thing I worried about was our luggage being charged a ton for being overweight, and it wasn't. We probably just got lucky with our check in person, but I am very grateful, and will probably fly easyJet again solely because this person helped me out with our luggage. It makes a big difference to not penny pinch."

Now I was asking to pay 94 euro for my suit cases. I spoke to Manager (customer service leader) Celine about whole thing. She saw my picture (it said "you have successfully update your booking. and 44.46 euro has been taken.). She told me it does not mean anything. It just says updated.???? Am I missing something? It said the fee has been taken. I told her I don't mind to pay the fee. I asked her so many times please let me pay 44 euro For 2 bags, NOT a 94 euro for 2 bags. She said there no exception. The computer said NO evidence of payment. I have to pay 94euro for 2 bags because there were no Evidence. There is an evidence. I paid 94 euro at the checking counter for 2 bags. why they were cheap price? There is a reason for that. I learned from this unfair service from EasyJet. I will never recommend anyone and I will never take it in the future. I have should stay with Air France or Virgin Atlantic from the beginning."
