Unpunctual, terribly disorganized boarding,
I had a middle seat with a snoring man on either side of me for most of the almost 5-hour flight. You didn't have a not available/applicable option for entertainment. I didn't purchase any of the food or beverages, but I would have appreciated free water if it had been available.
Excellent check in agent in JFK! aisle seat OK. Boarding agents helpful Flight from Brussels to Tel Aviv VERY UNCOMFORTABLE middle seat with snoring men on either side of me. I would have appreciated free water.
Business class was regular seat with nobody sitting next to you. Wouldn’t book business for such a flight. No entertainment.

Cons: "Flight was delayed. Connecting gate was on the other side of the airport. We were running from one side of the airport to another. They should have provided a shuttle service for all of those passengers."
Cons: "vegetarian dish was very poor. main dish was ok but quite small, the light dish (breakfast?) was just a piece of bread, might as well not serve anything. Entertainment was very poor, limited selection of movies and very silly tv shows."

Cons: "My biggest complaint is for the exhorbitant baggage fees—€100 for two bags is ridiculous. Also, one of the crew was rather testy with us when we first boarded (unprovoked), then came to us a few minutes later to say something nice to sort of make up for it."

Cons: "The check in was shockingly bad. I had pre-checked in, but that did not help. I got put in a line for people who had not checked in. It was not possible to ask to be in the right line. Most of the people behind me were moved to another line while we waited for 30 minutes. When I mentioned the ground crew, who had long conversations with the people checking in, he said it was not their fault at all. It was not impressive."

Pros: "On our longer flight, we were thrilled- nice crew, delicious food, spacious, great pilot, and enjoyable entertainment experience. However, on our shorter flight from Brussels to telaviv, not only was the crew completely inattentive, but they were intentive to some very disturbing things including children who were pulling the hair of other customers and jumping up-and-down in the aisles of the airplane. There was no available entertainment whatsoever. In addition the food was extremely expensive and not particularly tasty. The plane was uncomfortable and smelled atrocious. These 2 vastly different experiences almost made me feel like I was taking 2 different airlines. Please keep consistency."
Cons: "I didn't like the inconsistency of the 2 different planes that I was on. If you are going to have entertainment you should have some form of it on all of your airplanes. The idea that food that you need to buy is so expensive is absurd. I was really blown away by how badly the plane smelled. It was almost as if I was in a bathroom. And on top of that I really felt very unsafe with children jumping up-and-down kicking people pulling their hair etc. While it isn't the job of the flight attendants to be parents, they certainly need to be aware of safety concerns for the rest of the passengers."

Cons: "Flight was delayed without notice. They waited until after we were lined up to board to put this up on the board, leaving us standing around for an hour. They never announced it on the overhead. The boarding process took an obscene amount of time which seems to have been attributed to having one worker confirm passports after we had already been checked at the desk. He moved very slowly. Actual flight was quick and easy. No food or entertainment as it was only an hour."

Pros: "We got warm washcloths to refresh our hands and face. A full bottle of water to save as we needed, followed immediately by a beverage service and pretzels. Dinner of either fish or chicken was delicious, and included bread, cheese, salad, and dessert. Followed by additional beverage services, a mushroom calzone and finally Belgium chocolates. The crew was friendly and entertainment on personal monitors was very good. This was the best overseas flight I have had in several years."

Cons: "I came in 45 minutes before the departure time, but they said i was late. And i asked what can the solution, they said the solution is to cancel my ticket and buy a new one. And they cancelled my ticket, then I did not get any other choice than buy a new ticket at more than $700 just from Abidjan to New York. But some other airline companies, when you miss your flight they find a next one for you and you just pay the fee, but not to cancel your ticket. This last case can happen only if the traveller does not show up and doesn't call."

We probably just got lucky with our check in person, but I am very grateful, and will probably fly easyJet again solely because this person helped me out with our luggage. It makes a big difference to not penny pinch."

Now I was asking to pay 94 euro for my suit cases. I spoke to Manager (customer service leader) Celine about whole thing. She saw my picture (it said "you have successfully update your booking. and 44.46 euro has been taken.). She told me it does not mean anything. It just says updated.???? Am I missing something? It said the fee has been taken. I told her I don't mind to pay the fee. I asked her so many times please let me pay 44 euro For 2 bags, NOT a 94 euro for 2 bags. She said there no exception. The computer said NO evidence of payment. I have to pay 94euro for 2 bags because there were no Evidence. There is an evidence. I paid 94 euro at the checking counter for 2 bags. why they were cheap price? There is a reason for that. I learned from this unfair service from EasyJet. I will never recommend anyone and I will never take it in the future. I have should stay with Air France or Virgin Atlantic from the beginning."

Totally predatory practice especially for first time passengers of airline. The crew at boarding was less than pleasant. I guess there's a reason why the airfares are so low - manners and courtesy are not included."

Cons: "Not easyJet's fault of course, but the immigration at Tel Aviv airport was an absolute mess. It took over an hour to be processed and there was no order in the queue. At one point a scuffle broke out between some people in the queue and another time the lady next to me fainted. There was no one managing the queues. This is not easyJet's fault, but the fault of the Israeli immigration service, but perhaps easyJet could make representation on behalf of passengers to the Israeli immigration people."
