Scores according to KAYAK customer reviews
Pros: "Crew was great. Paris to RDU flight is very convenient. Fair summer pricing overall for our special itinerary. Beverages, snacks on international flight were great."
Cons: "Specialty food requested - reduced sugar because there is just too much sugar in airline food generally. Pretty awful. Some kind of (I think) pickled cabbage and carrots slaw was inedible. Plain yogurt was awful, needed something! Nuts, just a little bit of dried fruit would help."
Pros: "The crew WAS amazing!"
Cons: "Not a thing! It was perfect"
Pros: "The care and good food was much appreciated. There were plenty of excellent movies to watch to make the time pass in an enjoyable way."
Pros: "Very good check in and customs, etc at both airports especially RDU."
Cons: "Only fair to good in flight service."
Cons: "plane was a bit old. tiny tv screen"
Pros: "Perfectly on time. Good food and very good friendly service!"
Pros: "Flight left and arrived on time. Smooth flight, so the weather gets credit for that. Seats a bit more roomy than the horrible sardine cans I've become accustomed to being squished into on Delta flights."
Cons: "The provided earphones are useless. Next time I'll have to bring some from home. I only could watch films with "closed caption.""

Cons: "I was flying from CDG to LGD and my bag was lost, yet the baggage claim system showed it arrived...... Thankful I packed some essentials in my carry on. The bigger issue will be dealing with my medical insurance company to get medications replaced that were in the checked bag."
Pros: "Getting off the flight was the best!"
Cons: "The persons who barfed and delayed take off was a not great. Cramped"
Pros: "Service was good. Was upgraded for more space."

Pros: "Staff and equipment"
Cons: "Early to arrive but gate not ready so we lost our edge"
Pros: "Great flight!"
Cons: "Late. No legroom"
Pros: "Excellent service"
Cons: "I think I caught a stomach bug on one of the 3 legs of this route. More likely on last 2, i.e. Mumbai to RDU, as I fell sick almost 10-12 hrs after my last flight meal."
Pros: "Boarding was efficient"
Cons: "My luggage didn't arrive with me"
Pros: "Airline stewards were very friendly and pleasant."
Cons: "We booked with Delta, but were put on Air France. Even though we had our boarding passes in hand we had to wait in long, slow line for baggage tags because they would not print from kiosk. There was minimal Air France staff on duty serving thousands of passengers during busy season (July). While the lines grew larger, the staff was reduced from 4 to 2. Another long, slow line for customs, another long slow line for security=Charles De Gaulle airport was awful. We arrived at the airport 4 hours before our departure time and got to our boarding gate with no time to spare."
Pros: "Good Food Nice Flight Attendants"
Pros: "Plenty of entertainment options Frequent meals and snacks Attentive service from flight crew"
Cons: "Boarding process was slower than anticipated One of our bags did not make it"
Pros: "The meal on Air France (a code share with Delta) was excellent."
Cons: "Very bad seat in the exit row. It was very narrow and hardlly reclined at all. there was no place to put your things because there was no seat in front of it. Legroom was very good."
Pros: "Exceptional flight staff -"
Pros: "The flight attendant was pleasant"
Cons: "As usual, Delta regional jets with recurring mechanical problems change of planes, change of gates delay take off etc. This carrier has become a nightmare on this Detroit to Kalamazoo leg."
Pros: "Cabin crew was wonderful. The food was exceptional."
Cons: "The infotainment system was a little spotty."
Cons: "We were waiting until the airport assigned us a parking slot. Instead of leaving the entertainment system on, they turned it off. We basically spent 1.5h without entertainment system."
Cons: "Three hours late leaving Paris. Missed our connecting flight to saint louis. Not much help from Delta."
Pros: "It was my first time to fly Air France. They exceeded my exceptions. The service was great and they made sure we were very comfortable. I will definitely fly Air France again."
Pros: "movies and food"
Cons: "CDG airport is the worst!!!"
Cons: "Because KAYAK reassigned my flight to airfare.com, I actually flew into JFK. Not my preference and the rebooking process was a nightmare. Very disappointed and I will not be using KAYAK ever again. So stressful."
Pros: "The food has REALLY improved!! GREAT CREW!"
Pros: "Frequent food offerings throughout the flight."
Cons: "Boarding the plane was not easy. We had to show our passports to a man who quizzed us on where we were coming from, where we were going, and asking questions about our luggage. After that we had to go through another security point and scan our boarding passes, but most people could not get through with our boarding passes, so we had to get in another line to show our passes to our agent. It was very stressful since we were running late since the border control line was so long! While it was stressful, I am glad that they were careful regarding the security,"
Pros: "Loved it all. That's good advice above :)"
Cons: "It was a blast!"
Pros: "The Airbus A330 business class seating was more spacious and comfortable than the Boeing 767 I flew to Paris from ATL."
Cons: "No opportunity for seat selection. Seat didn't recline, no blankets available so whatever part I couldn't cover with my jacket was cold from floor up (so no ability to control source), so no sleep, bordering on hypothermia. Seatmate was huge and continuously overflowing into my space (even though he suffered more than i did). Will endeavor NEVER to fly any flight involving Delta again."
Pros: "Everything was great! It is however a mystery why the attendants find it hard to smile once in a while. They were all attentive which is more important than serving with a smile."
Pros: "Fast boarding, crew, entertainment."
Cons: "Not enough lavatories, space is crazy small and the time should be changes. Arriving at 8am after spending half day awake is crazy. Unless you sleep the entire flight wI think no food no restroom."
Pros: "Only thing I liked was the time, took off on time."
Cons: "Some flight attendants were in worse mood, they don't even smile. Communication was poor, and they did not even offer me a meal. I was ignored although I paid for the meal. This was very disappointing. Next time might consider, Lufthansa or any other airlines."
Cons: "All good"
Pros: "Food in first class was quite good. Flight was smooth, and arrived early."
Cons: "The boarding agents lost control of the crowd form the get go. The first class cabin crew on our side of the plane was inattentive, though it appeared on the other half of the plane the crew was very attentive. This is one of the poorer first class seats in the industry. The "lie flat" seat is just that, a lie. It is pitched at an angle, though not as steep as some. Foot cubby is narrow and constrictive, bordering on claustrophobic."
Pros: "Great crew and service. Drink were served all the time. Everyone was extra nice"
Pros: "Everything was great"
Cons: "Lost luggage,, will be delivered to our house"
Pros: "Comfort on board, entertainment system"
Cons: "Older plane than on the way to Paris, did not like so much the food (except main course)"
Cons: "Received an email 6 min after booking from British Airways saying the reservation was cancelled. They are trying to charge me $550 for this cancellation claiming they are not the ones who cancelled the reservation, and that I did. From what I understand the flight wasn't available in the first place and should not have been posted to purchase. British Airways will not take responsibility however."
Pros: "Amenities were about on par with other international airlines. The entertainment console was wonderful. The trip was more quickly than expected."
Cons: "Boarding was a mess. We were there 2.5 hours before our flight and had to rush to make it on time due to the awful lines for the checking our bags and general disorganization of American Airlines. The staff on the plane missed our row when offering drinks near the end of the flight and were not careful about bumping elbows and shoulders as they frequented the aisle. Also couldn't sit by my family which was a huge bummer."
Cons: "Delayed flight and missed connection flight to KC"
Pros: "On time."
Cons: "This flight is AA, not BA. No leg room, no entertainment. Welcome to 2018."
Pros: "The crew was very cheerful, professional, and helpful. The food was also surprisingly good."
Cons: "The entertainment system failed a few hours into the flight, which is a big problem for an 8 hour intercontinental flight."
Pros: "The only thing good was the airplane – a 787."
Cons: "Missed the flight because of problem with the CDG trains. Crew on the ground were absolutely useless. I ended up getting another flight the second day using the customer service number. The cecking in process was terrible. The agent was terrible.on the flight, the crew kept banging almost everybody with the food cart. One poor lady behind me got water spelled on her, hit by cart few times, and food spelled."
Pros: "The plane was very nice and the seats were really quality. Shepards pie was tasty."
Cons: "Delayed for an hour and a half."
Pros: "Good flight overall"
Cons: "The experience at DFW was terrible- long lines to get out of baggage claim because of too few agents to process 1000 people waiting. Also long lines for TSA screening to get to gate."
Pros: "Flight attendants were wonderful and very accommodating. They were pleasant, nice to talk to, and attentive to all passengers. Special assist personal were polite, pleasant and extremely helpful."
Cons: "I did not understand if I booked with British Airways why my return flight was through American Airlines. I requested special accommodations with extra leg room as a result of recent knee surgery. My seat location was in row 34, the back of the cabin. Not as pleasant. Too far to walk leg room uncomfortable at times during the 8 hour flight."
Cons: "American Airlines baggage check-in at Paris CDG was total chaos. It took 1 1/2 hours. They need a systems analyst to review their process; especially for customers using their ticket kiosks during check-in when the lines get long. There's never a problem when the lines are small (duh !!). The staff involved in baggage check did well considering the poor process flow they had to deal with. The entire flight crew was great. It is management that is falling down on the job."
Pros: "American airlines is located in a small terminal at CDG which works to its advantage. Compared to other airlines, getting to the US from Paris is a lot easier. The airplane was brand new, entertainment on board is the best I've seen in a long time. In Chicago, clearing immigration and customs was a breeze, the airport is very well designed for international travelers."
Pros: "Great movie selection, food was good and crew was amazing"
Pros: "We enjoyed the room on the seats and the power outlets were very comfortable. Air Crew was extremely attentive!"
Cons: "Too much space in between meals provided and small portions."
Pros: "Crew, and price"
Cons: "Old style aircraft with little room and common screen"
Pros: "Stsff was outstanding...love the compllimentary wine....like the old days.when service mattered most."
Cons: "Airline wait lines at terminals"
Cons: "Check in was total chaos. Food was horrible."
Pros: "The food, entertainment and crew were satisfactory."
Cons: "I did not like that my original flight was flat out cancelled. It made for a stressful trip."
Pros: "No major issues with the flight itself, see below for MAJOR issues with check-in and checking bags."
Cons: "The organization with American Airlines at Charles de Gaulle was absolutely pathetic. I understand it's a busy airport, but NONE of the other airlines had lines like American did. Then by the time you get up to an American airline employee, incompetence was written all over their faces. The straw that broke the camel's back was that they insisted on separating my partner and me while doing security questions, meanwhile other parties who were together were not separated (LGBT discrimination). This pushed us back 10 minutes--we were separated and he was having to wait for me after the questioning to get my bag checked, too. I'll add that we arrived to the airport with over 2 hours to spare before our flight which should have been more than enough time. We probably would have missed the flight if not for a few decent Charles de Gaulle employees who bumped us though lines at customs when they realized the time crunch, no thanks to anyone with American Airlines. I heard so many saying they will not use American Airlines again, and how saving a few dollars was not worth the headache. Flying is already stressful enough, don't make it that much worse."
Cons: "The flight was cancelled, there is nothing to rate except the inconvenience it caused me and my fiancee who were traveling back home for a business meeting."
Cons: "The staff was rude not helpful and mean worst crew I've ever seen and I fly alot"
Cons: "Very poor boarding. Crew late but did not start screening and checking passengers until late. Had to ride bus to plane and walk a short distance in the rain which was moderately heavy."
Pros: "Friendly crew Smooth flight"
Cons: "Couldn't select seats"
Cons: "Can not check in online!"
Pros: "The staff was nice. The food was good."
Cons: "One hour and 30 minutes delay. I got my luggage the next day after landed."
Pros: "Flight itself was fine"
Cons: "Check in was the worst. 1.75 hours just to check bags. Barely made flight when arriving 3 hours before"
Pros: "Comfort was about equal to any other flight I've taken. Most of the crew members were friendly. Free wine."
Cons: "The in-flight entertainment choices were lame. I suppose most people sleep on long flights. The food was not great. Mostly edible if you're really hungry. There was not enough room for everyone to put a carry on in an overhead bin. Luckily, I'm short and I keep mine under the seat."
Pros: "Refreshments we're good and the crew was nice."
Cons: "There weren't any screens in the headrests for individual movie-viewing."
Pros: "flying alone I had lots of room"
Pros: "The crew were excellent and very professional. It was not a full flight and boarding was quick and easy. We landed almost an hour early. When we made the reservation we were told it was an 8 hour and 50 minute flight but we got there in 7 hours and 45 minutes, more than 1 hour early. It would be good to know the real timing so that meetings could be planned in a timely way."
Cons: "This is a code share with American Airlines and an American Airlines plane and crew and it is an out of date plane. There were no individual screens only 1 screen hanging down every five or six seats. The seats are very, very narrow. The cleanliness of the tray tables were gooey and full of crusted dirt as were the seat areas in front of the tray tables. I was told that they fly an even older plane from Europe to NY, which is an old one aisle plane. Not sure why AA continues to use such out of date planes but if they use planes from the 1980's it seems to me that they should charge 1980 prices!"
Cons: "Flying old dilapidated 767-300 on 10.5 hour overseas flight is not a good idea Crappy seats, no in-seat entertainment, non-working overhead lights on the first flight... AA in it's usual glory. Mediocre company at best."
Pros: "The crew was friendly."
Cons: "The entertainment was poor for a 9 hours flight."
Pros: "not crowded"
Cons: "British Airways cancelled my return without warning or even notice, I found by chance a few days before my return trip while checking the schedule. I had to spend an hour on the phone between British Airways and their code share on American Airlines and rebuy my seats on American. I am still waiting for the re-imbursement of the first cancelled seats ..."
Pros: "Attentive crew,"
Pros: "Treated very well. Shout out to a flight attendant whose name I think was Renee - I could be totally wrong. Female, lives in NC. A kind, friendly flight attendant really makes a flight pleasant - especially a long flight."
Cons: "The food, especially the snack, was awful. I'm not even sure what that snack was. I think it was melted cheese in bread. But it was bad."
Pros: "at least flights were on time. 20 minutes delay is not bad."
Cons: "I booked on BA I ended up on AA. US carriers to Europe gives inferior service vis a vis the competition if i wanted a US carrier I would have booked one. It was bait & switch. Compared to whats available in entertainment & comfort on flights, this was like a hires & buggy"
Pros: "Lots of food, good service."
Cons: "No Wifi! I couldn't believe it... no Wifi whatsoever. I will now book flights based on Wifi availability as I lost hours of work I could have been doing."
Pros: "Being Priority customer big plus in international travel"
Cons: "Nothing very eady flight"
Pros: "The TIMING AND ATMOSPHERE"
Pros: "Their planes are old and sadly in need of renovation, if not replacement. The crew do their best but everything is broken. Entertainment center on the back of the seat are so old it takes forever to download anything and it freezes all the time when it happens to work. The selection is very poor. There is NO entertainment for children."
Cons: "The seats are very uncomfortable I felt I was seating on foam cushions that were at least 20 years old and totally burned out. The armrests were broken and could it move on the aisle side and could not stay upon the center side. I felt lucky to find my luggage at the end of the trip. I do love Finnair!!! And feel like you should tell AA to pay attention to the comfort of your passengers in coach class. They are only interested in business customers."
Cons: "After bomb scare at gate we had a simple mechanical delay us another hour that should have been noticed and fixed during bomb scare delay. Food was scary."
Pros: "It was a direct flight"
Cons: "Even with being checked in, the line was so long to check bags, it took over an hour. I had to run to catch my flight. Several people missed their flight. It was an 8 hour flight, with cramped seating, no internet, no TV. They ran out of meals with exception of vegetarian."
Cons: "Booked Brittish Air. Got switched to American. Have flown both in the past & would NOT have chosen American. Now, we will not choose Brittish Air either, as we can't be sure we are really going to get the high quality of Brittish air or substandard American Airlines."
Pros: "Crew were very helpful and responsive. Request for extra water/drink met quickly. Entertainment options functional but limited."
Cons: "Exchange students returning home to France were more interested in sitting with their friends than sitting in their assigned seats. As a result, our (2) originally selected, opposing seats on the aisle were not available without a fight--which we declined to enter into--and settled instead for an aisle seat and an adjacent center seat."
Pros: "I loved the easy texts I received from kayak to update me about my flight status because there was a change in gates and a delay etc."
Cons: "Serveral people had been given the same seating assignment which caused a lot of confusion for passengers and angry passengers which lead to some heated conversations etc... Also, we were baking hot which sitting in the plane during the one hour delay and the ventilation seemed really poor."
Pros: "crew friendly and kind"
Cons: "old aircraft for a long (delayed and diverted) flight - no personal screens, dripping ceiling, no vegetarian options for snack (just turkey sandwiches),"
Pros: "Awesome crew, great food, landed early!"
Cons: "No personal entertainment centers for individual passengers."
Cons: "No tv."
Cons: "Paid $120.00 to select seats and then the crew forced us to switch! Outrageous!"
Pros: "Getting home."
Cons: "It was an older airplane. For a long flight from Montreal to San Francisco, a plane with more room would be more humane. People were lined up for the bathrooms most of the trip since could not use the small first class bathroom. If one wanted a meal, it was one you had to pay for. Broken monitor"
Pros: "Food was excellent, seating was comfortable and entertainment choices were good."
Cons: "Boarding could have been more organized. It seemed to have been a little chaotic."
Pros: "Crew, seat, entertainment were okay..."
Cons: "The check in at CDG (Paris) was a disaster. There were 4 or 5 different flights checking-in at the same time so people were standing in line for hours... United did not have enough personnel to properly handle their customers. I suggest they make self check-in stations available for customers."
Pros: "Excelente atención, salida y llegada a tiempo y buenas opciones de comidas y servicios"
Cons: "Todo estuvo bien"
Cons: "Boarding at CDG in Paris was chaotic. Called group 1 and 2 to line up but boarding didn’t start for approx 45 minutes."
Pros: "The crew really seemed to care about our comfort. They were very attentive and gave us extras if asked."
Cons: "The check in at the airport and going through Customs in the USA but the overall flight was good."
Cons: "It was great"
Pros: "Entertainment selection was nice. Amount of meals was also great."
Cons: "Meal service could have been closer together. We went 8 hours between meals."
Pros: "On time good leg room"
Pros: "Crew was friendly. Pilot kept us informed. Did a great job with takeoff and landing. Entertainment selections were good. Food choices much better."
Cons: "On flight from DC to Paris seat preferences were changed by the airline . Was not able to sit with my family during this leg. Food choices were not good. Was not crazy about the chicken dish."
Pros: "except for a young steward who smiled kindly"
Cons: "the other crew that served us had no smiles or eye contact. an incident even happened with a passenger that could have been avoided if the crew was friendlier"
Pros: "I had THE WORST experience with ONE flight attendant leaving Paris CDG, flying to Chicago O’Hare. Flight #9334. On 7/26 @ 11:22am. I am hypoglycemic and the flight attendant skipped my line for food I acknowledged her three times and she ignored me so on the fourth time I raised my voice saying “excuse me ma’am” that seem to have irritated her or rubbed her the wrong way because her response was extremely unprofessional yelling at me and accused me of startling her. She compared my voice to the startle of 911 and caused a scene in front of the majority of the passengers. All I wanted was the food that was available for each passenger because she skipped My row. After talking to another flight attendant who claim to be a manager name Celeste who was wearing a visible name tag along with every other flight attendant except for her, I asked her for the name so I could write up a review she refused to give me her name saying it was against their policy to give up first names even though it’s clearly on everybody’s shirt except hers she removed it or covered it up w/ her apron even though Robert Robert was wearing an apron with his name tag outside of his apron like he should the attendant that gave me problems took off her name tag and covered it with an apron that was a violation of dress code. A simple apology is all I asked for but she refused to apologize and the managers only response was “I can’t make her apologize” Never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect on a flight as I am a frequent flyer to Paris on United everybody else and all other flights was extremely helpful and courteous. This woman started ranting and raving about 911 and getting people nervous for no reason. I will be writing a formal letter to the corporate office. I just barely got home and wanted to write this review because it ruined my experience in 9 1/2 hour flight experience. It was also very embarrassing for me and my family, as other customers were bothered by this and had to listen to this. I was trying to speak over the air conditioner and after the third time of her not acknowledging me that is one I raise my voice politely by saying “excuse me ma’am”. I am a frequent united flier. Furthermore I have scoliosis and I’m handicapped our flight got delayed by 3 furthermore I have scoliosis and I’m handicapped our flight got delayed by 2 1/2 hrs. By this time my back was throbbing and when I talked to the gentleman upfront he told me to write a letter for some type of compensation regarding everything I have been through. Here are pictures of the lady who is out of dress code the flight attendant and also out of line dealing with plus dealing with customers she’s obviously unhappy with her job and should not be in the customer service industry as I know for being a businesswoman myself owning my own salon I deal with customers all day and I know my number one job is to make sure my customers are happy I am not ."

Cons: "It's a United crew. They're careless and rude."
Cons: "My Wife and I got booted from Lufthansa to a United flight where our seats were across the plane from each other. In order to sit together, we had to spend another $300. United charged us an extra $100 for a check on bag that Swiss and Lufthansa did not charge us for."
Pros: "Boarding went very smoothly. Flight attendants were good. I was glad that water was offered several times during the flight."
Pros: "They transfer me to a empty row so I can be more comfortable"
Pros: "They started food service immediately, offered free wine and beer. Were very helpful in getting carry-on in storage bin."
Cons: "2 hour delay in leaving."
Pros: "Excellent meal in and very crew."
Pros: "The leg room on plane was great."
Cons: "Boarding was very unorganized. They did not have enough room to line up people for organized groups. People were cutting in line, walking up in front, where as people had been in line for half an hour. they need more clarity and staff to help with this."
Pros: "On time flight, food was good, entertainment system worked well. Leg room adequate for a tall person."
Cons: "Nothing really to complain about"
Pros: "On time. Tasty eats. Good crew"
Cons: "Sound in the movies is sub-par"
Pros: "The huge windows and overhead bins on the 787 are fantastic. United has a decent seatback entertainment system, however it could stand to use maybe a few more movies. In economy the food was palatable, I went with the cheese manicotti for "lunch" and was awoken to a ham and cheese on a pretzel bun for "breakfast." The Illy coffee is much better than the old garbage."
Cons: "The boarding area at CDG while nice was very hot. The huge windows made the place a hot house. I was relieved to get on the plane where it was much cooler."
Pros: "Flying the the new 787 was good; not great - seating is still very tight, but that is the nature of flying; I get it. For what it is - no disappointments."
Pros: "Seats were pretty comfortable. Very pleasant staff."
Cons: "Almost missed the flight due to border police lines being extensively long in Paris. They had to rush me through after my third request. I go to the airport 90 minutes ahead of flight time."
Cons: "Food and service"
Cons: "United inflight entertainment needs a massive upgrade - to say the least."
Pros: "Fast boarding and unboarding - excellent crew. Flight was on time - smooth operation."
Cons: "In economy, if the person in front of you reclines all the way - it totally invades your space and is not sustainable. I put up with a rude princess that reclined her chair the whole 8 hours (even when she went to the bathroom). I get that they need to recline...but there has to be some ethical guidelines!"
Cons: "Very rough landing."
Pros: "Great crew as always"
Cons: "Wifi was unreliable."
Pros: "The food was better than anticipated. The crew was engagingl and responsive."
Cons: "The seating remains appalling not only in the size of the seat but the leg room. When the seats are put back by passengers ahead the tray tables become a implement of further reduction of comfort. Most passengers attempt to get up just to relieve cramping, but thr aisles are so small it is difficult to find relief. It is more than discomfort it is painful."
Pros: "It was my first international flights, and both going there and coming back went amazingly well. Everything was exceptional."
Pros: "The United ground crew who assisted me on boarding the flight."
Cons: "The delay in take-off. And most of all, the CDG as a point of connection - not a fault of the airline."
Cons: "A mechanical issue delayed our return by over an hour. I guess they didn't know the extent or the time needed to repair, so we boarded at the regular time and sat in the plane. Good cabin crews both ways. Food meh. The 787 over was much better than the aging 767 coming back. I like the new app based entertainment system."
Pros: "Staff was nice and plane wasn't full so had space for better sleeping since there was nothing better to do on the plane."
Cons: "I was very disappointed. Why spend so much money on updating first class and business when the rest of the seats are completely out of date. I couldn't even charge my phone to get ahold of my ride when we landed. And the tiny screens barely worked, couldn't even watch a movie because it just froze up the whole time."
Pros: "I like that the plane was very clean and modern. The staff very nice and speaks both english and french."
Pros: "Like? The staff were courteous."
Cons: "The plane was old. The seats worn out and hurt my back. United has reall won the race to the. Orrin among US airlines."
Pros: "The staff was very friendly and the flight was smooth."
Cons: "The food could have been a little better, but I know it's a hit and miss thing."
Pros: "Left on time arrived on time. Good flight"
Cons: "Food and going to Paris from Washington temperature in the plane very very cold. Request to staff to be able to coin tease it but didn't do anything. On way back asked if it was possible to get a newspaper and attendant answer very impolitely that was for business and she didn't think it was going to be nothing left. Being polite and accommodating is part of their job."
Pros: "flights were on time with early arrivals."
Pros: "Virtually empty flight"
Pros: "The man at the gate who helped us board went beyond what we expected by loading luggage in the overhead bin. The attendant Sherry was incredible--friendly, helpful, and considerate for all aspects of the flight."
Cons: "My seat didn't recline properly."
Cons: "1h delayed but warned about it hours before"
Cons: "Fly was late. Luggage delivery was slow."
Pros: "Crew did a nice job, food was average."
Cons: "Not UAL's fault, but airports are a hassle, little space for carry on since the big charges for checking luggage, etc. I now fly as seldom as possible."
Pros: "Boarding I guess was good. Flight was on time and arrived early in San Francisco."
Cons: "This was not a Luftansa flight, it was United. The crew was okay, but were not very good with putting any effort in for the passengers. The entertainment systems were clunky, slow and unresponsive. They looked old and/or just poorly designed or implemented. Could have just been cheap? Mine froze during the flight and never worked after that. The food was some of the worst I've ever had on a flight. Don't choose the vegetarian option unless you want an upset stomach. Seats were cramped and uncomfortable, but at least we got a clean blanket. They kept the plane cold for some unknown reason, so we needed it."
Cons: "I couldn't put subtitles in French on English movies. 8 could only watch them dubbed. I didn't understand this as it seems standard for all other flights I've taken."
Cons: "Tried to change flight to different day, and agent said it was available. I had to call them to find out not only was the flight no longer available, but there were none in the same time frame I needed and the next option would cost $1500+. I lost over $575 for a flight I couldn't even take. DO NOT BOOK ON KAYAK!"
Pros: "I liked that we landed early, but the airport was not ready for us, so practically all the advantage of the early landing was lost. The food was decent, but the final snack was kind of rushed. We had a safe, relatively smooth flight."
Cons: "I couldn't hear many of the announcements and the intercom quality was poor. Seating is always cramped in Economy, especially on a crowded flight."
