Cons: We missed two flights,made it on the third trip.when trying to get some help and information I felt like they were blowing us off ( employees at the airport in Paris) not so much British Airways.The first time we missed the flight it was because we were sent to the wrong gate,and we tried to get information we were told to sit down our plane would be next.We then had to start the process all over again going thru check in and security, proses was so slow we missed the second flight,then I had to go thru the process anion retrieving our bags,going thru check in and security the third time,by the time I got to the gate they were boarding. It was a nightmare and I got to feeling we would never get out of Paris.Not so sure I would want to go to Paris Airport again.? If I would use BA.
Cons: Everything was great but they did not recognized the fact that I was vegetarian and by the time they passed by to ask what I wanted for food, they only had Curry Chicken as an option. They tried to be helpful but unfortunately I was not able to eat much in an eight hour flight.

Pros: Check-in was very efficient, boarding was excellent. Onboard service was non existent. Onboard service...not even a glass of water when requested. If you did not pay for a drink you got nothing

Cons: Crew insisted on showing boarding ticket when entering the plane even we just went through check on gate. I am frequent flyer, and most companies do not do that. When I asked, stewardess very impolitely answered that I obviously do not know it is Air Malta custom. It seemed to me that she did not know that not all companies are doing that. I left conversation at that point. On the way out of the plain she avoided to address me with even Good buy like other customers... Sad.
Pros: I MISSED THE FLIGHT FROM ZURICK TO MALTA.
Cons: At the time of boarding, the plane was delayed for one hour and a half. Then when we were ready to board again, another delay of 20mim, then 25 min more. We ended up being 2h50 min late. At the end, the crow didn't even call us to inform we were boarding, we had to come at the gate regularly to see the changes.

Cons: We didn't select our meal option for vegetarian because the last time we did we ended up with a horrible, horrible, hockey puck like dry food option. We assumed there would be a cheese pasta option, as there usually is, well we were completely wrong. Both options were meat, even the salad had meat in it. So we got a roll with butter, a tiny fruit, and a disgusting wet dessert. Even the breakfast was meat and cheese. I got online to select our meal option for our return trip, and the options are out of control. We have a lacto-ovo-vegetarian option, whatever that is
Pros: It was a rather empty flight so I was able to have space to myself to stretch out.
Cons: Everything. We were late boarding, late taking off, micromanaged by the crew like we’re stupid, the food was truly god awful atrocious... and there were like 20 movies to choose from for a 7 hour flight. Furthermore, there were NO snacks available for purchase so you were forced to eat gross food.

Cons: Headphone jacks that work would have been nice. 6.5hr flight without sound! The crew disappeared and would only give half cups of water when asked for. ALCOHOL not just wine and warm beer.

Cons: When we walked into the airport (upper floor), I didn't see any signs directing me to British Airways. We walked a long ways and finally asked someone who said we must go downstairs. More signs would help.

Cons: There was a stop over in London that got a bit confusing at boarding time in Heathrow ...as a flight to another country was being boarded at the same time and the set up in the general terminal make for some confusion as to which line to get into.

Cons: The crew at flights run by Iberia were particularly unpleasant. Special those in the flight from Madrid to Miami. Ladies we’re particular rude and aggressive when talking to me and my daughters. Basically as if they were doing us a favor wile doing their work.

Cons: I can't remember a more cramped and uncomfortable flight. Missed connection on way Paris and we arrived 6 hours late. It took British airways 3 days to get our lost luggage to us. Delayed on way back, adding 4 hours to our trip because the first plane was not "serviceable" and they had to get a replacement. They arbitrarily decide who has to much carry on luggage and force you to check it last minute at the gate while letting others with same size bags take them on the plane. Certainly no better than bargain flights and possibly worse. Why pay extra? No more British Airways for us.

We had to call British Airways and then the booking company (Webjet) to finally get things sorted out. British Airways counted our flight from JFK to CDG as a "no show" but in reality, we had just missed our connecting flight because of so many delays at JFK. We had received no notification from Webjet or British Airways of these changes and were told that our taxes were refunded for the return tickets.

Cons: It wasn’t clear that my fare did not have free check in luggage. Check in luggage was very expensive! It’s going to cost me double what I paid my flight just to check in one piece of luggage in both directions.

Pros: British Air reps took us through security and to the gate for boarding which was most appreciated after our check-in. Once on the plane the flight was great and the crew helpful. I wheel chair was waiting for us when we landed in London.
Cons: We were told to check in at terminal 2A to British Air for our flight. BA was on the lower floor almost in terminal 2B and there were no signs indicating where we were to find their check-in. When we checked in they initially had no record of our continuing flight on Virgin Atlantic to the US. They checked our bags through to the US but could not give us boarding cards for the 2nd leg of our flight on Virgin.

Pros: Effortless flight from CDG to LHR before returning home to New York. Had the opportunity to spend a night in London to visit a couple friends and some of my favorite shops in town. BA kept my checked bag so I didn’t have to lug a suitcase around for my 19 hour layover.
Cons: The ticket agents in CDG wasn’t the friendliest from such a well respected brand but zero complaints considering the deal I got to spend a week in Paris!

Cons: Even though 1 of the 3 stewards was really excellent at everything (foremost his impecable attitude towards passengers), nothing is really standing out anymore in IBERIA 1st class. It used to be extremely good, but now everything is banal. No attention to detail or pleasantness. The one thing that really concerns me is that Spanish stewards, more the women than the men, are becoming more rude than before. I understand that some passengers must be a hassle from time to time, but this is their one and only job, so a nice attitude is of the utmost importance.
