Cons: "I do wish they would have checked the plane for the mechanical issue previous to boarding. The plane pulled away from the gate only to return to have its thrust reverser fixed when an error message had shown up. It would have been nice for that to have been handled before."

Pros: "From SEA to SAT the pilot (or co-, couldn't tell which one) provided information on what we were flying over (e.g.Mt. Rainier, Columbia River, Salt Flats, corner of New Mexico, etc. ). I LOVE THAT! There was no food or entertainment on this short flight."

I kept my moth shut to avoid being yet another victim to the brutality of the way airlines and tsa have been treating travelers."

Cons: "We had purchased round trip tickets for our son to come home from college. He was able to get a ride a day earlier as he wanted to surprise us. The night before his return flight he went online to check in, and received a notification his reservation had been cancelled. We called Alaska and were told they had canceled his reservations as he failed to check in for his initial flight. Their policy reflects in the event of this happening they "may" do this, NOT shall. They wanted us to pay an additional $205 for a one way ticket. Hard lesson for my son, he just didn't think about canceling as the seats were paid for, and not understanding why the reservation would be canceled when their service was paid for. We would have thought as we paid for a service Alaska would have at least called or emailed us to check the status of the reservation. they had all of our personal contact information. Again, hard lessen for us all."

Cons: "I paid for my smaller bag to go with cargo. Got to airport - no bag. Was sent to Alaska Air with the folks who had sent their bag ala carte (meaning they didn't pay) Waited for 20 min for someone to come out! They all got their bags and I was told mine was the ONE bag they took off the plane because the airlines had over booked cargo. Really - take off a paid bag but bring people who try to stuff too many bags in the plane and get to send theirs free. I live over 4 hours from airport and was told my suitcase was in Seattle and would not be here until next morning and airlines would call to confirm. No one called, no one answer the message I left. Didn't reach anyone until the next day and was told my suitcase didn't come in until another day later and they it was Fedexed to me. I was not happy as I had Christmas gifts that I had traveled with. Lack of communication by airline, lack of customer service. Still waiting for a "voucher" for future travel - they are supposed to email me with that info. Not yet."

Cons: "First seat (no chance to put thngs underneath seat in front) MUST have a real space (as even economy generally has). There was a small pouch that would fit almost nothing. Staff was poor. Never a smile or friendliness from flight attendant and no help when asked."

We missed our connection in Atlanta, even though we arrived at the gate in time to see the gate agent shut the door while we were running and waving. We arrived at the gate 8 minutes before the flight departure time also. The flight attendant on the flight from Fayetteville just handed out water and cookies without asking what you wanted. She had coffee and snack mix but didn’t ask anyone, just handed them what they got. Overall I was very disappointed in the flight from Fayetteville, NC to Atlanta and with the gate agents at the Atlanta airport. I usually expect more from delta. They didn’t offer vouchers to make up for the missed connection or offer to pay for a hotel since the next flight out was the next morning."

Pros: "I do not fly and took my first flight in eight years on aDelta flight. They are partners with KLM. We were late leaving SFO due to traffic..no fault of there’s. I just missed my connecting flight and they have booked me to leave a day later. I was also given a room at Marriott. I appreciate their service and the entire crew from check in to landing. I am now a fan of Delta as well as KLM."

Cons: "My screen seat miniature work but headphone jack was messed up tried two cords and not working so could see movie could not hear so for 5hrs that’s what I did which made me focus more on comfort. Plane interior was or looked brand new."

Cons: "I began asking for my wheelchair escort the minute I got off the plane. I was assured in Houston they would be there when I got to Detroit. They were not. The request was clearly spelled out on my boarding pass along with my personal oxygen equipment information. I kept asking different staff and they would call for me then say somebody would be there. I waited for an entire hour and only when I started to cry did somebody do something. It was terribly stressful."

Cons: "The boarding process is quite confusing with all the different categories of people prior to the actual listed "zone" boarding. As an example, if you have a "Zone 2" boarding pass, you think you will be second to board when in reality that means you are second to last to board. After those who need extra time, those with small children, active military, premier, whatever.... all that covers about 2/3 of the passengers. Then of course there's all the stepping over those who already boarded which seems to slow the process overall. It would be better to ask these questions when making your reservation. Then, the zones would be appropriate based on how you made your reservation to begin with."

Cons: "I call in advance to paid the fees for baggage, I call Aeromexico because was the main airline for the fly, but Delta at Seattle made me paid again the fees for baggage’s even by phone they said that I didn’t need to paid. BE AWARE AND CAREFUL BECAUSE THE LADIES IN THE FRONT DESK didn’t even look the paperwork that you have in hand, they only want to charge you saying that your payment thru Aeromexico didn’t help you in the 1st fly. How this can happen when Delta and Aeromexico are two subsidiary one of another ?"

And flight attendant helpfully described it as 'chicken'. Breakfast was a cold roll, a piece of cheese and some awful yogurt. This was the most unbearable 8.5 hours of my life."

Cons: "The flight was delayed due to aircraft issues making us 2 hours late for vacation. THIS IS MY HARD EARNED MONEY! I literally put blood, sweat and many many tears into this trip. The flight attendant was so rude on this trip. It was like she was absolutely offended by my presence. I barely even spoke to her except to make sure of my vegetarian tray to which I got the nasty reply "You'll have to wait because I don't have it with me now". If I wasn't so focused on sleeping as much as I could I would have written her name down. No complimentary cocktails for Preferred Seating? Seriously? What did I upgrade for exactly? Literally four inches of space? Late, rude, money sucking industry who holds no accountability for wrong doings. Don't get into the Health Industry.. you'll kill people with this flippant attitude. Bleh.. I doubt I'll fly with Delta again. The thought of having to do so turns my stomach."

Cons: "Some of the video I was watching on my personal screen was low quality. Difficult to hear and kept breaking up/freezing so I would miss important words. At one point I had to rewind it because I had missed something important. Captions were not available for the movie I was watching."

Pros: "I paid only $100 more round trip to DTW from SLC then I would have with other carriers, minus the hassle of connecting flights and paying fees that they don't tell you about up front (like $25 for a carry-on bag, oh and a another $12 per leg for a window seat). My experience, like my previous Delta experiences was absolutely enjoyable. From the quick boarding, super friendly gate agents, and flight crew, to the free on board entertainment, Delta has won me over once again. Oh and did I mention how great it is to board a flight, relax and watch a good movie, take a small nap, and deplane at your destination! Awesome!!"

Cons: "Not being able to pick seats until the gate. Traveled with 4 friends and all of us sat separate. 4 of us in middle seats."

Pros: "I had to hassle Delta going down because they did not precheck me. Blamed TSA. Called customer service when I checked in online and they got it done without a hassle."

Cons: "Apparently Delta has decided even if you have a qualified KTN, they can arbitrary decide not to honor do you cannot precheck thru TSA. No way to input KTN at purchase on website and couldn't get it done at ticket counter. Thanks Delta"
