I think we are all feeling a bit down these days economically and your positive attitudes, both from SJC to Seattle and from Seattle to Bozeman makes more of a difference than you can see! The man next to us had a medical emergency a the flight attendants really stepped up and quickly helped turn a bad situation into one with a great outcome. Brandon, Ranger , and Jose all did wonderful jobs gathering all the medical field passengers on the plane to help (a my husband) and they helped revive the unresponsive patient within a few minutes with juice and oxygen. It was a great example of community and teamwork and I’m so impressed with the staff.
We flew economy, it was what I expected. The seats are too upright for me
I purchased a 1st class ticket and unfortunately the main flight attendant was not the best and seemed more interested in her phone than the passengers at times. Then the plane didn’t get restocked and the only snacks for this flight were pretzels. However I would like to say that the rest of the flight crew and ground crew at the airport we’re great, especially the people that wheeled me around the airport some and then the one getting me to the plane and the automated wheelchair that wheeled me through the airport.
Typical domestic flight. No entertainment. You have to use your own devices and provided entertainment didn’t work. Pretzels and water of flight over 4 hours is unacceptable. Meals should be provided on long flights. But it’s about the money and not customer service. You should just issue the bag of pretzels at the gate and water bottle in seat and just do away with flight attendants because they do nothing on domestic flights
Very good. Easy check in, attentive flight attendant, and on time departure/landing.
Again Alaskan and Hawaiian need to consolidate check-in, allow seat reservations on both flights. I wound up in last row because I couldn’t reserve better seat.
I would like if it had happened already. I'm still waiting for it.
Pretzels are always a disappointment. Cheezits, Sun Chips, trail mix, anything else would be nice.
Its bumpy but I can say its safe flight ,Thanks Alaska airline for bringing me in my destination😊.
Flight was delayed 8 times. We were sitting at the airport for 14 hours. We got 2 hours of sleep (if that) on what was not meant to be a red-eye.
The movies offered were great. Staff were very pleasant and very efficient.
After a delay at the gate, C3, at Ohare on Sunday, I left my Blk ski coat on the bench at the gate, lost! Please review my lob claim, thx.
Very bad! They kept delaying my flight and wouldn’t do anything about it
They brought an empty plane to the gate. Then a flight delay was announced for maintenance and waiting on a part. I was then put on a flight to San Francisco instead with a connecting flight to my final destination. Arrived at my final destination 2 hours late.
The only downside was my cell phone charger wouldn’t work in the charging port but everyone else’s would work in them all. My cell phone cable works fine in my hotel room in Frankfurt.
Flight and crew were great. United didn't inform crew of immigration process which was disappointing!
Flight team stood out for perzonal attention, kindness at bright cheery attitudes at 8am. Very helpful.
Seats had less pitch than a regional jet. Food was OK. Have to buy alcohol on US based carriers flying international. Boarding was a mess. Did not have bags but overhead space was gone quick. Would like to see the airlines enforce the one bag over and one bag under policy
Ot was overall fine. Left on time and had basic snacks. Weather was finicky but that’s not the airlines fault.
