Cons: "Generally, we all know coach is just uncomfortable. This was made worse by the fact that the flight attendants NEVER STOPPED WORKING THE AISLES. On a red eye, things usually get quiet after an initial drink service. And they even said it was going to, but that was a lie. I was in an aisle seat and got knocked by drink carts rolling past on at least 3 occasions, and they would talk without even trying to stay quiet. ALL NIGHT LONG. I definitely didn’t sleep, which is usually pretty easy for me. I fly a lot of red eyes and have gotten used to getting to sleep on the plane, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had."

We called Alaska and were told they had canceled his reservations as he failed to check in for his initial flight. Their policy reflects in the event of this happening they "may" do this, NOT shall. They wanted us to pay an additional $205 for a one way ticket. Hard lesson for my son, he just didn't think about canceling as the seats were paid for, and not understanding why the reservation would be canceled when their service was paid for. We would have thought as we paid for a service Alaska would have at least called or emailed us to check the status of the reservation. they had all of our personal contact information. Again, hard lessen for us all."

Cons: "Earlier in the day when I was checking in, there was a prompt to be added to the list of volunteers to take a different flight should one of my later flights (it did not specify, I flew from DAY to ATL, and then ATL to ORF) was overbooked. My schedule was accommodating enough that I selected yes. In ATL I was called up as a potential volunteer as they needed 3 volunteers to take a later flight that day. I was told that I was not initially assigned a seat since I had earlier agreed to be a potential volunteer. I was okay with all of this. We were told that the decision would be made at the end of boarding, and we would know if our seats were needed. At the end of boarding they called for the 3 volunteers to board. I was the last one to board and was given my seat assignment. Once I got on the plane I saw that someone had already been assigned my seat and let a flight attendant know what had happened. I stood on the plane for about 10 minutes while the flight attendants and other crew members tried to figure out what had happened. My name was not listed under any cabin (main, comfort, etc) even though I had a ticket and a seat assignment. Eventually they had to open the doors again for me to get off the plan as there were no available seats. Once I got back to the gate podium I was booked on a later flight, as would have been the case had the normal course of action for volunteering to give up my seat taken place. Everyone was extremely helpful in trying to figure out what had happened, but it was still frustrating that it had to happen in that way. Luckily I don't believe the delay caused any major delay for the flight. In the end, things worked out fine, it just seems as though this is an issue that didn't need to happen."

In Buenos Aires when We checked in something similar happened and we could not book our seats the day before bcause they were all taken . The answer was if we wanted a better seat we’d have to pay because only back seats are available in economy and AA waits forbthose whi pay first and only then they”ll give us a seat. I”ve travelled several times with AA and feel the service is not worth the money I pay for it. The food on our flight back to BA was not good st all. However , I have to point out that all my flights BA to N Y, N Y to Mia and Mia BA left on time. On the whole it was good but I believe AA cares onñy about money and I feel disappointed"

Also, our flight left an hour later!!! No one said anything to us about why we were late. They accommodated those with connecting flights in the US but still. What is going on?"

The wheel chair attendant who initially took me to my gate in Las Vegas was very friendly, and helpful, and she did everything she could possibly have done, short of leaving another passenger to come take care of me, which wouldn't have been right. I was there when she called her supervisor and advised him/her of my location and of my needs and she received confirmation. Was not her fault."

My wheel chair needed charged and I was two hours early, so the attendant sat me at the charging station because there were no outlets in the gate area. She contacted her supervisor to advise of my location and that I would need assistance. Nobody came for me. I gathered my things the best I could and struggled to get to the gate to get attitude from the gate agent, telling me the wheel chair attendant was there looking for me. What ever happen to using a paging system when you know the passenger who is disabled checked in two hours earlier? Had someone paged, maybe I could have flagged their attention, or maybe they could have called the company in charge of handling their wheel chair attendance and would have known where I could be located. Either way, the attitude is uncalled for, especially when I apologized and stated that the wheel chair attendant was expected to help me."
Pros: "I paid for extra leg room and I got it. The only thing I was in the row right behind first class they require you to put all of your carry-on above even a purse. I had never had that before but I guess that's common practice."

(Toilets outside of United Club much cleaner.) I had an economy plus seat, but this did not allow me to board early. So I boarded late and there was no seat in front of me. So I could not put my carry on in front of me. I asked if I could put my bag in top, but attendant told me that I had to ask the first class person in front of me for a favor and thank them for the favor. I did. But this was one of the more disgusting experiences that I have had on an airplane and I paid an extra 100 USD for the privilege of it."

Then I had a pleasant 3 hour drive on I-5 (can you sense my sarcasm?!) didn’t reach my destination until 5 in the FREAKING morning. Around 8 HOURS LATE TO MY DESTINATION"

Cons: "Where to start.... they "delayed" my flight for 11 hrs from 5:55pm to 0700am due to "weather" so no hotel or food vouchers would be issued. THEY ALSO SAID "don't bother going stand by for the other two flights leaving this evening as they will be overbooked or "cancelled" as well. When I walked to customer service they stated it was NOT cancelled but rather "rescheduled due to operational issues" then they put me on stand by for the next flight leaving in a couple hours. I boarded that flight only to be pulled out of my seat the last second before the gate closed saying there was an error and there were two "Fishers" and I was in one of thier seats. After closing the door and departing the gate the agent said "whoops" I guess it was a small child that was to be on the parents lap. "Sorry" as the plane left with an empty seat that I had been sitting in. After a long conversations with the supervisor they finally were able to book me on the last flight out that night arriving in DM at 12:15 in am. I had to dig my original boarding pass out of the garbage as they had refused to put me in first class... an upgrade I had paid for. After being lied to repeatedly about status of plane and bumped from flight due to incompetent gate agent I was able to finally procure a $10 food voucher (a beer is $11 at the airport. There are additional bungles including lost luggage and more to this saga but I think you get the picture."

Pros: "I love that you can fly direct to Pasco now. For years, one had to fly to Seattle and catch a puddle jumper. You're only in the air for about an hour and a half and Pasco has been slowly upgrading their airport. I love how easy it is to visit my family in the Tri-city area now."

Cons: "Having a leg brace makes difficult I am blessed I can move a little without them. I had to move a short distance without my brace. No place to put it back on."
Pros: "The fact that you serve a small complimentary drink and snack on such a short flight was extremely appreciated. It seems most airlines either won't serve on a short flight or charge you extra. Also, I absolutely love the new seats on the planes you guys have been using for quite a while now. They're much more sleek/minimalist so they don't take up as much room. As a disabled person, the bulky seats still employed by many planes on other airlines are incredibly hard on me getting in and out of the seat isles. The crew was very efficient and kind. I also appreciate the thank you to military personnel that they announced at the end of the flight."

Getting confirmation codes from Air Canada had no real significance with United. United would not confirm seating. When United finally confirmed seating, the seats were not together. Then United changed the flight three times and never gave updated confirmation codes. The last change came the day before our departure. Then United charged another $138.00 for seats that were assigned and never informed us. I am still trying to get the $138.00 back."
