Cons: "The baggage drop attendant was very unhelpful when I asked if she could help me sort out an issue (when I checked in online for the second leg of my trip, i paid for my bag then but they wanted me to pay again for my first flight) and just dismissed me and said she couldn't help, making me pay again for my bag. First time I've ever had an unpleasant experience with Delta."

Cons: "Nothing."
Pros: "really nice cervices"
Pros: "Left on time all went well in Atlanta"
Cons: "Impossible to figure out what to do in Toronto at Canadian Customs. You move from secure to unsecure then back to secure. It’s a mess and nobody tells you what to do or where to go. Picture process took 4 times. Nobody tells you that you have to transfer your own bags from Delta to West Jet. I even asked in a Toronto and they said no and nobody in Atlanta told me to collect my bags. So bags never made it until the next AM. The West Jet rep was very good and located the bags and they were delivered as promised. You should provide 3 page detailed instructions on how to handle Toronto. I am a seasoned traveler by the way. I’ve never seen anything worse. I could go on and on."
Cons: "The flight was cancelled. Kayak should know that. I got about 15 message s from you about a flight that was cancelled 24 hrs ago. That is not helpful."

Pros: "The flight attendant named Steven went so far beyond the call. He was attentive, he fixed our video system when no one else could and when he learned we were celebrating an anniversary he brought us a present. He was awesome!"
Pros: "Refurbished plane. Lighting was good"
Cons: "No TV screen"
Pros: "Overall the actual flight was good..landing was kind of hard but I'm alive so not stressing that"
Cons: "..but the multiple delays are ridiculous, I would not fly Delta if I had a feasible choice."
Pros: "Plane was clean, attendants were friendly, and food was fine."
Cons: "I had a flight from Detroit to Montreal. Tried to check in and DTW was not a choice on the westjet website and so I physically could not check in. I realized the flight was technically operated not by WestJet, but Gojet. Went to Gojet's website and was told that Delta took care of all of their ticketing and such. Went to Delta's website, entered my ticket number and card number but I was not in the system as I was given all WestJet info (not Delta's). Luckily the baggage check in people figured it all out."
Cons: "No space in the seats"
Pros: "Crew"
Cons: "3 hours there before the departure."
Pros: "I had to hassle Delta going down because they did not precheck me. Blamed TSA. Called customer service when I checked in online and they got it done without a hassle."
Pros: "Great staff, polite and helpful"
Cons: "Small seats"
Pros: "It was only 1.5 hr flight."
Cons: "Apparently Delta has decided even if you have a qualified KTN, they can arbitrary decide not to honor do you cannot precheck thru TSA. No way to input KTN at purchase on website and couldn't get it done at ticket counter. Thanks Delta"
Cons: "Out of all the airlines I have flown, this was quite disorganized in my opinion. The fact that I was not able to select a seat, nor did I have one assigned to me until prior to an hour before boarding, gave me a bit of anxiety. I don't think it's fair to take away this option to those that get the "cheap, standard" tickets."
Cons: "Not a fan of having "final boarding call" announced to run to the gate, only to sit on the plane at the gate for 30 min because of a scheduled delay at my destination. I know the flight wasn't very full, but that cost me an opportunity to eat dinner. I had to cancel a fast food order because I thought I'd miss my flight!"
Pros: "That a delta plane actually had seat back video screens- First delta flight ever that I've been on that did. But every ones screen froze up just over an hour into the flight."
Cons: "Even though the Atlanta to Toronto arrived 'early' I had barely 20 minutes to get to the other plane- I would not have made it with out the amazing staff of weather and the Toronto airport. I use a wheelchair and even zipping through as fast as I could I was 15 minutes late arriving at the gate. I booked this flight thinking I had at least and hour and a bit between flights. Thankfully others on my flight were also late so the Ottawa bound plane did not leave on time"
Pros: "When you are delayed, there is not much to commend."
Cons: "Delayed. That pretty well says it all."
Pros: "Was actually an Air Canada flight. AC has much better seating in Economy Class. Seats have more room and more recline."
Cons: "United made no effort to alert us to the fact that we were actually flying Air Canada. Our rewards upgrade to Business Class was not honored.Extremely misled!"
Pros: "The agent at the gate quickly realized the problem and was able to put me an exit row, which was a nice consolation, but if the flight had been full, I don’t know what would have happened."
Cons: "I was bumped from my first class seat with very little explanation why, and wasn’t even informed until the boarding process was underway. My name was never called at the gate before boarding as a “Mr Smith, please come to the gate”, and it was very embarrassing to be pulled out of line like that."
Cons: "Roomier Seats more isle space and comfortable seating. Better head sets"
Pros: "The customer service wait is extremely long especially when u get hung up on and start all over . But one man was very helpful in changing to accommodate me next day"
Pros: "Staff was nice. Comfy seats."
Cons: "They had to check mom's little bag, so we had to move things into her carry on that she needed."
Pros: "It’s ok. The airplane is not comfortable. It’s old and small"
Cons: "N/a"
Pros: "Landing safely"
Cons: "Late departure. Poor food sale selection"
Pros: "The flight captain made up the total time that the flight was delayed, good take off & good landing, got us to Toronto on time. Thanks."
Cons: "Male flight crew could be better - first do your job of giving out the immigration forms then chat, not complete handing them out just one minute before landing so passengers can de-plane & then fill out the forms"
Cons: "The flight leaving Houston was delayed by over an hour due to some problems finding another captain for the flight thus extending the layover time by at least four hours. As a result I didn't get back to Toronto until around 12:30 in the morning. Otherwise everything else was fine."
Pros: "The crew was amazing and very helpful and kind. The flight was delayed but the crew was positive and boarding was very fast and efficient."

Pros: "Even though we boarded late, things moved along and we got out just a few minutes late."

Pros: "Was good and all went well."
Pros: "I like the entertainment screen"
Cons: "The mini pretzel.,,"
Cons: "Flight delayed until 8pm then sat on the plane in Toronto for 45 minutes waiting for a gate and because we were sent to a parking area with numerous other planes and ended up getting boxed in and couldn’t get to our gate earlier. Nothing offered to the passengers during this time, not even water."
Cons: "Comfortable"
Cons: "One and a half hour delay to get in the plane then we were told to sit on the tarmac for another hour. Pilots had no sense of urgency tying to make up any of the time. Flight attendant was extremely rude and condescending."

Cons: "In flight service"
Pros: "The plane window seat"
Pros: "Despite delays the captain was communicative and gracious."
Cons: "Only one person was at the gate checking passports on a full flight so embarking took a very long time, making us late. Entertainment system was pay-only and the screen couldn't be turned off so we had ads flashing brightly in our faces the whole trip."
Cons: "Late by almost an hour"
Cons: "No seatback screens."
Cons: "For the second time in a row, the Houston Airport crew did not transfer the luggages to Air Canada."
Cons: "."

Pros: "Same with the first flight leave access to the club room was amazing it was a great way to tame the Perils of travel with a long delay between flights I was able to go into the club room have Refreshments some food and sit down and relax and wait for my next flight probably the most comfortable I've been in the last 6 years of flying."
Cons: "Tight seating for transatlantic flight. More importantly avoid Toronto at all costs. Need to clear customs and go back through security again on a connecting flight. Takes forever. Food was not good at all."
