Cons: "Flight was cancelled. flight attendants were grumpy. One of the tightest seats I've flown in economy. No room in overheads so I had to stuff my winter coat between my legs with my backpack under the seat in front of me. Was basically wedged into the seat with my stuff."
Pros: "The service and snack selection is better than the other large US carriers. Delta studio is a decent replacement for the lack of PTVs on these planes."
Cons: "Delta offers a decent product on most of their fleet but the 717 or MD-88/90 can be extremely loud at the back of the plane. You better bring ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones and learn to read the flight attendants lips."

Pros: "The comfort and attention on the part of the cabin crew of the flight was quite good."
Cons: "What I did not like was the process to go to the assigned air terminal in El Salvador, the process was slow and we took the flight at the end of the last one. The same was the process from Los Angeles to Seattle that was our scale. Process too long and go back through security, the boarding gate was almost closed. I think that for these cases they should leave more time for the stopovers that come from international flights. For my part I did not choose this option, since I was traveling with a person with mobility problems and separated the group for admission to the process of entering the USA."
Pros: "it was easy to navigate ."
Cons: "Cancel my flight at 7:50 am to 1:50pm"
Cons: "The flight left three hours late while the crew was waiting for an oxygen tank to arrive. We were boarded onto the plane after it was nearly an hour and a half late, then waited in out cramped seats for another hour and a half as we continued to wait for the same piece of equipment. At one point a Delta employee announced over the plane's PA system that we'd be getting vouchers to compensate us for this absurd delay, but there was no explanation of how to claim those vouchers."
Cons: "I was seated in first class, and due to some catering mix-up, no meal was served. I was given a banana and crackers which was very disappointing since I hadn't eaten in 8 hours and was starving. No on board entertainment whatsoever."
Cons: "Very uncomfortable seats Oddly shaped overhead bins, unable to put standard sized bags overhead, meanwhile they fit in planes of other major airline companies such as American Airlines. No food options, only sweet biscuit which contains soy and milk."
Cons: "The flight was delay for 3 hours and they only give us chips and water. They didn't explain well what was the problem. The plane was dirty inside and the seats werent comfortable at all, the plane was making weird noises. There is no window in the 11A Window Seat. Really really bad service at all."
Pros: "Plane was clean, attendants were friendly, and food was fine."
Cons: "I had a flight from Detroit to Montreal. Tried to check in and DTW was not a choice on the westjet website and so I physically could not check in. I realized the flight was technically operated not by WestJet, but Gojet. Went to Gojet's website and was told that Delta took care of all of their ticketing and such. Went to Delta's website, entered my ticket number and card number but I was not in the system as I was given all WestJet info (not Delta's). Luckily the baggage check in people figured it all out."
Pros: "Clean plan and efficient boarding procedure."
Cons: "Horrible delay. Took off almost two hours post originally scheduled time."
Pros: "The Gogo Inflight wifi and entertainment did not work for even a minute. I choose flights based on their amenities and this one had offered full WIFI service which swayed me to choose to fly with Delta. I'm not sure who is to blame about this issue but I'm pretty frustrated that it was completely dysfunctional."
Cons: "I could not check in on the kiosk and I had to go to two agents before they could find my reservation. The lines were extremely long and the customer service was poor."
Pros: "I had to hassle Delta going down because they did not precheck me. Blamed TSA. Called customer service when I checked in online and they got it done without a hassle."
Cons: "Almost everything"
Pros: "It was only 1.5 hr flight."
Cons: "Apparently Delta has decided even if you have a qualified KTN, they can arbitrary decide not to honor do you cannot precheck thru TSA. No way to input KTN at purchase on website and couldn't get it done at ticket counter. Thanks Delta"
Pros: "Friendly staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate me whenni arrived late for boarding."
Pros: "Friendly service. On-time."
Cons: "No tv's in airplane."
Pros: "The only airline that I'm aware of that still offers: • free snacks • free checked bags • free meal and drinks on international flights"
Cons: "Boarding was delayed due to crew unavailability. Entertainment did not work due to connectivity issued during flight. No cookies nor snacks were served vs outbound flight where they offered 3 snacks!"
Cons: "I ran to the gate from my previous flight, but it turned out this flight had been delayed. The flight boards and United app didn't show that though."
Pros: "Since the flight was delay almost 4 hours and the replacement plane was very old, but I did get home no comment."
Cons: "I was flying with Air Canada. The UI for watching movies was not good, it had a hard time to respond to the inputs. It was also hard to move the videos forward to the part I needed. Plus, the audio wasn't working well with my own earphones."
Pros: "Getting home."
Cons: "It was an older airplane. For a long flight from Montreal to San Francisco, a plane with more room would be more humane. People were lined up for the bathrooms most of the trip since could not use the small first class bathroom. If one wanted a meal, it was one you had to pay for. Broken monitor"
Pros: "Crew was super helpful and patient as the flight was delayed by more than 3 hours. Captain kept everyone up to date with whatever was going on."
Cons: "Flight delay impacted a lot of other travel plans. No compensation for long delays"
Pros: "The crew and pilot were terrific. Soft take off and landing. We flew past Toronto over Lake Ontario. Great views!"
Pros: "Had a full row to myself, great service, and decent food. The ice cream was a bonus! Even though we took off later, we got back on time."
Cons: "Slight delays in taking off but I understand this was not the airline’s fault."
Pros: "Crew was great and seats were comfy"
Pros: "There is nothing to like about Air Canada's Rouge service. Their sardine seat layouts are amongst the worst in the industry."
Cons: "1. Seat comfort. 2. On-time departure. 3. Boarding Procedures. 4. Pre-boarding announcements."
Pros: "Nice flight!"
Cons: "Huge line to take off at Newark Airport"
Pros: "Clean plane, comfy seats and friendly staff"
Cons: "All was good. Didn’t have any problems."
Pros: "Flight on time"
Cons: "Travel plans will be impacted due to lost luggage"
Pros: "Desk personnel were helpful."
Cons: "Desk personnel were helpful. Experience of boarding was confusing. Layover was very unpleasant. A six hour period, not much help in getting to a counter to change. It would’ve been good to have some direction and advice, even though the boarding area"
Cons: "One and a half hour delay to get in the plane then we were told to sit on the tarmac for another hour. Pilots had no sense of urgency tying to make up any of the time. Flight attendant was extremely rude and condescending."
Cons: "my checked luggage was delayed a day"
Pros: "the comped hotel"
Cons: "Improper handling of situation. There was flight scheduled later, but CS agent kept jerking us around. By the time I reached the United counter, the next flight was full. My total flight time was 36 hours. I still can’t believe that the pilot was missing. Worse yet, the agent at the gate could have made things much easier instead of telling everyone that a pilot was on his way to the airport."
Cons: "Seat was way too small"
Pros: "When we finally got in board and going the pilot got us there quickly to make up for lost time. Staff was nice, it was beyond their control."
Cons: "We waited an hour to board due to a seat that would not stay upright and mechanics fixing it. I was very tired after international travel and it was my last flight to get to my car and go home."
Pros: "Crew was polite"
Cons: "I guess San Francisco ATC (Air Traffic Control) decided the plane couldn’t leave San Fran until way past our take off time. Then it takes two plus hours to get the plane here unload and refuel and rest. So I missed my connecting flight to Redding. Which meant I had to fly to Sacramento. Then I had a pleasant 3 hour drive on I-5 (can you sense my sarcasm?!) didn’t reach my destination until 5 in the FREAKING morning. Around 8 HOURS LATE TO MY DESTINATION"
Pros: "1 hour late"

Pros: "Had own entertainment did not use however like the app availability. Considering all of the weather delays I am very impressed and happy with service."
Cons: "Unfortunately there were no hot beverages, but cold were served."
Cons: "The tv broke"
Cons: "Our plane departed on time, 6:05 AM. About 6:40 A E turned back towards Boston. There was a problem with the wing. It got repaired. We deplaned. And waited. And waited. Then we needed fuel to be removed. And we waited. And waited. Then we got back on board, got to the runway, and the RIGHT ENGINE didn't start. So they tried to repair it, couldn't (didn't want to fly on that old, broken plane anyway at this point), and we had our flight canceled. All told, I spent 10+ hours at Logan Airport. It was an absolute disaster."
Cons: "Flight delay"
Cons: "There was a very large couple sitting in seat to my right. I'm 6'3 250 so not small. It had a rear bathroom and I had people banging on me the whole flight!!!!!! She could have moved some people around!!!! The worst flight of my life!!!! It's about customer service."

(people were waiting to pick us up) arrived at bdl just before midnight two bad flights not good at all"
Pros: "Snack delicious"
Pros: "Efficient and professional crew."
Cons: "Almost nonexistent snacks. I know it is a short flight, but a small packet of pretzels is pretty sad. The flight attendants are great, but come on..."
Pros: "The crew were so friendly and professional. They looked like they were genuinely enjoying their job. The crew were London based on both of my journeys and both crews were excellent. Thank you United Airlines for making my flight an enjoyable experience."

Cons: "The flight was delayed more times than I can count & cancelled around midnight. AWFUL!"
Pros: "I love that you can fly direct to Pasco now. For years, one had to fly to Seattle and catch a puddle jumper. You're only in the air for about an hour and a half and Pasco has been slowly upgrading their airport. I love how easy it is to visit my family in the Tri-city area now."

Cons: "The plane was an hour late! I was sitting with twins ten months old who screamed the entire trip!!! Having children I totally understand but the flight attendants acted like it made them angry instead of helping!!! I have flown United several times this year and there were problems on every flight! Lots of complaints!"
Cons: "The seat was too small, the seat belt was too small, I was jammed up against the plane wall and by the end of the flight my neck was killing me."
