Pros: "Delay. First it was about 20 min, then 30, then 49 and 55. At the end more than 70 minutes delay. Too much, too frequent on delta!!!!"

Pros: "I was traveling alone with my (cranky) infant son and the crew members were kind and accommodating. Though the flight was delayed by almost 2 hours, the crew worked quickly to ready the replacement plane and the pilot made up time and got us to San Jose as quickly and safely as possible."
Cons: "The original plane had mechanical issues, which caused an almost two hour delay while waiting for a replacement plane to arrive. Since I was traveling alone with my young son, after an already long previous flight, it made for a more difficult trip."

Cons: "Sooooo many things......there was NO PILOT!!!! Delta knew this 30 minutes before my flight landed and yet Delta did not post or communicate that the flight was going to be delayed and then ultimately cancelled because there was NO PILOT. Of course when they scheduled the flight for the following day not only did they not have a full crew, they had NO PLANE. On the whole, it was pretty terrible."

Cons: "Enhanced security procedures are onerous and caused the flight to be delayed 20+ minutes. Too many TSA staff at PLN doing too many things horribly inefficiently. Extra precautions (testing a Ziploc bag of cookies and several chocolate bars for explosive materials) did not make me feel safer or less inconvenienced by the theatrics of security."

Cons: "Not my typical Delta experience: -Boarding for special needs was a joke. A literal ‘run-on-sentence’. No more did I get up and they went to the next group. I was almost knocked over in the rush. -The onboard staff was nice enough. However, between the two of them, one of them had a thick accent. Maybe that one shouldn’t be the one making all on board announcements… and please fix the horrendous crackles too!!! -It seemed our pilot was in training… during our short flight a series of right and left turns were made, no effort to avoid turbulence, and the landing was surprisingly hard. It felt as if my spine took a quick jab to my brain as a result! What’s up?"

NYC to Seattle, a long flight tho not even read my magazines."

Cons: "Cramped seats, no food. It's not what you'd expect from Delta. Exit row doesn't help, and forget the bulkhead if you're over 5ft 8in. Look for a flight with first class or a bigger plane, they have them"

My coworker had the same cancellation and got to our destination about 6hrs earlier through a connection. I wasn't told about that option and I could've gotten an actual night of sleep."

At the top of her lungs screaming!! This was no child with ear issues, this was a child with parents that don't say no! Bad towards the front, I can't imagine how it was for the poor people seated in the back. Geez!!!!"
