Pros: "We were able to fly standby on our original 2:30p flight but had to return to DCA for checked baggages later that day"
Cons: "Connecting flight from JFK to DCA was moved from approx 2:30p to nearly 8p, making our layover 7+ hours, as opposed to 1-2 hours. No reason for this change was provided. Delta crew member in JFK was rude and unhelpful. The second agent (who ultimately booked our standby tickets for our original connecting flight) was more pleasant."
Pros: "The service, free entertainment."
Pros: "Early boarding for Seniors"
Cons: "Limited food"
Cons: "There was no rhyme nor reason for who boarded first"
Pros: "Great crew"
Cons: "AC was not working properly and it was very hot and miserable trip"
Pros: "Staff tried to be helpful"
Cons: "Silly series of events. Maintenance problem before flight left previous city, got to us and we boarded only to deplane for more repairs. Ended up with another plane, five hours later. For a 44 min flight. Would’ve been easier to drive!"
Cons: "There really needs to be a way the airlines can better make seating assignments. I was in a window seat and the woman in the middle seat was so large that her arms took all of the arm rest and some of my seat area. Even crossing my arms I was unable to not have her arm up against me."
Pros: "The free small meals are a nice touch. Everything was great. The flight was on time and lived up to my expectations for the best US airline."
Cons: "One of the flight attendants didn’t seem super happy. Not much to complain about on this flight."

Cons: "Delta is terrible!!! $100 extra for everything!!! Terrible!!"
Cons: "The seat I was assigned did NOT recline !!! I have neck and back problems and I was in so much pain. You need to clearly indicate when a seat does not recline ( as in exit row seats, which are clearly indicated)."
Pros: "The movie availability was very much appreciated."
Cons: "Although my TSA Pre check number was on my flight coming into Atlanta, it wss not on my fight leaving Atlanta. That caused me to arrive at my gate 5 mins before boarding time and prevented me from having time to eat breakfast before my flight."
Pros: "Easy boarding, not a full flight, had plenty of room to stretch out, friendly flight crew, extra snacks!"
Cons: "Not much to say I didn't like, few problems with in-flight WiFi but otherwise good."
Cons: "Being late"
Pros: "Hartsfield rental car train broke so it made me miss my original flight to DCA. Delta ticket agents rebooked me w/no problem and could not have been nicer or more professional. Thank you Delta, you are my hero! Hartsfield Airport, not so much."
Pros: "Delta captain was very personable, kept us up to date when a slight delay was necessary."
Cons: "It took over 20 minutes to check our bags. Given that we paid $150 to "upgrade" to Economy Comfort for a ONE HOUR flight, it would have been nice if DAL enabled us to check in with Sky Priority."
Pros: "I really enjoyed the just a little bit larger seats, extra leg room, and the ability to watch a movie on a screen that wasn't my iphone 6 screen."
Cons: "It would be nice to have gluten-free snack options on the flight, since I have to be gluten-free."
Cons: "The plane was late to JFK and then we had to wait for them to deboard and prepare for us to get one. Now we are in DCA and we can’t even get to our gate for another 10 mins"
Pros: "Allowed Pre boarding of infant (which American no longer does), complimentary food, entertainment on domestic flight, and friendly staff. Delta is upping the game!"
Pros: "The flight was uneventful and although we took off late, we arrived on-time."
Cons: "The rows of seats are so tight that when the big guy in the seat in front of me leaned back (not even putting his seat back) his seat banged into my knees. A combination of cheap seats and too many seats. Made for a very uncomfortable flight."
Cons: "No entertainment. Wifi didn't work."
Cons: "no access to sky club"
Pros: "Good food and entertainment choices on board. Little to no feedback from captain regarding inflight turbulence."
Cons: "Getting through security at the LAX Delta Terminal 2 was chaotic and the slowest I have ever encountered. There were two lines which moved at very different speeds. My husband got through his line 15min before I was finished in the other line. One line required iPads to be other, the other didn't. Something was seriously wrong with how things were being handled. Bathrooms onboard were a pigstie."
Pros: "On time"
Pros: "left on time - landed early. Gate checked my luggage for me."
Pros: "Friendly crew"
Cons: "The cost of the ticket"
Cons: "Flight delayed due to weather and mechanical.. nightmare! Still not sure when I'll get to DCA . I was suppose to get in at 9:30 pm. Flight from atlanta won't leave until 10:20 pm."
Cons: "Cancelled my flight then re-booked me for the next day; was able to then find a flight same day but 7 hours later. That then was delayed another 4 hours and I had to buy a rental car to drive home instead. Thus far they have been unresponsive in getting me a refund for my travel. Don't fly Delta."
Pros: "On time...great service!"
Cons: "Seats were a bit narrow."
Cons: "Too many boarding calls for different levels of service."
Pros: "delayed. equipment failure."
Pros: "Timely departure."
Cons: "My daughter was traveling alone (as a college freshman) for the second time and her bag was overweight. The counter agent was impatient with her and made her feel embarrassed"
Pros: "The Delta staff at the Marine terminal at La Guardia were fantastic and saved the staff that re-issued tickets at JFK."
Cons: "5 minutes until boarding at JFK we were told to transfer gates; upon arriving by shuttle to the new gate, passengers were informed the aircraft was downsized and 20 people needed to be bumped. I volunteered since I had a flexible schedule so Delta re-issued me a ticket at 9am JFK for a 10am flight out of La Guardia. I trusted them I'd make it in time and they said they called taxis for us so we left to go catch them. Actually, no taxis were to be found so we had to call our own and were significantly delayed. I was in the first group of 5 people to be re-issued and arrive at La Guardia. Everyone else bolted but my new boarding pass didn't work and they actually didn't properly re-issue my ticket as I had been booked as leg 3 of my international flight from Malaysia. After they called three different departments including China they were able to print my ticket at 9:54am so I sprinted through the security and to my gate and was able to somehow make the flight as they were closing the door. However probably 14 or so of the original bumped passengers definitely didn't make it."
Pros: "plane left on time"
Cons: "seats were too close, luggage was delayed,"
