Pros: "Actually, the flat bed seat is not an Aeromexico virtue, this is part of the 787-800 series. Fortunately, All Nippon Airways is serving Mexico City and there is no doubt what is gonna be my next option."
Cons: "1. Delayed departure. 2. Mediocre flight attendants with poor understanding of what this kind of long haul flight should be in business class. 3. The two only meals were uneatable. The chicken was carved 2 weeks ago and stored in permafrost before serving. 4. I've flown 7 times the same route with Aeromexico and this was the worst of all of them."
Pros: "Everything went smoothly except for the sprint to catch the flight out of Guadalajara to Mexico City. That connection was a little tight. The Aeromexico staff were helpful and friendly both on the ground and in the air."

Cons: "I don’t like the Aeromexico is becoming a little like Volaris when it comes to checking in. Even though you arrive at the airport 3 hours before your flight (international) you check in online, and you print out your boarding pass, you still wait in line for almost 2 hours. I hope they find a way to speed things up."

Cons: "The flight was late with no explanation. On flight entertainment broken, no explanation or apology. Mexico City airport is is disorganized and the bathrooms broken or filthy. They broke three suitcases on my flight, including mine. Quality of service and response is zero."

More than our ticket was worth! Over all worst flying EXPIRIENCE ever. We had to spend over $3,000 for new tickets because vayama/kayak couldn't help us when help is needed. Seems as though greed is all that is important to your company. Never using not recommending your service. As a frequent flyer, I've missed flights before and other services at least make it seem like they want to help you. Thanks for ruining our family vacation."
