I found the reason for being late to be questionable They said heavy snow but as i flew in i looked out the window and saw all roads nicely cleared That does not happen in 3 hours
They did not get my liggage to the connecting flight And here i am in Ukraine with no winter clothes at 7 below 3 days later
Flight was cancelled on our way back home from Gudalajara, was speaking to a representative for almost 2 hours to get me on the next flight the flight representative forgot to put me on hold and told everyone how rude i was, i was not rude i was just trying to get home. The representative couldn’t help me so i asked to be transferred to a manager, after 2 hours i was transferred and the manager hung the phone up. Long story short i called back spoke to another manager Yana and she was the rudest lady ever! She basically told me for waiting to long i will have to be placed on a flight 2 days after my cancellation flight. I started to cry because i needed to be home and she basically did not care so i took the date. Never again and i will warn everyone about this airline and their customer service!
delayed in piecemeal by 6 hrs before move to another gate. than mechanical delay and then cancelled. Arrived at hotel after midnight without food or drink. Substitute flight was next day noon - original offer was for late afternoon flight! That flight had poor service. Attendant dawdled so there were no drinks served.
Entertainment, and leg space.
Full plane, long wait to use lavatory. Crew was good, but should have upped their game under the circumstances, especially with regards to keeping the lavatory clean. The noodles for breakfast turned out to be porridge, and went straight to the waste basket.

the portion Tel Avivi Madrid was very poor. The plane was very old the business clase very bad. The seats were very old No space for the foots and NO entreatments service available. This in a five hours flights, Just horrible.
When I got off a previous flight, I had missed my connection. I was greeted with someone who had already booked my next flight. Also, the seat was fairly comfortable for a 2 hour flight.
As great as it was that they booked my connecting flight, I wish I could have my luggage. It has been over a week and I believe that it is because I had such a short layover from my first flight to this one.
Had to take a flight to New York 2 days later, then drive back home
Flight to our destination: sat in exit row for extra cost. I was freezing cold and was told no extra blankets. Also staff were rude and unhelpful telling us to remove all things from the floor for take off and landing ( which i accept is the policy) but since we had nowhere to put them except on our laps (she’s, books, sweaters pocket book) as there is no seat in front for an exit row to put under. The staff member kept saying “up, up” motioning with her hand, but made no offer to assist us in finding overhead space. Upon our return flight, our pre booked exit row seats were switched on us right before boarding in a rude and matter of fact wayand my husband and I were separated one on either side of the aircraft. When we queried this, we were told it would be up to us to switch with the person sitting next to us. Overall very disappointing. I would not fly Iberia again.
Current movies, fliggt attendances were nice.
Restroom got dirty, nobody cleaned them in the whole duration of flight.
