Everything was good
One Stu artist who was a older women she was very grumpy, there was little to no turbulence the whole flight and if you got up to go to the washroom and we’re waiting and seatbelt light came on she would make u sit down immediately even if it wasn’t that rough, she made a girl wait for the washroom for 45. Minutes was kinda pathetic, when she was on her shift break not one person had a issue with any of the other flight attendants only her
The movies and entertainment offered in the screen were alright.
We were delayed over an hour because flight got in late from Halifax, I get it, stuff happens. Then once boarded we sat there for another 45 minutes. The pilot comes on over the speaker and explains we aren't leaving because the crew didn't have the proper paper work in the cabin...

the plane was Hot! So hot we couldn't use the blankets. The staff in Tokyo did not want to let me and my twin 11 yr olds board early. We need extra time to be organised and in our seats for a very long flight. If not we block the aisle. And that is without consideration for the fact that my daughter has limited sight so needs my help and it takes time. I was disappointed that they didnt come through the cabin from time to time with snacks as most airlines do on long haul flights.
I like the cup holder ring and the coffee stirrer. Blanket thicker than United’s.
It really has nothing to do with ANA per say. The check-in counter at LAX was unpredictable. I felt sorry for the elderly Japanese who had to wait for the counter to open
The airline was late in arriving for my translate flight but when I got to the airport in Narita everything was taken care excellent ground service
The flight attendants gave me the most beautiful hospitality hope you keep up the good job this was my third time around using ANA
There was a air hostess I wish I knew her name I was seated at the very back she really took care of me she thought I was sick she kept asking me am I ok Flyer NH 175 LAX / Nairta because I did not eat at all the food was good don't get me wrong all Airlines should have people like her
My flight arriving Narita was lat but I was taking care everything was a range excellent again
