I believe the Japan airline was very prejudice against me and some other Mexican passengers they let other Japanese people board but not us. I had my 48 hour test but they turned us away and I paid over $1,600 for that ticket and I got turned away in Los Angeles. I haven’t had a chance to complain. I made it to the Philippines a month later. But I really hate Japan and Japan airlines. I will never think about using them again. Check in took a long time although I had already checked in via app; it took a long time to board; Seats we’re not comfortable; The way food was served was very weird and unpleasant since some people were served first even when we were sitting next to each other. All estimated times given for boarding the flight were incorrect by a big margin! Seemed more like they were giving shorter wait time for boarding just to please the passengers, where as they were well aware of how long the wait would be."

Crew said, she will get back to me and I did not hear from her for another 10 mins, then there was repeat serve of drinks and I was asked if i needed any thing and asked the same drink, but then I was asked to wait. After I had finished off my meal and ready to go to sleep, someone was bringing my drink out and I then respectfully say no to it as it was bit late after the meal and asked for water instead and did not like the look on the face of the crew member. I saw it happening with other passengers as well and was under the impression, the whole crew performance was pretty poor and SIA was not up to its high-standards as I always like to fly with them. I will look for different option next time"
Pros: "Delayed flight from Shanghai due to air traffic issues, so I had a 10 minute window to make my connection in Singapore. Ground staff was waiting for me with a small car after I disembarked to drive me to the gate. And I somehow made my connection. Excellent service. Obviously my checked bag didn't make it, but I was told in advance and was kept updated before boarding and immediate after I disembarked at my final destination. When I went to the baggage service counter, they were already ready for me, had filled out my paperwork, and just needed an address to confirm the delivery of my suitcase. I'm super impressed to this attention to detail."

A toilet was blocked and temporarily unavailable. Some passengers were taking a long time and queues were building at different times."

I have done the trip a few times now so it is not a fluke. Odd that the Doha food (and I usually get the local dishes) is very so-so. I usually only take a bite or two. Not appetizing. The Doha-BKK staff was less professional as well. The trays of the main meal were left with the passengers so long, we passengers started to bring our own trays to the galley. The plane out of Doha was very tight so passengers in economy have that sardine experience. The cup holders did not work although they would have been useful."

Pros: "I like that the plane landed safely. The crew on the plane were nice and the food was good for airplane food. There seemed to be an abundance of entertainment options but I was working so didn't really get a chance to use them. Staff on board the plane and on board experience was great."
Cons: "The people who were working at the front desk at check in seemed to be very inconvenienced by the fact I was checking into my flight, which seems like it's supposed to be their jobs, if I'm not mistaken. I had golf clubs and was told to wait at a desk were I stood for 10 mins while a woman looked at the computer, not looking up from it in the whole time. There was another lady checking clubs too, and you would thing it was the fist time they had ever had to check golf clubs into a flight; I assume that's not true."

Cons: "I could not find anywhere on your website to either cancel the flight or re-schedule for after I'd recovered from a ruptured appendix operation. I won't therefore be using kayak again to book airfares."
Pros: "VA ticketing representatives were as helpful as they could be once we figured out why my reservation wasn't popping up. They let me know BYOjet had charged me, but had not yet paid VA for my flight to Sydney so my reservation was on hold and I needed to contact BYOjet."
Cons: "BYOjet charged my card $1300 but cancelled my reservation because they needed card authorization (which they did not notify me!) After going back and forth with BYOjet for 72 minutes I ended up having to purchase a seperate ticket at the VA counter for $299 because BYOjet has the WORST customer service ever."
Cons: "Food service was terrible. We were given biscuits. They charge for drinks. Give me qantus any day. Nothing to read in my chair."
Pros: "The checking-in in Perth domestic terminal was very fast. The flight was less uncomfortable than usual for the economy class."

Cons: "Virgin bumped my family (myself, wife, 11yo son) from flight due to a downsize in aircraft. Only notification was email at 11pm previous evening, which we didn't see. We arrived at airport to find out we were ticketed on flight leaving 10:55PM rather than 11:35AM, and new flight routed through Sydney rather than non-stop. Virgin offered no compensation for getting us to Melbourne a day late on a worse flight. Would not pay for hotel for a stay overnight in Perth to take alternative flight in morning."

Cons: "Same entertainment choices to/from flights. Not very good up to date choices of films. Food was abominable. What happened to serving trays with an assortment of goodies? Food portion was incredibly small. On long flights across country it would be nice to have built in screens for movies."

Cons: "Beef dish was mainly rice with insufficient meat or gravy to flavour the rice and there were no vegetables. Entertainment selection was of little choice with documentaries that were not only unsuitable for children but in my opinion unsatisfactory for adults."

Our team takes this trip each year and we have always drove. It' short and I then have transportation when I arrive. This year we decided to fly because it's even easier. This particular flight from Phoenix to Vegas took us longer then if we were to drive and I then spent more in RideShare. I won't be doing it again next year."

One worker seemed interested in helping, but another rudely butted in and said there "were no seats together, the flight was full." Come to find out the flight was not full, there were whole rows not full. The groups near our seats rearranged ourselves so we could be by our family members, so it worked out. No thanks to the person at the terminal. Really long walk from the gate to the plane. No food on a cross country flight. Only a few cups of water/soda and a cookie. which unfortunately is typical now days. The lights were off the whole trip. The captain kept turning on the seat belt sign for the turbulence. Which there was a lot of. But then he would announce for everyone to go back to their seats. It wasn't huge bumps, just a little rough. and it woke everyone up by announcing it multiple times."

Pros: "Oh the crew was very pretty. They spent more time on themselves their hair their make up and on their phones than they did the entire first class. Check our flights and miles. We fly AA ALOT for ourselves and other. WCB4350 Shipman. We don’t complain ever. But when you spend what we do and only just get your first drink with your dinner in the air is utterly ridiculous. Never got a clean up or a second drink. Had to interrupt the glam squad from their phones and make up bringing them our dirty glasses and trash asking for a second drink. Not impressed with this crew at all! Normally AA IS TOP KNOTCH. So it sets the standard that we’ve been accustomed to however complete and total letdown on this flight"

No information was given about the early sending of luggage? Don't think I will go through Philadelphia again."
