We were bumped out of bulkhead seats we purchased a year ago. We were moved to row 5 and the folks in row 4 fully reclined making it difficult to get out to use the restroom. The seat have too little padding making them uncomfortable 3 hours into the flight. The movies did not offer closed captioning and the earbuds were poor so the entertainment was mostly unusable. The food was just passable. I would not fly Iberia/level again. Iberia also bumped us off our direct return flight so I would say the whole experience with this airline is poor.

The flight was operated by level, who had a sister’s check in procedure (2 hours) due to understaffing and a computer malfunction. While 3 agents stood at the business check in, with a total of maybe one actual customer there at a time, a huge line formed at economy check in with only 1 agent staffing the check in. Then, my luggage was lost - a guitar case with contents inside valued at 3,000 USD. The computer system of LEVEL could not locate my bag and had no record of it, and IBERIA (with whom I purchased my ticket and the checked bag) refused to help. It was a disastrous experience and I will never book Iberia again

I liked the comfort of the plane. It was unexpected from past experiences.

Chair is very high. Your feet cannot touch the ground for 8 hours flight. It was a nightmare. Food was bad.

Flight was delayed 3 hours and 15 minutes. The delay caused me to miss my tour group due to arriving late.

Flight boarded three hours late for no reason other than someone made a huge error in crew scheduling. We missed our connecting flight in Madrid and got zero help from American or Iberian airlines on rebooking. We had to pay for a car to take us to the Madrid train station and pay for train tickets to Santiago. We never used our booked flight to Santiago. American claims I can submit the expenses but they are not obligated to cover them. Very frustrating.
