Cons: Better sound while watching movies. The flight was overall very satisfying.

Cons: Only slight disappointment is they couldn’t arrange a limo because I was outside the two day window. They did have a limo waiting for me in the way back, when I didn’t need one!

Cons: The seating was uncomfortable. The flight crew was was rude and were constantly rushing everything. I saw them yank the headphones out of a sleeping mans ears as we prepared for landing 45 minutes early. They didn’t even attempt to wake him.

Cons: The flight was late for three hours and as a result, we missed our connection to Hawaiian Airline and have to spend the night in Korea. They never explain why the flight was late and no apology was given

Pros: I liked everything. The crew was nice, there was leg room and if people wanted they could watch a movie. There was a nice small meal even though it was only an hour flight.

Cons: Well, I'm not exactly sure. I understand why there were many different languages for the announcements. English, Korean and Japanese. Even though that stops what you're doing on the screen, it can't really be helped, unless they know which language each person prefers in each seat and programs the message to only play in that language for each individual seat.

Pros: Air China did an excelent job to get me to my destination.

Cons: Kayak.com did not notify me my flight was cancelled. By my own dumb luck I showed up early enough for Air China to put me on a plane that was boarding. Come on kayak. You failed to provide details that could have ruined my trip. Get it together.

Cons: The food was disgusting. I couldn't even eat as it was terrible and the worse I ever had on a plane. The crew were very rude and the seats were incredibly small. They put the 2 biggest guys sitting in front of one another and all the small people together. They dont care about customer service. Just a cheap flight with nothing extra.

Cons: Even in business class ，every time have to ask for more wine and flight attendants just not care enough ．
