Pros: One person went out of his was to get me an emergency exit row seat. I was not able to pre-select a seat when buying my ticket. When I phoned and spike to someone, I got a vague response.

Cons: The selection of in-flight movies was poor. My individual entertainment equipment was faulty. The crew was not helpful in fixing this. The dinner meal was heavy on the grease but snack sandwiches delicious. The cabin crew was not very attentive.

Cons: Stop shrinking the check-in luggage size and allowable weight every few years. It's a nuisance to have to buy new luggage every few years when perfectly working luggage has to be thrown away because of size requirement shrinkage.

Pros: From Atlanta to Manila we were served 2 meals. The time gap between the two servings is just too long. For a 14 hour trip the first meal was just after take off and the second about 2-3 hours before landing. The snack was too small of which we were made to choose : a banana, a bread and a brownie.

Cons: Adding more to the food. And also if crew can check on passengers who lie down in economy as if they are in business class taking space of the other passengers making it uncomfortable.

Cons: When I left Atlanta for Incheon, I thought it was Korean Air, but I got on Delta Air Lines. I was a little embarrassed then.

Pros: The flight per se is not too bad. But the transit in Beijing is horrible. A shuttle bus ran almost 20 minutes to get us from landing spot to luggage pick up and waited another 20 min to get our luggage. We almost missed our next flight and the airport staff didn't want to help at all.

Pros: I thought the seat were better and were very uncomfortable!

Pros: The staff set me up with an exit seat which was wonderful due to the fact that I am very tall. It made the flight very comfortable. The service was very good as well. I was able to use and charge my device without any trouble and was very pleased with that.

Cons: One of the stewardesses spoke English very quickly. Due to her accent, this made it difficult to understand at times.

Pros: Japan Airlines always, always, always takes such good care of us, especially with the kids. This flight was no exception. I had forgotten to reserve a kid's meal for our kids (don't forget, parents) and they went well out of their way to make sure that the kids had food that they would like.
