Could not contact service team even Hong Kong office. They just sent email to let us know the delay, but nothing at all
The wait for baggage was ridiculious! The searing was for 1&1/2 meter tall people!
In both directions, the flight left within one minute of schedule and arrived within one minute of schedule. I expect a flight to operate within 15 minutes on either side of scheduled departure, and this roundtrip nailed it.
I don't like the fact that Kayak does not have a "N/A" column, as I don't expect food or entertainment on a short-haul LCC flight. The flight time is just over an hour, so what am I supposed to say about entertainment? And why is there no row for "On time performance?" When I travel on an LCC, this is my only expectation (in addition to safety, of course). My only complaint about the HK Express flight was that I had to work hard to get the attention of the flight attendant to buy a bag of M&Ms

Delayed. Food choice wasn't available and tried to pay with credit card but there was a minimum value. Decided not to eat.
