Missed connection flight because denver air connections plane was delayed a broke
The crew handed out candy snacks, and water, which was great. However, the airport and airline are terrible at flying. Multiple delays on our departure flight and on return flight it was delayed so long that we missed the connection flight and had to drive home. Terrible service and did not get any compensation. All of their equipment was broken and they never tested it before the plane landed. We were stuck in Ironwood Michigan for five hours.
Denver air is great flight times and connections a little rough

Excellent, from check Iin to arrival. I was apprehensive about flying a small plane between Ironwood and Chicago, but the flight and service was great. I noticed, after boarding , that my cell phone had little battery left. The flight attendant kindly lent me a charging device to keep me connected with my contact in Chicago upon landing. I will always remember that kindness.

The connecting flight came in 45 min late but everything else was great

Their snacks and hospitality was amazing. They offered full sized snacks. Im talking full sized water bottles, full sized snickers bars, gold fish, full sized canned sodas, what ever you wanted they took care of it for FREE. The crew was really nice and hospitable. I was honestly shocked
Crew was friendly. Seats are too narrow, particularly when a big person is in the adjacent seat, but I understand this is due to smaller planes usually flight into Lincoln. I have experienced several flight delays going out and coming into Lincoln airport, I say maybe 50% or higher of the flights I've taken out of this airport have been delayed.

Great flight. Boarded efficiently. Arrived early at CLT. There was no in flight entertainment on this aircraft. Great crew.

The seat was comfortable. There was a lot of turbulence. If it weren't for that,it would have been okay.
It was a red-eye, but the flight felt surprisingly quick. The seats were very comfortable, and that made resting much easier. I also want to thank the gentleman seated next to me, who graciously moved so my mom could sit beside me. We slept almost the entire way. The cabin crew was respectful in not disturbing us, while also being courteous and professional throughout. Thank you, United.
Packed in plane small uncomfortable seats elbow to elbow nobody wants to be in that situation for the money they paid
Vegetarian selection could be better. Bread was too hard to chew.
Crew was friendly and competent. Food, wine, and entertainment were excellent except the raw tuna on the flight to Split. Recommend against serving that - at least as the only option. Many medical conditions do not allow people to eat raw fish.
Overall flight was ok. Flight attendant was receptive to assisting passengers with tight connections.
