Although this time, nothing was missing from my luggage, that fact that your people had to wrap my suitcase in plastic (because they did not know the secret for relatching it) and resend it a day later, that is proof that one of your airport personnel opened it to see what he could steal and then got caught because he could not close it again. I am really really really tired of you Chinese thieves. I blame all of you because you are all a product of Mao Tse Tung’s godless atheistic evil society. The Chinese have proven to me again and again that they cannot be trusted. A Kong Chinese official even stole my Ohio driver’s license when I transferred through that airport on a previous trip to Jakarta. I understand your problem. If you fire all dishonest luggage department workers, you will not have any workers remaining. That is why you will always rank as a third world backward primitive society even though you buy expensive airplanes that you don’t build and dress your people up like professionals which they aren’t. To get out of the seat, I almost could not get my legs through the 5-in. interval between the back of the front seat and the irremovable armrest. I shook the passenger sleeping in 1B rather violently a couple times. The lady in seat 2B apologized, but she had to climb and put her feet on my seat to get out of hers, there was really no other way. Delta needs to address this ridiculous situation of their First Class seats urgently."

After making up the delay in air, our plane had to sit on the ground at our destination and wait for another Delta plane to leave our arrival gate. Another 45 minute delay. Paying for water was a bit aggravating. Since you have ice available, can't you have a pitcher of water available so I wouldn't need to buy a bottle?"

Cons: "We didnt fly spirit from Pittsburgh to Los Angeles because our non-stop saturday return flight was cancelled, even though the plane that would have taken us home had already arrived at the airport. We were flexible to reschedule to fly out on sunday, but again that non-stop flight got cancelled. Even though, again, the plane we would have boarded was already at the airport. Then, after being cancelled twice, you were unwilling to schedule us on a flight, whether on spirit or another airline, to get us back by sunday night. Then we chose to get a refund on the flight because it was the only real option we had from your not so apologetic offers that didnt really compensate for the inconvenience. You returned us the cost of the one way flight back, on a ticket we purchased months in advance at a lower price than what was comparable to the return flight we had to purchase that same day. I understand "unforseen" conditions can change things, but it would be nice for a company to compensate its passangers fairly for not being able to follow through on a commitment."
Pros: "There was an issue charging my card when I selected my seat, but their systems were remarkably efficient in alerting me to the issue and providing the customer service agent the necessary info to help complete the charge within just a few minutes. Having spent *many* hours on the phone with other airlines trying to correct quirky problems, this was very much appreciated."
Cons: "Having to pay to obtain a boarding pass at the airport is just ridiculous. I know that this is in line with their business model but for chrissake, just instal the little machines. It's one thing to have to buy a seat after buying a ticket, but to have to buy a slip of paper that gets you onto the plane and into the seat is absurd."
