Unfotunately that flight was rerouted to Charlotte due to bad weather conditions with a delay of 3 hrs before it landed in ATL thus missing our connection to INDI and had to sleep in ATL and leave the next day to IND thus missing a meeting commitment that we had in IND. We should and expect to be compensated by Delta for this."

The problem is your greedy Chinese luggage handling thieves who work for your airlines in Chinese airports. Whenever they can steal from luggage, they always try to steal from passengers, particularly American. I have had multiple experiences with theft from Chinese airports. I have been to China and back to the USA five times. Many times, items have disappeared from my suitcases in Chinese airports. That is why I decided not to move to China to live but instead move to Indonesia. However, if I fly any plane that transfers my luggage in China, I can usually expect to have my luggage robbed. Although this time, nothing was missing from my luggage, that fact that your people had to wrap my suitcase in plastic (because they did not know the secret for relatching it) and resend it a day later, that is proof that one of your airport personnel opened it to see what he could steal and then got caught because he could not close it again. I am really really really tired of you Chinese thieves. I blame all of you because you are all a product of Mao Tse Tung’s godless atheistic evil society. The Chinese have proven to me again and again that they cannot be trusted. A Kong Chinese official even stole my Ohio driver’s license when I transferred through that airport on a previous trip to Jakarta. I understand your problem. If you fire all dishonest luggage department workers, you will not have any workers remaining. That is why you will always rank as a third world backward primitive society even though you buy expensive airplanes that you don’t build and dress your people up like professionals which they aren’t. AS LONG AS Chinese airport luggage people are dishonest and cannot be trusted, your entire airline is a failure. That is not prejudice against Chinese people. I know some honest good ones. They are all Christians, the kind of good people the corrupt Chinese government hates. An atheistic country is an evil country. Do not expect to be respected by honest people. We had a domino effect of things happen that caused us to be delayed and then cancelled. First a Gate change to a different terminal after boarding was suppose to begin so we had to take a shuttle over and we're still missing 50 passengers, Engine problem that required maintenance, refuel because we were in the plane on the ground waiting for so long, deplane and replane for 10 mins because of a law, on the runway and back to the gate for all these different occasions. When they finally let us off the plane after all these hours it was because of weather (although the skies were blue and the pilot was confident it wouldn't be an issue) they didn't actually cancel the flight until 5pm, my flight was suppose to take off at 9am. They were also required by law to give us free snacks Bc we hadn't eaten all day or had fresh air--these were all chips and soda...in gluten free so I had to starve. AA customer relations said they couldn't compensate because the issue that was documented in their records for my flight cancellation was because of "weather"... my flight couldn't be rescheduled until the following afternoon, making me have to cancel work 2 days in a row and pay for multiple taxis and and extra night of boarding. I will NEVER fly AA or La Guardia again."

My seat was broken and wouldn't recline. This was my first trip flying, and on the trip to Miami I flew with Delta. The service with them was tremendously better. I was really disappointed."

Food, there has got to be something else out there other than pretzels, I understand why we do not have peanuts, but a little bit more variety would be very nice. I understand there's a cost tractor, but often pretzels tend to be fairly stale. Short flights entertainment."

They said only 1 member of our family can go with him to wheel him to the gate. So my husband went since my father had 2 carry on luggage plus he wheeled my father. So the ladies were not very understanding. At that age I do hope he makes it back in 6 months for us all to see him again! We've been issued passes before and their only excuse was it was busy which it was not at all, no lines anywhere."

We missed one family event due to this and completely missed the ceremony because of the direct result of Spirits lack of responsibility, lack of communication and lack customer service commitment."

I call both flight network and spirit to relate I wanted to re-schedule, but wanted to keep my departure date. Both companies stated that because I missed my flight, I was not even able to use my return flight, which I had paid for. It is terrible that I could not even use my return flight. Regardless of missing my departure flight, I should not be punished in not being able to use my return flight! Ridiculous policy!"

Cons: "seats are brutally uncomfortable. paying extra for a small bag is BS. I mean $20 OK, but $50!!! That's just silly. Plus, there was no mention of how much this bag would've cost while i booked the flight. Felt like a bait and switch. Never flying Spirit again!"
Cons: "We didnt fly spirit from Pittsburgh to Los Angeles because our non-stop saturday return flight was cancelled, even though the plane that would have taken us home had already arrived at the airport. We were flexible to reschedule to fly out on sunday, but again that non-stop flight got cancelled. Even though, again, the plane we would have boarded was already at the airport. Then, after being cancelled twice, you were unwilling to schedule us on a flight, whether on spirit or another airline, to get us back by sunday night. Then we chose to get a refund on the flight because it was the only real option we had from your not so apologetic offers that didnt really compensate for the inconvenience. You returned us the cost of the one way flight back, on a ticket we purchased months in advance at a lower price than what was comparable to the return flight we had to purchase that same day. I understand "unforseen" conditions can change things, but it would be nice for a company to compensate its passangers fairly for not being able to follow through on a commitment."
