I didn't even board early. I will actively avoid JetBlue in the future."

The “Just ask Me” desk, set me up with another’s flight to a different airport LAG. I’m sitting in the airport waiting to board a flight who’s door close at 11:15am and everyone is still sitting here at 11:05am."

I have been to China and back to the USA five times. Many times, items have disappeared from my suitcases in Chinese airports. That is why I decided not to move to China to live but instead move to Indonesia. However, if I fly any plane that transfers my luggage in China, I can usually expect to have my luggage robbed. Although this time, nothing was missing from my luggage, that fact that your people had to wrap my suitcase in plastic (because they did not know the secret for relatching it) and resend it a day later, that is proof that one of your airport personnel opened it to see what he could steal and then got caught because he could not close it again. I am really really really tired of you Chinese thieves. I blame all of you because you are all a product of Mao Tse Tung’s godless atheistic evil society. The Chinese have proven to me again and again that they cannot be trusted. A Kong Chinese official even stole my Ohio driver’s license when I transferred through that airport on a previous trip to Jakarta. I understand your problem. If you fire all dishonest luggage department workers, you will not have any workers remaining. That is why you will always rank as a third world backward primitive society even though you buy expensive airplanes that you don’t build and dress your people up like professionals which they aren’t. Cons: "This is one of several times I have flown United, and been delayed at the last minute and then excessively delayed with no communication. Once we finally boarded we sat on the tarmac another 30 minutes before we started take-off process and only THEN did anyone tell us what was going on. We got the feeling the flight was delayed all day - would have preferred a heads up so we could have enjoyed more time NOT in the airport!!!"

Delay landing in Venice and apparently at higher speed than normal, which created alarm at the firefighting statin in Marco Polo's airport."

Cons: "I don't have a problem with a flight being delayed for any reason. That is simply one of the hazards of flying. However, the PIT->ORD flight was delayed multiple times for unknown reasons. If the airline would have given a realistic timetable, customers could have managed their time much easier. Instead, United Airlines kept delaying takeoff for 15-20 minutes, multiple times. When they finally get the customers into the boarding process, they act like they're doing you a favor. Poorly managed, customers manipulated."

Cons: "Could not understand the announcements on the overhead speakers. Chicago remains one of the poorest hub airports to go through. Crowded. Small gate areas. People lining up to board need to stand in the walkways."

Cons: "My father is 89 and our whole family went to see him off. My husband, 3 children and myself. When I went to the ticket gate to check him in, the ladies did not issue a family pass to us. They said only 1 member of our family can go with him to wheel him to the gate. So my husband went since my father had 2 carry on luggage plus he wheeled my father. So the ladies were not very understanding. At that age I do hope he makes it back in 6 months for us all to see him again! We've been issued passes before and their only excuse was it was busy which it was not at all, no lines anywhere."

Pros: "This leg home had nice United staff but bumpy. I got seasick but the cabin folks were kind. The leg out in a small plane was bad with one surly female cabin aide. I will tell United in a separate correspondence."

Cons: "I was the ONLY seat overbooked on the flight. The crew basically told me I was out of luck and that I had to be rescheduled for tomorrow. In the last minute, someone didn't show up, and I got on the flight. I don't believe they tried hard enough to give vouchers away to the passengers. In addition to that, why was it overbooked to begin with? This is either a major error by KAYAK or United. Either way - awful experience to go through at 6:30am."

Cons: "When i got to Houston, the monitors were down, getting help from United was not easy, was passed off to many people and finally directed to the ticket counter. This was my first time in Houston and the gates were a bit confusing. I was in B area of airport for my tiny plane. I was told where to go with the wave of her hand and she did not want to be bothered more...got to the gated area and the agents there were way too busy chatting to be bothered. On my return trip home was better because i now knew the layout. I am sure my next trip will be improved."
