Emirates need to improve the boarding process. There is no point calling for all First and Business Class passengers plus Platinum, Gold and Silver Skywards members at one time. Further to this, try channeling all these people into one entry point with no defined lines. It was chaos. The is a common issue on the Dubai to Riyadh flight. Poor effort Emirates.
One of the female staff from the cabin crew, forgot to ask us about what we want to drink and focused more on other specific people rather than treating everyone politely. I asked her about the drinks to which she said oh I forgot.
We arrived in line for check in at 6:15 p.m. but did not check in until 8:00 p.m. The line for economy check in was very long, and all of the desks 03-13 were not open, although most of them opened sporadically. The crew on board were very nice and helpful, friendly and kind. It has been many years since we flew Emirates (at least 17 years), and we notice that foot rests are no longer available in economy, but we were lucky enough to fly in the upper deck and appreciate your opening some of your flights to economy passengers in the upper deck. We will definitely fly on emirates more often! Thank you.
Boarding, seats, entertainment and service were all great. Food was great except for the fact that there were too many sweet items.
Enough vegetarian food was not available on the flight for all vegetarian guests on the plane. Crew did not adequately handle this experience
More organised boarding process. It was a circus. Otherwise absolutely top class flight
The plane was very old and uncomfortable. Service was very slow!
Flight never took off. Boarded after multiple 30 minutes interval delays for hours.. then after an hour onboard, captain announce cancellation and back on the bus to the terminal with no information and everyone to fend for self.. Emirates did absolutely nothing to communicate either electronically or announcement. It’s unprecedented I know with the flood but lack of communication creates anxiety and extra pain for staff. Emirates should do better.. no supervisors monitoring floor and passengers abusing them which isn’t right but should Have had supervisors monitoring

Flight from USA to Dubai was comfortable. There is some serious miscommunication between the staff who does checkin and immigration staff in India. Air Suvidha rules are enforced here as a requirement by the Indian government and without it not allowed to board the flight. The Indian authorities don’t even bother to check it. Please update either side of aisle. Vegetarian food from Dubai to Bombay was not that great at all. It was cold and chewy. Dubai being a hub can provide better options. Staff is very good and took good care of passengers. Please appreciate their hard work.
I was in business class and the lie flat seats were super comfortable. Friendly crew, nice meal. Very good experience!
All was very good however the breakfast was a bit tasteless on both flights. Many people seemed to say the same thing. Otherwise really good .
Is a terrible airline. The seats are tiny, staff are lazy and rude. Everything is a mission for them and they always take forever. Check in and passport control is enough to turn you off Mauritius all together. Let alone the airline. Mauritius is gorgeous and a must visit if you could avoid the airport and Air Mauritius.

The crew were great as usual. The flight was rescheduled two hours later but delayed by more than an hours to load cargo. The was upsetting because I missed scheduled meetings in Johannesburg.
Though the food was very good ,I think the portions were too big. It was hard to manage everything on that small table. And you really don't feel like eating too much on a long flight. Just a suggestion and it would save you some money too.

They denied my meal which was included in ticket and also damaged my bag completely and broke the wheel and still not accepting their fault
Foreign nationals are not permitted to check in online in advance. We can only check in at the airport, so choice of seat was limited. I was stuck in a very uncomfortable location. I would expect a meal included in a flight of this duration. The food options to buy are very basic. IngiGo are a very good domestic carrier, but if they are serious about operating more international, longer haul flights, they need to improve this service to match every other airline I know.

Two times the gate was changed and flight got delayed
Cancelled flight probably not enough seats were filled. Mess up with luggage and it took 1.5 hrs to start dispersal on belt
Check in is a mess. Be ready for a traumatic experience from the unsupportive and rude check in staffs and duty managers at Calicut airport. It’s a chaos and the lines are mostly first in last out, as they don’t care of the passenger well being or the waiting time. They are just concerned of checking in before the boarding call. Personal experience is of standing 2 hours straight just for check in. Flight is ok, food preordered are all the instant ones with hot water mix, which tastes pathetic. Overall, will never take another indigo flight to fly out of india.
Bad weather in Amritsar cancelled the flight while we were at the gate in Delhi but the ground crew took good care of us and exceeded our expectations. Once on the plane, we enjoyed the best experience we’ve had on any flight in years. Their customer support was also impressively quick to answer and immediately helpful.
Poor behavior by ground staff in Mumbai. Very harassing. Initially they did not let me board with my little violin. They do not have the correct information. No concept of hospitality. The food on the flight was not good.
Bathrooms were horrible. No cleaning and floor was full of tissues. Understand that passengers responsibility to keep it clean but crew should check if tissues are there or not. Also, they announced that baggage will be at one carousel but came to a different one.
Screen are not working. Windows not clean. Staff is very good. Food is okay. Experience is good. I hope the up coming is more then betters for others airlines thank you.
Departure gate flipped twice within 15 minutes. Made passengers to move from one gate to other. Delayed boarding and departure. This is inconvenient for elderly wheelchair passengers and people traveling with children.
Booked thru Kayak -> Indian Eagle. One leg of flight was cancelled after check-in (CCU to Del). Rebooked thru Indian Eagle cancelled again and rebooked. Cancelled once more now scheduled for CCU-BOM-JFK on Jan 18th. Let's see if this gets cancelled again. Would not book any tickets thru India Eagle - they are just a ticketing intermediate and for questions they ask you to call Air India. They "request" booking but apparently I got bumped after ticket was confirmed. Much better to book directly with Air India - avoid Kayak and Indian Eagle. I paid for Travel insurance can't see it any more on Indian Eagle site to contact.
Best flight I have taken so far between US and India. Air India service was surprisingly amazing.. had a low expectation, but the new Air India exceeded it.
The diviced in front of the seat was not working. The waiting in the checking area was a catastrophe. Too many hours waiting for the boarding pass.
The flight was very good, it was on time at the take off and before time at landing. Overall it was a great experience !!!
